Then, when the merchant terminal generates the information to be sent to the electronic device, and after the identifier "eeddrfff" is selected, the first information platform will automatically add the reminder content "click the lower control to see the picture" corresponding to the identifier "eeddrfff" to the product a generated by the user, that is, to be listed on the market "to finally obtain the first information content shown in fig. 7.
Furthermore, in this way, the electronic device may identify the reminder content in the first information, and then generate a corresponding information pull control according to the identified reminder content. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the electronic device recognizes that there is a reminder content in the first information, and the reminder content is a content related to a picture, and then generates an information pull control for "acquiring a picture" later.
As another control generation manner, the second information platform may synchronously generate the accompanying information of the generated identifier when the identifier of the second information is generated, where the accompanying information may be used to characterize what types the second information specifically corresponds to. It will be appreciated that the accompanying information is synchronized with the identity to the merchant terminal and the first information platform, and is ultimately transmitted to the electronic device with the identity. After receiving the accompanying information received with the identifier, the electronic device may identify the accompanying information and further identify the corresponding information pull control. Optionally, taking the generated identifier "AABBCCDD" as an example, an identifier may be connected to the identifier as accompanying information, so as to identify the type of the second information. For example, the identifier followed by the accompanying information may be AABBCCDD _ x, where x is the aforementioned accompanying information, and where the value of x may characterize what the type of second information may be. For example, x being 1 means that the second information type is only a picture type, x being 2 means that the second information type may include a picture type and a video type, and the type in which x being 3 means that the second information type may include a picture type, a video type and a chat conversation type.
Optionally, if the rich media information associated with the picture form is identified, an information pulling control requesting the corresponding picture is generated; if the rich media information relevant to the video form is identified, generating an information pulling control requesting the corresponding video; and if the rich media information associated with the chat form is identified, generating an information pulling control requesting the corresponding chat interface.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 8, upon receiving the first information 97, the electronic device generates an information pull control 96 based on recognition of the content of the first information 97 or recognition of the accompanying information that is an identification of the first information 97. Then, after detecting the touch operation acting on the information pull control 96, the electronic device sends the identifier to the second information platform to query the second information, and further receives the second information 95 of the picture type fed back by the second information platform, and displays the second information 95 and the first information 97 in the same session interface.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9, upon receiving the first information 94, the electronic device generates an information pull control 93 based on an identification of the content of the first information 94 or an identification of the accompanying information that is an identification of the first information 94. Then, after detecting the touch operation performed on the information pull control 93, the electronic device sends the identifier to the second information platform to query the second information, and further receives the second information 92 of the chat conversation type fed back by the second information platform, and displays the second information 92 and the first information 94 in the same session interface. Therein, for example, the second information 92 of the chat conversation type for the feedback will display "hello!by default! Asking what you can service "and, correspondingly, the user of the electronic device can proceed with the input of information in the second information 92, for example," how much the price of product a? ".
According to the information acquisition method, after first information in a text form sent by a first information platform is received, an identifier of the first information is acquired, the identifier is sent to a second information platform so that the second information platform can search information based on the identifier, then second information in a rich media form related to the first information and searched and returned by the second information platform is received, and the second information is displayed. Therefore, only the user receiving the information in the text form related to the information in the rich media form can further receive the information in the rich media form related to the information in the text form pulled by the electronic equipment through the mode, and the interference on the user caused by directly sending the information in the rich media form to the user is avoided. Moreover, in this embodiment, the content of the first information can be identified, and then the corresponding information pulling control is generated according to the identification result, so that the process of pulling the second information corresponding to the first information can be more fine-grained, and moreover, a user can pull the second information of a corresponding type according to own needs, thereby improving the flexibility of pulling the second information.
Referring to fig. 10, an information obtaining method provided in an embodiment of the present application is applied to an information distribution system, where the information distribution system includes a first information platform and a second information platform, and the method includes:
step S410: the second information platform responds to the request of the merchant terminal to generate the identity of the merchant terminal.
As a generation method, the second information platform may first obtain a timestamp when the merchant terminal performs registration, and then obtain a 32-bit character for the timestamp based on a hash operation (e.g., MD5 algorithm). Then, a character with a specified length (for example, 8-24 bits) is cut out from the 32-bit character to be used as the identification of the business user terminal.
Step S420: and the second information platform responds to an information generation request sent by the user of the business user end to generate second information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second information may be generated in various ways.
As a mode, the merchant terminal directly completes the second information locally, and then uploads the second information to the second information platform, and the second information platform perfects the subsequent generation process. Alternatively, a merchant terminal may directly initiate a second information generation instruction to the second information platform, and then the second information platform generates the second information based on a pre-configured template. The template may be pre-configured for the user of the business user side, or may be pre-established by default for the second information platform.
Step S430: and generating an identifier corresponding to the second information.
Step S440: and returning the identification to the merchant terminal.
Step S450: the first information platform sends first information in a text form to the electronic equipment.
As a mode, the first information platform may send the first information in response to a request triggered by the merchant terminal, or may send the first information after being triggered according to a locally configured automation event.
Step S460: the electronic equipment acquires the identification of the first information.
Step S461: and sending the identification to a second information platform.
Step S470: and the second information platform searches for second information corresponding to the identification, wherein the second information is information in a rich media form related to the first information.
Step S480: and sending the second information to the electronic equipment for the electronic equipment to display.
Step S490: the electronic equipment configures the second information and the first information to be displayed in the same dialog interface.
According to the information acquisition method, the first information platform sends first information in a text form to the electronic equipment, the second information platform can subsequently receive the identification sent by the electronic equipment to the first information, further second information in a rich media form corresponding to the identification is searched, and the second information is sent to the electronic equipment to be used for displaying by the electronic equipment. Therefore, only when the user receiving the information in the text form related to the information in the rich media form receives the information in the rich media form related to the information in the text form pulled by the electronic equipment, the interference on the user caused by directly sending the information in the rich media form to the user is avoided, the information in the rich media form can be sent in a targeted manner, and the conversion rate of the information is favorably improved.
Referring to fig. 11, an information obtaining apparatus 500 provided in an embodiment of the present application runs on an electronic device, and the apparatus 500 includes:
an information receiving unit 510, configured to receive first information in a text form sent by a first information platform.
An identifier obtaining unit 520, configured to obtain an identifier of the first information.
As a mode, the identifier obtaining unit 520 is specifically configured to detect whether an assigned field exists in the delivered data carrying the first information; and if the specified field is detected, reading the identifier of the first information from the specified field. In this way, the identifier obtaining unit 520 is specifically configured to mark and display the first information as information with associated content if the specified field is detected; and if the specified field is detected to be absent, marking the first information as a short message without associated content.
An information sending unit 530, configured to send the identifier to a second information platform, so that the second information platform performs information search based on the identifier.
As one manner, the information sending unit 530 is specifically configured to obtain an identifier of the first information;
judging the validity of the check information of the first information; and if the verification information of the first information is valid, sending the identification to a second information platform.
In this manner, the information sending unit 530 is specifically configured to detect a generation manner of the check information of the first information; if the verification information is in a first generation mode, locally verifying the verification information; and if the verification information is in a second generation mode, uploading the verification information to a specified platform for online verification.
The information receiving unit 510 is further configured to receive second information that is returned by the second information platform and is found, where the second information is information in a rich media form associated with the first information.
An information display unit 540, configured to display the second information.
Optionally, the information display unit 540 is specifically configured to display the first information and the second information in the same session interface.
As one mode, the information display unit 540 is specifically configured to display the first information and the information pull control. In this way, if a touch operation acting on the information pull control is detected, the information sending unit 530 executes the identifier for obtaining the first information, and sends the identifier to the second information platform. Optionally, the information display unit 540 is specifically configured to identify content of the first information;
and generating an information pulling control according to the type of the identified associated information in the rich media form. Optionally, the information display unit 540 is specifically configured to generate an information pull control requesting a corresponding picture if the rich media information associated with the picture form is identified; if the rich media information relevant to the video form is identified, generating an information pulling control requesting the corresponding video; and if the rich media information associated with the chat form is identified, generating an information pulling control requesting the corresponding chat interface.
It should be noted that the first information is triggered by the merchant end user to be sent by the first information platform; the second information is generated in advance by the merchant end user and is stored in the second information platform. The rich media form includes a graphic form, a video form, an audio form, or a card form.
It should be noted that the device embodiment and the method embodiment in the present application correspond to each other, and specific principles in the device embodiment may refer to the contents in the method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
An electronic device provided by the present application will be described below with reference to fig. 12.
Referring to fig. 12, based on the information obtaining method and apparatus, another electronic device 200 capable of executing the information obtaining method is further provided in the embodiment of the present application. The electronic device 200 includes one or more processors 102 (only one shown), memory 104, and network module 106 coupled to each other. The memory 104 stores therein a program that can execute the content of the foregoing embodiments, and the processor 102 can execute the program stored in the memory 104.
Processor 102 may include one or more processing cores, among other things. The processor 102 interfaces with various components throughout the electronic device 200 using various interfaces and circuitry to perform various functions of the electronic device 100 and process data by executing or executing instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets stored in the memory 104 and invoking data stored in the memory 104. Alternatively, the processor 102 may be implemented in hardware using at least one of Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), and Programmable Logic Array (PLA). The processor 102 may integrate one or more of a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), a modem, and the like. Wherein, the CPU mainly processes an operating system, a user interface, an application program and the like; the GPU is used for rendering and drawing display content; the modem is used to handle wireless communications. It is understood that the modem may not be integrated into the processor 102, but may be implemented by a communication chip.
The Memory 104 may include a Random Access Memory (RAM) or a Read-Only Memory (Read-Only Memory). The memory 104 may be used to store instructions, programs, code sets, or instruction sets. The memory 104 may include a stored program area and a stored data area, wherein the stored program area may store instructions for implementing an operating system, instructions for implementing at least one function (such as a touch function, a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.), instructions for implementing various method embodiments described below, and the like. The storage data area may also store data created by the terminal 100 in use, such as a phonebook, audio-video data, chat log data, and the like.
The network module 106 is configured to receive and transmit electromagnetic waves, and implement interconversion between the electromagnetic waves and electrical signals, so as to communicate with a communication network or other devices, for example, an audio playing device. The network module 106 may include various existing circuit elements for performing these functions, such as an antenna, a radio frequency transceiver, a digital signal processor, an encryption/decryption chip, a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, memory, and so forth. The network module 106 may communicate with various networks, such as the internet, an intranet, a wireless network, or with other devices via a wireless network. The wireless network may comprise a cellular telephone network, a wireless local area network, or a metropolitan area network. For example, the network module 106 may interact with a base station.
For example, the electronic device 200 may be used as the first information platform 111 or the second information platform 112. May also serve as the aforementioned electronic device 100. When the electronic apparatus 100 is used, the electronic apparatus 200 may further include more elements than those shown in the figure, for example, a camera, a distance sensor, an acceleration sensor, a screen, and the like.
Referring to fig. 13, a block diagram of a computer-readable storage medium according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The computer-readable medium 800 has stored therein a program code that can be called by a processor to execute the method described in the above-described method embodiments.
The computer-readable storage medium 800 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Alternatively, the computer-readable storage medium 800 includes a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium 800 has storage space for program code 810 to perform any of the method steps of the method described above. The program code can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. The program code 810 may be compressed, for example, in a suitable form.
According to the information acquisition method, the information acquisition device, the information acquisition system, the electronic equipment and the storage medium, after first information in a text form sent by a first information platform is received, an identifier of the first information is acquired, the identifier is sent to a second information platform for information search by the second information platform based on the identifier, second information in a rich media form related to the first information and returned by the second information platform is received, and the second information is displayed. Therefore, the user receiving the information in the text form related to the information in the second information platform can further receive the information in the text form related to the information pulled from the second information platform by the electronic device through the above mode, interference to the user caused by directly sending the information in the second information platform to the user is avoided, the information in the second information platform can be sent in a targeted manner, and the conversion rate of the information is favorably improved.
And under the condition that the information stored in the second platform is the information in the rich media form, only the user receiving the information in the text form associated with the information in the rich media form can further receive the information in the rich media form associated with the information in the text form pulled by the electronic equipment through the mode, so that the interference on the user caused by directly sending the information in the rich media form to the user is avoided, the user experience is improved, the information in the rich media form can be sent in a targeted manner, and the conversion rate of the information is favorably improved. Moreover, the cost of the user at the merchant end can be effectively reduced by pulling the second information from the second information platform subsequently.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, and not to limit the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not necessarily depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (20)

  1. An information acquisition method applied to an electronic device, the method comprising:
    receiving first information in a text form sent by a first information platform;
    acquiring an identifier of the first information, and sending the identifier to a second information platform for the second information platform to search information based on the identifier;
    receiving second information searched and returned by the second information platform, wherein the second information is information related to the first information;
    and displaying the second information.
  2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first information further carries verification information; the step of obtaining the identifier of the first information and sending the identifier to a second information platform comprises the following steps:
    acquiring an identifier of the first information;
    judging the validity of the check information of the first information;
    and if the verification information of the first information is valid, sending the identification to a second information platform.
  3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the step of judging the validity of the check information of the first information comprises:
    detecting a generating mode of the verification information of the first information;
    if the verification information is in a first generation mode, locally verifying the verification information;
    and if the verification information is in a second generation mode, uploading the verification information to a specified platform for online verification.
  4. A method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein said step of obtaining an identification of said first information comprises:
    detecting whether the issued data carrying the first information has a designated field or not;
    and if the specified field is detected, reading the identifier of the first information from the specified field.
  5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
    if the appointed field is detected, marking and displaying the first information as information with associated content;
    and if the specified field is detected to be absent, marking the first information as a short message without associated content.
  6. The method according to any of claims 1-5, wherein the step of obtaining the identifier of the first information and sending the identifier to the second information platform further comprises:
    displaying the first information and an information pulling control;
    and if the touch operation acting on the information pulling control is detected, executing the identification for acquiring the first information, and sending the identification to a second information platform.
  7. The method of claim 6, wherein the step of displaying the first information and the information pull control comprises:
    identifying the content of the first information;
    and generating an information pulling control according to the type of the identified associated information in the rich media form.
  8. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of generating an information pull control based on the identified type of information in the associated rich media form comprises:
    if the rich media information associated with the picture form is identified, generating an information pulling control requesting the picture corresponding to the request;
    if the rich media information relevant to the video form is identified, generating an information pulling control requesting the corresponding video;
    and if the rich media information associated with the chat form is identified, generating an information pulling control requesting the corresponding chat interface.
  9. The method of any of claims 1-8, wherein the step of displaying the second information comprises:
    and displaying the first information and the second information in the same session interface.
  10. The method according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the first information is triggered by a merchant end user to be sent by the first information platform; the second information is generated in advance by the merchant end user and is stored in the second information platform.
  11. The method of claim 1, wherein the rich media form comprises a teletext form, a video form, an audio form, or a coupon form.
  12. An information acquisition method is applied to an information distribution system, wherein the information distribution system comprises a first information platform and a second information platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
    the first information platform sends first information in a text form to the electronic equipment;
    the second information platform receives the identifier of the first information sent by the electronic equipment;
    searching second information corresponding to the identifier, wherein the second information is information related to the first information;
    and sending the second information to the electronic equipment for the electronic equipment to display.
  13. The method of claim 12, wherein the step of the first information platform sending the first information in text form to the electronic device is preceded by the step of:
    responding to an information generation request sent by a merchant terminal user, and generating second information;
    and generating an identifier corresponding to the second information.
  14. The method of claim 13, wherein the step of generating the identifier corresponding to the second information comprises:
    and generating an identifier corresponding to the second information based on the identifier of the merchant terminal, the timestamp of the information generation time and the type of the generated information.
  15. The method of claim 14, wherein the step of generating the identifier corresponding to the second information based on the identifier of the merchant terminal, the timestamp of the information generation time, and the type of the generated information further comprises:
    acquiring a registration timestamp of the merchant terminal;
    carrying out Hash operation on the registration timestamp to obtain an operation character;
    and intercepting characters with specified length from the operation characters, wherein the characters begin with specified digit number and serve as the marks of the merchant terminal.
  16. An information acquisition apparatus, operable with an electronic device, the apparatus comprising:
    the information receiving unit is used for receiving first information in a text form sent by a first information platform;
    an identifier acquiring unit configured to acquire an identifier of the first information;
    the information sending unit is used for sending the identifier to a second information platform so as to be used for the second information platform to search information based on the identifier;
    the information receiving unit is further configured to receive second searched information returned by the second information platform, where the second information is information associated with the first information;
    and the information display unit is used for displaying the second information.
  17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the first information further carries verification information; the information sending unit is specifically configured to obtain an identifier of the first information; judging the validity of the check information of the first information; and if the verification information of the first information is valid, sending the identification to a second information platform.
  18. An information distribution system, characterized in that the information distribution system comprises a first information platform and a second information platform;
    the first information platform is used for sending first information in a text form to the electronic equipment;
    the second information platform is used for receiving the identifier of the first information sent by the electronic equipment;
    searching second information corresponding to the identifier, wherein the second information is information related to the first information; and sending the second information to the electronic equipment for the electronic equipment to display.
  19. An electronic device comprising one or more processors and memory; one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors to implement the method of any of claims 1-11.
  20. A computer-readable storage medium, having program code stored therein, wherein the program code when executed by a processor performs the method of any of claims 1-11.
