Only one of the core blocks 8 in the transverse direction can be split during the same period of time, while the remaining core blocks 8 in the transverse direction are completely separated.
The motor shafts of the driving motors 32 are provided with couplings, which in this embodiment are flexible couplings with elastic elements, because of their ability to compensate the relative displacement of the two axes, cushion and damp.
The transverse shaft 7 is detachably and fixedly connected with the fixed core block 8, so that a user can rapidly replace the corresponding fixed core block 8 according to the sectional shape and the size of the enameled wire to be processed.

Claims (10)

1. A painted mold characterized by: comprises an upper template, a lower template and an adjusting component;
the upper template and the lower template are respectively provided with extended fin plates on the side walls at the two transverse ends, the two fin plates at the same transverse end are detachably and fixedly connected through a fixing component, the lower end plate surface of the upper template and the upper end plate surface of the lower template are respectively symmetrical in the transverse direction and are provided with a group of grooves in a one-to-one symmetrical manner, the central axes of the grooves are respectively along the longitudinal direction, the grooves penetrate through the side walls at the two longitudinal ends of the upper template and the lower template, and the positions, corresponding to the positions of each groove, on the upper end plate surface of the upper template are respectively provided with a group of liquid inlet grooves for conducting the corresponding grooves;
the adjusting assembly comprises mounting plates, transverse shafts and fixed core blocks, the mounting plates with the quantity 2 times that of the grooves on the lower template are arranged on the side wall of the lower template at the longitudinal rear end, the mounting plates are symmetrically arranged at the two transverse ends of each groove on the lower template, the plate surfaces of the mounting plates are parallel to the side wall surface of the transverse end of the lower template, a group of shaft grooves distributed along the longitudinal direction are symmetrically arranged on the mounting plates in a penetrating manner, the transverse shafts matched with the shaft grooves are connected in each shaft groove in a sliding manner, and the fixed core blocks are arranged at one ends, close to the corresponding grooves, of all the transverse shafts on the two mounting plates corresponding to the same groove;
all transverse shafts in the same transverse direction are driven by the same driving component, and two transverse shafts in the same transverse direction on two mounting plates corresponding to the same groove do synchronous reverse motion.

The painting mold according to claim 1, wherein a base is arranged right below the lower template, two sliding grooves which are distributed along the transverse direction are symmetrically formed in the side wall of the longitudinal front end of the base, sliding blocks are arranged at positions, close to the side wall of the transverse end, of the lower end plate surface of the lower template, and the bottom parts of the two sliding blocks are respectively connected in the corresponding sliding grooves in a sliding manner; a group of flow guide grooves are transversely formed in the plate surface at the upper end of the base, the number of the flow guide grooves is equal to that of grooves in the lower template, the grooves in the lower template are in one-to-one correspondence with the flow guide grooves in the vertical direction, and the projection area of the grooves in the lower template on the base is completely located inside the flow guide grooves.

The painting mold according to claim 2, characterized in that the inside of each slide block is embedded with a first magnet, and the inside at the bottom wall of the chute is embedded with a second magnet mutually attracted with the first magnet; the surface of the diversion trench is provided with a layer of non-stick coating.
4. The painting die according to claim 1, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a retaining bolt, a retaining nut and a spacer, and the fin plate body is provided with a set of through holes matched with the retaining bolt.
5. A painting mould as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that a liquid inlet pipe is provided at each notch at the outer end of the liquid inlet tank, and a one-way valve is provided on each liquid inlet pipe.

The painting mold according to claim 1, wherein the inner walls of the groove near the notch are provided with half installation ring bodies, the inner side walls of the half installation ring bodies are provided with mounting grooves in an inward recessed manner, the mounting grooves further penetrate through the side walls at the two transverse ends of the half installation ring bodies, a flexible ring body matched with the corresponding half installation ring bodies is clamped between the two corresponding half installation ring bodies, and the inner ring radius of the flexible ring body is smaller than that of the half installation ring bodies.

The painting mold according to claim 1, characterized in that the core fixing blocks are provided with core fixing grooves on the block surfaces close to the corresponding grooves in a penetrating manner, and when two opposite core fixing blocks are combined, the central axes of the core fixing grooves are collinear with the central axis of the corresponding grooves; the radius sizes of the core fixing grooves in all the core fixing blocks in the same transverse direction are the same, and the radius sizes of the core fixing grooves in all the core fixing blocks in the same longitudinal direction are gradually reduced or increased; and the radial dimension of the groove is larger than that of the largest core-fixing groove.
8. A paint mould as claimed in claim 7, characterised in that the internal side walls of the core-defining channels are provided with a matching layer of sintered body.

The painting mold according to claim 1, wherein the driving assembly comprises a connecting rod, a driving rod, positioning plates, a gear, a chain and a driving motor, wherein one end of the horizontal shaft, which is not the fixed core block, is provided with the connecting rod perpendicular to the bottom surface, the horizontal shaft is fixed in the middle of the connecting rod, screw grooves penetrate through the end parts of the two ends of the connecting rod, the same driving rod penetrates through all the screw grooves in the same horizontal direction, the two ends of the driving rod are respectively and rotatably connected to the corresponding positioning plates, a set of threads matched with the screw grooves are symmetrically arranged on the rod body of the driving rod, the number of threads on the same driving rod is equal to the number of the connecting rods in the same direction, the thread pitches on the same driving rod are the same, the directions of any two adjacent threads are opposite, and the thread distribution rules on the two driving rods in the same vertical direction are the same, the left end of the driving rod in the transverse direction penetrates through the positioning plate and is coaxially fixed with gears, the two gears in the same vertical direction are in synchronous transmission connection through chains, and the gears at the lower end in the vertical direction are driven by corresponding driving motors.
