As shown in fig. 2, the pig drying device further comprises three air heaters 16 which are embedded and connected on the transverse plate 81 at regular intervals in a bolt connection manner and are used for air drying the surface of the pig.
After finishing washing the pig, start hot-blast 16 and blow to the pig, can air-dry the outward appearance of pig, avoid the pig to lead to the probability of getting ill because of catching a cold when wasing.

A multi-angle pig washing machine for slaughtered pigs comprises a base (1), a waste water tank (2), a blow-down valve (21), a constant temperature water tank (3), a partition plate (31) and a water injection pipe (32), wherein the waste water tank (2) is connected to the front side of the top of the base (1), the blow-down valve (21) is connected to the left side of the lower portion of the waste water tank (2), the constant temperature water tank (3) is connected to the rear side of the top of the base (1), the partition plate (31) is arranged in the middle of the constant temperature water tank, the constant temperature water tank (3) is divided into two parts by the partition plate (31), the water injection pipe (32) is connected to each of the left side and the right side of the top of the constant temperature water tank (3), and is characterized by further comprising a hydraulic cylinder (4), an arch-shaped plate (5), a connecting frame (6), a placing seat (7), an upper washing mechanism (8) and a blocking mechanism (12), wherein the hydraulic cylinder (4) is connected to the top of the waste water tank (2) and the top of the constant temperature water tank (3), be connected with between the piston rod of two pneumatic cylinders (4) and encircle shaped plate (5), both sides all are connected with link (6) around arched plate (5) bottom, are connected with between two link (6) bottoms and place seat (7), are connected with between constant temperature water tank (3) and arched plate (5) and go up washing mechanism (8) that wash the pig back, install between arched plate (5) and the right-hand member of placing seat (7) and keep off the mechanism (12) that blocks the pig.

The multi-angle pig washing machine for slaughtered pigs as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper washing mechanism (8) comprises a transverse plate (81), a spray pipe (82), a first spray nozzle (83), a first hose (84), a first water pump (85), a second water pump (86), a bifurcated pipe (87) and a support pipe (88), the transverse plate (81) is connected to the middle of the arched plate (5), the spray pipe (82) is connected to the top of the transverse plate (81), the first spray nozzles (83) are uniformly connected to the bottom of the spray pipe (82) at intervals, the first spray nozzle (83) penetrates through the transverse plate (81), the first hose (84) is connected to the left end of the spray pipe (82), the first water pump (85) and the second water pump (86) are respectively connected to the left side and the right side of the constant temperature water tank (3), the bifurcated pipe (87) is connected between the first water pump (85) and the second water pump (86), and the bifurcated pipe (87) is connected to the tail end of the first hose (84), the left end face of the arch-shaped plate (5) is connected with a supporting pipe (88) for supporting the upper part of the first hose (84).

The multi-angle pig washing machine for slaughtered pigs as claimed in claim 2, wherein the blocking mechanism (12) comprises a door frame (121), a grating plate (122), a stop rod (123) and U-shaped limiting strips (124), the door frame (121) is connected between the arch plate (5) and the right end of the placing seat (7), the grating plate (122) is rotatably connected to the lower portion of the door frame (121), the stop rods (123) for preventing the grating plate (122) from being opened are rotatably connected to the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the door frame (121), and the U-shaped limiting strips (124) for preventing the grating plate (122) from rotating excessively are connected to the lower portion of the inner side of the door frame (121).
