As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides an ear impression preparation material injection apparatus, comprising:
a barrel 100 having a distal end 101 and a proximal end 102 in the injection direction, the proximal end 102 extending, for example, with two wings to facilitate intraoperative control of the position of the barrel 100 during infusion.
A plunger 200 configured to move within the barrel 100, the plunger 200 comprising a piston 201 and a push rod 202; a sensor 203 is arranged at the end of the piston 201, an alarm 204 is connected to the tail end of the push rod 202, and for example, a chip for setting the preset threshold value and an alarm for executing chip instructions are arranged in the alarm 204. The sensor 203 is used for detecting the perfusion amount of the preparation material so as to send out an alarm when the perfusion amount reaches a preset threshold value. The preset threshold is preset, for example, according to the state of the ear canal of the patient.
And a barrel tip 300 sealingly connected to the distal end 101 of the barrel 100, the distal end of the barrel tip 300 being provided with an extrusion port 301; wherein the extrusion opening 301 is configured to include at least two expansions 302 and at least two restrictions 303; the at least two expanded parts 302 are configured as gaps formed by cutting off partial periphery of the extrusion opening 301; the at least two restrictions 303 are configured as substantially spherical portions disposed between two adjacent breaks. The flow restriction 303 is arranged in a spherical shape, and the outer wall of the flow restriction 303 is tangential to the inner wall of the extrusion opening 301. This makes it possible to reduce the outflow rate of the preparation material in the axial direction of the orifice of the extrusion port 301. The extension portion 302 can guide the preparation material to flow out from the notch, so that the preparation material is in the extrusion opening 301 expands towards the inner part of the auditory canal, so that the preparation material can be attached to the inner wall of the auditory canal of a patient, and the accuracy of the customized ear impression is improved.
When the device is used, the preset threshold value is set according to the perfusion amount of the preparation material required by customizing the ear impression, and the sensor 203 is started; then, the preparation material is injected into the cylinder 100, the push rod 202 is pushed to properly control the pouring speed of the preparation material, and the preparation material can be stopped automatically or stopped according to an alarm after the pouring is finished. At present, when the ear impression is prepared, the perfusion speed of the perfusion preparation material is controlled according to the experience of a doctor, and if the extrusion opening of the injector is too large, the outflow speed of the preparation material is too large, so that the tympanic membrane of a patient is damaged. When the extrusion port is too small, the doctor needs to apply a larger pushing force, so that the stability of perfusion cannot be ensured, and the auditory canal of the patient can be accidentally injured by displacement. According to the auris impression preparation material injection device, the outflow speed of the preparation material is buffered through the flow limiting piece 303, and meanwhile, the resistance of the outflow of the preparation material is reduced by utilizing the expansion part 302, so that the perfusion stability is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the flow restrictor 303 extends from the edge of the extrusion port 301 to the hole axis of the extrusion port 301; the extension of the restriction 303 does not exceed two thirds of the radius of the extrusion opening 301. The size of the flow restriction 303 is, for example, one quarter of the diameter of the extrusion opening 301. The restriction 303 is sized to control the rate of pouring of the self-contained material.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the flow restrictor 303 is blunt. Since the flow restriction 303 is provided on the periphery of the extrusion port 301. In the initial perfusion position, the contact probability with the inner wall of the auditory canal of the patient is the highest when the auditory canal is closest to the tympanic membrane of the patient, so that the flow limiting piece 303 is arranged to be a blunt surface in order to protect the auditory canal of the patient from being damaged, thereby greatly improving the safety of the device and improving the operation safety. The flow restriction 303 is provided, for example, in an elliptical shape, a spherical shape, a disc shape, or the like as needed, and can serve as a structure for restricting the outflow rate of the preparation material.

Of course, the tip 300 may be formed by direct drip casting on the periphery of the outlet 301 by a drip casting method, depending on the material (plastic or metal) of the tip.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plunger 200 further comprises:
a sensor 203 arranged at an end of the piston 201 for detecting a consumption of the auris impression preparation material;
and an alarm 204 provided at the rear end of the push rod 202, for giving an alarm when the consumption reaches a preset threshold. As shown in fig. 1, an enlarged portion 2021 is provided at the rear end of the push rod 202, the alarm 204 is disposed in the enlarged portion 2021, for example, and the alarm 204 includes a built-in chip and an indicator light or a buzzer (not shown in the figure), for example. The enlarged portion 2021 may also serve as a stop and the proximal end of the barrel 100 may be correspondingly configured to enlarge the proximal end 102. The enlarged proximal end 102 may also extend beyond the two wings 1021 for the hand of the practitioner.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the outer circumferential wall of the cylinder 100 is further provided with a volume scale 103. The cylinder 100 is transparent, for example, and the volume scale 103 is used for providing volume indication for an operator, so that waste of preparation materials is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the area of the expanded portion 302 is no less than one-half of the surface area of the flow restrictor 303. Accordingly, the preparation material stopped by the flow restrictor 303 is released from the extension 302, and the outflow direction of the preparation material can be changed. Therefore, the contact area of the preparation material and the inner wall of the auditory canal of the patient can be expanded during perfusion, and the accuracy of the customized ear impression is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the tip 300 has a conical portion, the bottom of the conical portion is connected to the distal end 101 of the barrel 100 in a sealing manner, and the top of the conical portion is opened with the extrusion opening 301. The conical portion is used for reducing the outflow speed of the preparation material from the extrusion port 301 and simultaneously reducing the impact force when the preparation material flows out. Not only can improve the precision of preparing the auricle impression, but also can improve the safety in the preparation process.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the distal end of the plunger 201 is provided with a stepped tip 2011 that fits into the conical portion of the barrel tip 300. Thus, waste of preparation materials can be reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the tail end of the push rod 202 is provided with a push handle 205, and the alarm 204 is arranged on the push handle 205. The push handle 205 is used for reducing the working strength of the doctor and improving the working efficiency of the doctor. The alarm 204 is arranged on the push handle 205, so that a doctor can observe the perfusion process more intuitively and conveniently.
