The kerbstone base formwork splicing movement device according to claim 4, wherein the support adjusting rod (404) is connected with the pipeline positioning support (401) through a bowl buckle (405), the support adjusting rod sleeve (403) is arranged in a double-layer manner perpendicular to the support adjusting rod (404), the support adjusting rod (404) penetrates through the support adjusting rod sleeve (403), pull rings are arranged at two ends of the lower support adjusting rod (404) for installation of a pull wire (406), and the pull wire (406) is made of a steel wire pull wire.

The kerbstone base formwork splicing moving device according to claim 4, wherein the wire reel (407), the wire guide shaft (408), and the wire reel limiting rod (409) are disposed outside the formwork frame (100), the relative positions of the bracket adjusting rod sleeve (403) and the bracket adjusting rod (404) are adjusted by rotating the wire reel (407), so as to adjust the distance between the pipeline positioning bracket (401) and the formwork frame (100), and the bracket adjusting rod sleeve (403) and the bracket adjusting rod (404) are arranged vertically and bilaterally.
8. The kerbstone base formwork splicing movement device of claim 1, wherein the universal wheel protection housings (503) are connected with the formwork frame (100) in a welding manner and are located at two ends of the formwork frame (100).
9. A kerbstone base formwork splicing movement apparatus of claim 1, wherein the formwork frame (100) and the scale adjustment plate (203) are made of one of steel, aluminum alloy or composite material.
10. Method for splicing a mobile device using a kerb base formwork according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
(1) inserting a template: welding and forming a template frame (100) by using a peripheral shaping frame and a back edge (104), and reserving a template insertion opening (105) above the peripheral shaping frame for inserting a template;
(2) fixing the template: after the template is inserted into the template frame (100), adjusting a template fixing and adjusting bolt (107) to be screwed down, and fixing the template;
(3) positioning and installing the template: connecting and fixing the same-side template frame by using a same-side template frame connecting bolt (201); a scale adjusting plate positioning bolt (205) penetrates through a scale adjusting plate positioning bolt sliding groove (204), the scale adjusting plate (203) is fixed on the template frames (100) on the two sides of the base, scales are arranged on the scale adjusting plate (203), the template frames (100) can accurately position and mount templates through scale control, and the section width is ensured;
(4) fixing the construction position of the template frame: after the point positions around the template curb base are measured, template supporting steel brazes (300) are inserted into template supporting steel brad holes (110), and a template frame (100) is fixed at a construction position;
(5) installing a pipeline positioning bracket: the support adjusting rod (404) penetrates through the support adjusting rod sleeve (403), pull wires (406) are installed at two ends of the lower support adjusting rod (404) through pull rings, and the pipeline positioning support (401) is connected with the support adjusting rod (404);
(6) pre-burying a pipe: the method comprises the steps that a pipe penetrates into a pipeline positioning support (401), the pipeline positioning support (401) is moved to the edge of a template, then concrete is poured, after pouring is finished, the position of the pipeline positioning support (401) is adjusted by adjusting the relative position of a support adjusting rod (404) and a support adjusting rod sleeve (403) through rotating a stay wire reel (407), finally a sleeve is added on the stay wire reel (407), and a handle of the extension stay wire reel is clamped into a stay wire reel limiting rod (409), so that the position of the pipeline is fixed;
(7) removing the mold: the method comprises the steps of dismantling a pull wire (406) and a support adjusting rod (404) in a pipeline positioning moving support (400) and withdrawing the pull wire and the support adjusting rod, cutting off a part of the pipeline positioning support (401) which is higher than a base on the inner side of the near road, reserving a part which is higher than the base on the outer side, pulling out a template to support a steel chisel (300), loosening template frame connecting mechanisms (202) on the two sides of the base in a template shaping mechanism, adjusting a universal wheel (501) to be below a template frame (100) by rotating a universal wheel height adjusting bolt (502), moving an assembled complete set of templates to two directions, enabling the template to be separated from a curb base, and moving the template frame (100) to the next working face.
