在图7的俯视图中,示出了光源和相应的透镜16和LED光源12以及摄像头组件5和摄像头棱镜8的位置,其中,光源和摄像头棱镜以有限程度悬置于插管导管6的管腔9,从而允许照明和显影插管导管的远端处的工作空间,同时还允许工具通过插管导管插入到工作空间中。图8示出了具有光源12的照明组件10与其光束角α之间的关系,其将光传输到GRIN透镜16中,光以窄光束角β沿着照明组件光束轴11离开GRIN透镜。
取决于插管的尺寸,输出光束角可稍大或稍小。对于例如长7cm、内径为16mm的相对短而宽的插管,约10°至15°、更为优选地为约13°的窄光束角将在眩光减少的情况下提供良好的照明。对于内径为9mm、长14cm的插管,约3°至5°、更为优选地约3.1°的窄光束角将在眩光减少的情况下提供良好的照明。更一般地,光源和提供小于约20°的输出光束角的聚焦透镜的配置可被用于提供具有最小眩光的良好照明。
图示示出了与GRIN透镜的光轴重合的GRIN透镜的光束轴(离开透镜的光的中心),可以通过将LED相对于GRIN透镜的纵向中心(其通常为光轴)偏心定位来改变光束轴。这将致使图6和图7中的GRIN透镜的输出光束轴相对于与光轴平行的方向偏离。因此,LED被放置成使得LED的光束轴相对于GRIN透镜的光轴偏离,这将致使GRIN透镜的输出光束轴位于与光轴相同的轴线上。输出光束轴因此可瞄准插管的远侧开口的中心,以与插管导管的中心轴线(或其他特征)相交,而照明组件输出保持在插管导管的圆周附近。
照明组件和插管的配置使得照明组件的最远侧光学表面进入插管管腔或管腔上方的空间的侵入最小,使得外科医生可将手术工具穿过插管,同时照明组件被设置在插管导管的近端上以照亮插管的远端处的手术区域,并且摄像头还具有最远侧的光学表面,其被设置为对插管管腔或管腔上方的空间的侵入最小,使得外科医生可将手术工具穿过插管,同时将摄像头设置在插管的近端上方。提供窄输出光束的照明组件的益处允许在插管的末端提供摄像头和一个或多个照明组件,并且仍然允许手术导管进入到插管中,该插管系统可被配置有一个或多个照明组件,其在摄像头的近端上并未设置摄像头,以在待与其他位置提供的摄像头或显微镜一起使用的插管中提供具有最少眩光的照明。

Claims (19)

1.一种用于接近手术区域的插管系统,所述插管系统包括:
插管,所述插管包括插管导管(6),所述插管导管(6)具有近端和远端以及从所述近端延伸到所述远端的管腔(9);以及
被固定于所述插管导管的近端的照明组件(10),所述照明组件包括光源(12)和聚焦透镜(16),所述光源具有第一光束轴和第一光束角(α),所述第一光束轴与所述聚焦透镜(16)的光轴(11)对齐,所述照明组件(10)具有输出光束角(11)和输出光束轴,其中,所述输出光束轴指向所述插管导管的远端,所述输出光束角(β)小于所述第一光束角(α)。
2.如权利要求1所述的插管系统,其中:
被固定到所述插管导管的近端的摄像头组件(5),所述摄像头组件的一部分悬置于所述管腔并延伸到所述管腔或由所述插管导管的管腔限定的圆柱形空间中并从所述管腔或所述圆形空间延伸。
3.如权利要求1所述的插管系统,其中:
所述照明组件还包括棱镜(14),所述棱镜(14)被设置在所述聚焦透镜的与所述光源相反的一侧,所述聚焦透镜的光轴与所述棱镜对准,其中,所述输出光束轴对应于所述棱镜的视轴,并且所述输出光束轴与所述聚焦透镜的光轴成一角度。

所述照明组件具有对应于所述聚焦透镜的光轴的输出光束轴,并且所述输出光束轴指向所述插管导管的远端。
10.如权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的插管系统,其中:
所述摄像头组件具有被设置于所述插管导管的近端处的最远侧光学表面。
11.如权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的插管系统,其中:
所述照明组件具有被布置于所述插管导管的近端处的最远侧光学表面。
12.如权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的插管系统,其中:
所述摄像头组件具有被布置于所述插管导管的近端处的最远侧光学表面;

所述照明组件具有被设置在所述插管导管的近端的近侧的最远侧光学表面。

所述聚焦透镜是GRIN透镜。
17.如权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的插管系统,其中:
所述聚焦透镜是凸透镜。
18.如权利要求1至8中的任一项所述的插管系统,其中:
所述照明组件还包括棱镜,所述棱镜被布置成使得所述聚焦透镜的光轴与所述棱镜相交,并且所述棱镜将来自所述聚焦透镜的光反射到所述插管导管的管腔中。
