The preparation method of the frying material comprises the following steps: respectively boiling 20-30 parts by weight of lotus leaf, 10-15 parts by weight of orange peel and 15-20 parts by weight of lentinus edodes stem for 10min, taking out, draining, freezing for 10h at-18 ℃, frying for 40-50 min in a vacuum frying pot, deoiling until the oil content is lower than 10%, respectively crushing and mixing uniformly after passing through 40 meshes to obtain a frying material, wherein the frying conditions are as follows: the vacuum degree is 0.08-0.09 MPa, the temperature is 80-85 ℃, and the oil is palm oil.

Comparative example 3:
based on the embodiment 3, the ecological dog food rich in the mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-storage feed is prepared by cutting mulberry branches and leaves and corn silk respectively, boiling in boiling water for 10-15 min, immediately freezing for 10h at-18 ℃ after taking out, drying for 6h at 50 ℃, crushing and sieving for 60 meshes; the vegetable is steamed for 20 to 30 minutes after dicing, and then pulped into slurry.
Comparative example 4:
based on example 5, the frying material was replaced with a cooking material, and the cooking material was prepared as follows: respectively boiling 20-30 parts by weight of lotus leaf, 10-15 parts by weight of orange peel and 15-20 parts by weight of lentinus edodes stem for 10min, taking out, draining, freezing for 10h at-18 ℃, drying at 50 ℃ until the water content is lower than 10%, respectively crushing, sieving with 40 meshes, and uniformly mixing to obtain the food.
In order to highlight the technical effects of the ecological dog food, the inventor aims at the dog food prepared by the technical scheme of the examples 3-5 and the comparative examples 1-4, takes the dog food purchased by a supermarket (main raw materials: corn, rice, chicken powder, beef powder, duck powder, fish powder, carrot, beet pulp and chicken oil) as a control group, takes adult pine lions as an experimental group, and carries out free breeding for 30 days in the same environment, and the dog food is fed for 3 times in the morning and evening with free drinking water, 160g each time, 5 dogs with weights of 20-25 kg and ages of months of more than 24 months are tested in each group, and the test results are averaged. The detection indexes comprise:
(1) Weight of: measuring the weight before and after feeding for 30 days, and calculating average daily gain;
(2) Sensory score of coat (score after 30 days of feeding):
strength of hand feeling: the action force of the fur on the palm is used as the standard when the fur is stroked,
softness: comprehensively judging according to the consistency of the appearance direction of the fur and the hand feeling;
and (3) brightness: natural light is used as a light source, and the brightness of the fur is used as a standard;
oral malodor: the oral cavity close to the dog smelling is comprehensively judged.
The hand feeling force, softness, brightness and oral odor of the fur are measured by 10 minutes, and the sense score is calculated by 5 people score average value, wherein the hand feeling force is larger, the hand feeling force is more flexible, the fur is Mao Yue bright, the odor is lighter, the score is higher.
(3) Comb off Mao Liang (test after 30 days of feeding): the dogs were combed 3 times with teeth combs of the same density, the hairs on the combs were removed each time, and weighed, and the total amount of hair falling off was counted 3 times and recorded.

As can be seen from Table 1, the average daily gain of the control group (purchased in supermarket) is obviously lower than that of the experimental groups of examples 3-5, the hair removal amount is also obviously higher than that of the experimental groups of examples 3-5, and the hand feeling strength, softness, brightness and oral odor of the fur obtained by sensory evaluation are also obviously better than those of the experimental groups of examples 3-5.
In combination with comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, the corn silk, mulberry branches and leaves and vegetables are matched to prepare the mixed fermentation mulberry branches and leaves micro-storage feed, so that the dog food is prepared, the effect of feeding dogs is better than that of feeding dogs with pasture and the dog food prepared without corn silk, the daily gain of the dogs is obviously increased, the hair loss is obviously reduced, and the hand feeling strength, softness, brightness and oral odor of the fur obtained by sensory evaluation are also obviously better than those of the experimental groups of the comparative examples 1 and 2.
In combination with example 3, example 4 and comparative example 3, corn silk and mulberry twig and leaf are cut off, boiled, frozen, baked at high temperature and then crushed, so that the physical and chemical properties of raw materials are improved, and the mulberry twig and leaf and corn silk are easier to obtain materials which are easy to digest and absorb, have smaller molecular weight and better taste during fermentation, thereby improving the palatability and the nutritional value of dog food, obviously increasing the daily gain of dogs, reducing the hair loss, and improving the hand feeling strength and the brightness of the fur.
As seen from the combination of example 4, example 5 and comparative example 4, the daily gain of dogs was significantly increased, the hair loss was significantly reduced, and the softness, brightness and oral malodor of the fur were significantly improved by adding an appropriate amount of the frying material, which indicated that the frying material could promote appetite and improve the quality of the dog fur.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed above, it is not limited to the use of the description and embodiments, it is well suited to various fields of use for the invention, and further modifications may be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and accordingly, the invention is not limited to the particular details without departing from the general concepts defined in the claims and the equivalents thereof.

Claims (6)

1. The ecological dog food rich in the mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-storage feed is characterized in that the mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-storage feed is uniformly mixed with the puffed feed and the premix, and then extruded and granulated to obtain granular feed, the granular feed is dried at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ until the water content is lower than 12%, the premix in the dog food is composed of vitamin premix and mineral premix according to the weight ratio of 1:1, the premix accounts for 0.2-0.4% of the mass fraction of the dog food, and the mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-storage feed accounts for 20-60% of the mass fraction of the dog food;
the preparation method of the mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-storage feed comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps of (1) mixing and uniformly stirring the mulberry leaves, the corn silk and the vegetables after pretreatment according to the parts by weight of 250 parts of mulberry leaves, 200-300 parts of corn silk and 450-550 parts of vegetables and the total weight of 1000 parts of mulberry leaves, corn silk and vegetables to obtain a mixture base material; adding 2-3 parts of zymophyte preparation into the mixture base material, uniformly stirring, standing for 22-26 hours in an open mouth, sealing and fermenting for 7 days, and then drying at 20-30 ℃ to obtain the mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-storage feed; the zymogen preparation comprises: probiotics with content of not less than 1.0X10% 10 cfu/g; acidic protein, its enzyme activity unit is not less than 100u/g; xylanase with enzyme activity unit not less than 500u/g; lactic acid, which is not less than 1.5% of the total weight of the zymogen preparation; a small peptide protein which is not less than 12.0% of the total weight of the zymogen preparation;
the preparation method of the puffed feed comprises the following steps: mixing 40-50 parts of meat paste, 25-35 parts of flour, 6-8 parts of corn flour, 20-25 parts of bean pulp, 8-10 parts of black rice flour, 8-10 parts of buckwheat flour, 6-8 parts of vegetable oil and 1-3 parts of salt in parts by weight, uniformly mixing, adjusting the water content to 20%, puffing, crushing, and sieving with a 60-mesh sieve to obtain puffed feed; and mincing the meat paste from fresh meat materials, steaming for 1h, adding papain with the mass fraction of 1%, carrying out enzymolysis for 4h at 50-60 ℃, and carrying out enzyme deactivation treatment to obtain the meat paste.
2. The ecological dog food rich in mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-storage feed according to claim 1, wherein the vegetables consist of carrots, cucumbers, corn kernels, white gourd and tomatoes in a weight ratio of 2:1:1:1:1.

The ecological dog food rich in mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-feed according to claim 2, wherein the pretreatment comprises: cutting mulberry branches and leaves and corn silk respectively, crushing, sieving with a 60-mesh sieve, dicing vegetables, and pulping to obtain slurry.

The ecological dog food rich in the mixed fermentation type mulberry branch and leaf micro-storage feed as claimed in claim 3, wherein the mulberry branch and leaf and corn silk are cut off respectively, then the mulberry branch and leaf and corn silk are boiled in boiling water for 10-15 min, immediately frozen for 10h at-18 ℃ after being taken out, baked for 15-20 min at 140 ℃, crushed and sieved for 60 meshes; and (5) steaming the diced vegetables for 20-30 min, and pulping to obtain slurry.

The ecological dog food rich in the mixed fermentation type mulberry twig and leaf micro-storage feed according to claim 1, wherein the mixed fermentation type mulberry twig and leaf micro-storage feed, the puffed feed, the frying material and the premix are uniformly mixed before extrusion granulation, and the weight ratio of the puffed feed to the frying material is 4:1; the preparation method of the frying material comprises the following steps: respectively boiling 20-30 parts by weight of lotus leaves, 10-15 parts by weight of orange peels and 15-20 parts by weight of lentinus edodes stems for 10min, taking out, draining, freezing for 10h at-18 ℃, frying for 40-50 min in a vacuum frying pot, deoiling until the oil content is lower than 10%, respectively crushing and uniformly mixing after 40 meshes to obtain a frying material, wherein the frying conditions are as follows: the vacuum degree is 0.08-0.09 MPa, the temperature is 80-85 ℃, and the oil is palm oil.

Use of an ecological dog food rich in mixed fermentation type mulberry twig and leaf micro-storage feed as set forth in any one of claims 1 to 5 for preparing feed, wherein dogs less than 6 months use dog food containing mixed fermentation type mulberry twig and leaf micro-storage feed accounting for 20% of the dog food mass fraction; dogs between 6 and 12 months use dog food containing the mixed fermentation type mulberry twig and leaf micro-storage feed accounting for 30 percent of the mass fraction of the dog food, dogs between 12 and 18 months use dog food containing the mixed fermentation type mulberry twig and leaf micro-storage feed accounting for 40 percent of the mass fraction of the dog food, dogs between 18 and 24 months use dog food containing the mixed fermentation type mulberry twig and leaf micro-storage feed accounting for 50 percent of the mass fraction of the dog food, and dogs greater than 24 months use dog food containing the mixed fermentation type mulberry twig and leaf micro-storage feed accounting for 60 percent of the mass fraction of the dog food.
