the working principle of the hybrid high-voltage direct-current circuit breaker mainly utilizes a power electronic device to control the current switching-off and transferring processes, so that the mutual conversion of electromagnetic energy is realized, and finally, the energy release is completed through a lightning arrester; in the prior art, the diagnosis of electrical equipment such as a high-voltage circuit breaker and the like by a power system adopts two systems of post maintenance and regular maintenance; the after repair is also called as after remedy and refers to emergency treatment under the condition that the power equipment fails to send faults so that the system cannot normally operate; this is not an economical process, as post-repair is a remedy after system failure. Meanwhile, the mode is mainly used for repairing equipment which is not suitable for other modes or non-key equipment which has little effect on power production and equipment with redundant configuration. For regular maintenance, it means precaution, i.e. the equipment is inspected and maintained at regular intervals. At present, many power plants are overhauled according to the 'power plant overhaul regulation' issued by the original power industry ministry, and overhaul intervals are determined according to time quantum, but the mode of regular overhaul is not scientific and has adverse effects; the high-voltage circuit breakers are large in number, large in overhaul quantity and high in overhaul cost, so that the planned overhaul is relatively large, new faults are easily caused, and the reliability of equipment is reduced to some extent;
therefore, in the operation process of the circuit breaker, the management of the operation state characteristics is particularly important, the sustainable development of national economy can be promoted, the obvious improvement of the production environment of a factory is promoted, the prevention cost can be effectively controlled by the aid of the prior prediction of the basis, and the prevention accuracy can be enhanced at the same time, so that the characteristic management platform is used for managing the operation state characteristics of the circuit breaker in the system, the operation state monitoring and the fault preprocessing of the circuit breaker are carried out according to the real-time operation state characteristics, the operation efficiency of the circuit breaker can be effectively improved, the fault rate is reduced, an enterprise can optimize an industrial structure, expenditure is reduced, energy is saved, the operation cost of the enterprise is reduced, the health, harmony and sustainable development of the enterprise are promoted, and the strong support is provided for the long-term operation of the enterprise;

after receiving the current monitoring qualified signal and the corresponding qualified time point, the server acquires a qualified time period according to the qualified time point, marks the operation of the circuit breaker in the qualified time period as the steady-state operation of the circuit breaker, and marks the time period corresponding to the steady-state operation as the steady-state time period; after receiving the unqualified current monitoring signal and the corresponding unqualified time point, the server acquires an unqualified time period according to an unqualified time period, the operation of the circuit breaker in the unqualified time period is marked as the transient operation of the circuit breaker, and the time period corresponding to the transient operation is marked as the transient time period; respectively sending the steady-state time period and the transient-state time period to a steady-state analysis unit and a transient-state analysis unit;
after the steady state analysis unit receives the steady state time period, the state of the circuit breaker in the steady state time period is monitored, the running state of the circuit breaker in the steady state operation is judged, the running state monitoring and control efficiency of the circuit breaker is improved, the running states of the circuit breaker in different running environments are obtained, the probability of safe running of the circuit breaker is effectively enhanced, the working efficiency of the circuit breaker is improved, and the specific steady state analysis process is as follows:

comparing the analysis coefficient C of the circuit breaker in steady state operation with a threshold range of the steady state analysis coefficient:
if the analysis coefficient C of the circuit breaker in the steady-state operation is within the threshold range of the steady-state analysis coefficient, judging that the analysis of the corresponding circuit breaker in the steady-state operation is qualified, generating a qualified signal of the steady-state operation and sending the qualified signal of the steady-state operation to a feature acquisition and analysis unit; if the analysis coefficient C of the circuit breaker in the steady-state operation is not within the threshold range of the steady-state analysis coefficient, judging that the analysis of the corresponding circuit breaker in the steady-state operation is unqualified, generating an unqualified signal of the steady-state operation, and sending the unqualified signal of the steady-state operation to a feature acquisition and analysis unit;
after the transient state analysis unit receives the transient state time quantum, the state of the circuit breaker in the transient state time quantum is monitored, the running state of the transient state running of the circuit breaker is judged, the diversification of the running state characteristics of the circuit breaker is improved, the running state management accuracy of the circuit breaker is enhanced, and the specific transient state analysis process is as follows:
it can be understood that, transient process monitoring mechanism lies in that when the system breaks down or needs to quit from operating the high voltage direct current circuit breaker, the direct current circuit breaker works in the transient on-off operating state, the internal components break down or change in state, and because each branch circuit adopts series, parallel and series-parallel connection in the actual circuit breaker, the stray parameters that the hierarchical arrangement leads to between the branch circuits are not matched, all can influence the reliable and stable operation of circuit breaker. Especially for multi-device and multi-module equipment such as a high-voltage direct current breaker, the change or mismatching of parameters directly causes the change of the flow direction and the size of the current inside the breaker, and the change is especially more obvious in the transient on-off process, so that the conditions of non-uniform voltage of the monitored components and non-uniform current of branches in the transient on-off process are the key for state monitoring and state evaluation;
