In order to facilitate heat dissipation, most of the existing direct current motors are generally provided with heat dissipation holes at the tail ends, when the direct current motors are required to be used in a humid or rainy environment, humid air or rainwater can easily enter the motor to affect the service life of the motor, although part of the motors are also provided with moistureproof cotton at the heat dissipation holes to prevent moisture and water, the moistureproof cotton gradually loses effect after long-time use, needs to be manually checked and replaced, wastes time and labor, is easy to cause untimely replacement, cannot be automatically replaced in time according to the use condition of the moistureproof cotton, and is inconvenient to use.

The application aims to provide a direct current motor to solve the problems in the prior art, and the direct current motor can automatically replace moisture-proof cotton in time when the moisture-proof cotton is out of action through the arrangement of a support dismantling assembly, a linkage unit and a cotton throwing assembly, does not need manual treatment, saves time and labor, can effectively avoid the phenomenon of untimely replacement, and is convenient to use.

2. in the application, after the moisture-proof cotton is used for a long time, a large amount of moisture is absorbed and gradually loses effect, meanwhile, the self weight of the moisture-proof cotton is gradually increased, the moisture-proof cotton gradually moves downwards and extrudes the supporting check block to rotate by taking the supporting rotary rod as the circle center, when the supporting check block rotates to the condition that the supporting effect cannot be achieved, the moisture-proof cotton automatically slides downwards to achieve the purpose of automatic dismantling, and after the moisture-proof cotton falls, the supporting check block is driven to automatically reset under the elastic force of the torsion spring to support new moisture-proof cotton again;
3. according to the application, when the supporting rotating rod rotates, the driving reel is driven to rotate, under the action of the connecting pull rope, the driven reel and the connecting rotating rod are driven to rotate, the connecting rotating rod drives the driving gear to rotate, and then the movable rack drives the sealing baffle plate to move, so that the throwing hole is opened, and at the moment, moisture-proof cotton in the sealing box at the throwing hole automatically drops down into the limiting frame, thereby realizing the purpose of automatic replacement;

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the application without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the application.
Examples: referring to fig. 1 to 8, a direct current motor includes a main body 1, two limiting frames 2 are mounted on the side of the main body 1, the limiting frames 2 are welded and fixed with the side of the main body 1, dampproof cotton 3 is mounted in the two limiting frames 2 in a co-movable manner, and the dampproof cotton 3 can be any dry cotton capable of absorbing moisture in the prior art.
The body 1 is connected with a support dismantling assembly for supporting or dismantling the moistureproof cotton 3, the support dismantling assembly is connected with a linkage unit, the linkage unit is connected with a cotton throwing assembly, the cotton throwing assembly is used for throwing new moistureproof cotton 3 into the limiting frame 2, and the support dismantling assembly drives the cotton throwing assembly to operate through the linkage unit.
By means of the structure, when the damp-proof cotton 3 loses action, the gravity of the damp-proof cotton 3 is increased to a certain degree and cannot be used, and then the support is triggered to be dismantled to automatically dismantle the damp-proof cotton 3 in the limiting frame 2, and the linkage unit drives the cotton throwing component to operate, so that the new damp-proof cotton 3 can be thrown into the limiting frame 2, the aim of automatic replacement in time is achieved, manual replacement is not needed, time and labor are saved, untimely phenomenon of replacement can be effectively avoided, and the use is convenient.
As a preferred implementation of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the support removing assembly includes two fixing stay plates 4 mounted at the side of the body 1, and the fixing stay plates 4 are welded to the side of the body 1 to be fixed; the two fixing supporting plates 4 are internally and jointly sleeved with a supporting rotating rod 5 in a rotating way, a plurality of supporting check blocks 6 are uniformly arranged on the side parts of the supporting rotating rod 5, the supporting check blocks 6 are fixedly welded with the side parts of the supporting rotating rod 5, and three supporting check blocks 6 are arranged on the supporting rotating rod 5; the top of a plurality of support dog 6 all contacts with dampproofing cotton 3's bottom, cup joints on supporting bull stick 5 and installs two spring mounting panel 7, and the cover is equipped with two torsion springs 8 on supporting bull stick 5, and two torsion springs 8's both ends are installed respectively on the lateral part of two fixed fagging 4 and two spring mounting panel 7, and supporting bull stick 5 is connected with throwing cotton subassembly through the linkage unit.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 6, one ends of the plurality of support stoppers 6 are all inclined, and a plurality of movable balls 9 are uniformly rotatably mounted, and the movable balls 9 may be any ball structure in the prior art, such as metal balls.
The ball 9 can reduce the friction force between the moisture-proof cotton 3 and the supporting stop block 6 in the process that the moisture-proof cotton 3 slides down, so that the process that the moisture-proof cotton 3 slides down and is removed automatically is smoother.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 7 and 8, the cotton feeding assembly includes a seal placement box 10 mounted on the top of a body 1, and the seal placement box 10 is screwed with the top of the body 1 to fix; a plurality of dampproof cottons 3 are movably arranged in the sealed placement box 10, a placement hole is formed in the bottom of the sealed placement box 10, the placement hole corresponds to the position of the limiting frame 2, two L-shaped fixed plates 11 and two supporting bosses are arranged on the side part of the sealed placement box 10, movable moving rods 12 are sleeved in the two L-shaped fixed plates 11 in a sliding manner, blocking blocks are arranged at one ends of the two movable moving rods 12, sealing baffle plates 13 matched with the placement hole are jointly arranged at the other ends of the two movable moving rods 12, and the sealing baffle plates 13 are welded and fixed with the end parts of the movable moving rods 12; the movable rack 16 is arranged on the side part of the sealing baffle 13, the connecting rotating rod 14 is sleeved in the two supporting bosses in a common rotating way, the driving gear 15 meshed with the movable rack 16 is sleeved on the connecting rotating rod 14, the connecting rotating rod 14 is connected with the linkage unit, the movable moving rod 12 is connected with the reset unit, and the pushing unit is arranged in the sealing placement box 10.
When the connecting rotating rod 14 rotates, the driving gear 15 is driven to rotate, the sealing baffle 13 is driven to move by the movable rack 16, the throwing hole is opened, and at the moment, the moistureproof cotton 3 positioned at the throwing hole in the sealing placement box 10 automatically falls down into the limiting frame 2, so that the aim of automatic replacement is fulfilled.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the linkage unit includes two driving reels 18 respectively installed at both ends of the supporting rotary rod 5, driven reels 19 are installed at both ends of the connecting rotary rod 14, and the driving reels 18 and the driven reels 19 may be any plastic winding reels in the prior art; the two driving reels 18 and the two driven reels 19 are wound together and are provided with a connecting stay rope 20.
When the supporting rotating rod 5 rotates, the driving reel 18 is driven to rotate, and under the action of the connecting pull rope 20, the driven reel 19 and the connecting rotating rod 14 are driven to rotate, so that the cotton throwing assembly synchronously operates, a linkage effect is achieved, and the continuity is good.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the return unit includes a return spring 17 sleeved on the movable lever 12, and the return spring 17 may be any metal spring in the prior art; both ends of the return spring 17 are mounted on the sides of the L-shaped fixing plate 11 and the blocking block, respectively.
After the throwing is finished, under the action of the elastic force of the reset spring 17, the movable moving rod 12 and the sealing baffle 13 are driven to automatically reset to seal the sealed placing box 10, so that other dampproof cotton 3 in the sealed placing box 10 cannot be wetted.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the pushing unit includes a telescopic sleeve 21 mounted on the inner sidewall of the sealed placement box 10, a telescopic push rod slidably mounted in the telescopic sleeve 21, a movable push plate 22 mounted at one end of the telescopic push rod, and the movable push plate 22 is screwed to one end of the telescopic push rod for fixing; the side part of the movable push plate 22 is contacted with one of the moistureproof cotton 3, and the extrusion spring 23 sleeved on the telescopic push rod is commonly arranged on the side part of the telescopic sleeve 21 and the side part of the movable push plate 22, which are close to each other.
After the throwing is completed, the movable push plate 22 is driven to move under the action of the extrusion spring 23, so that other moisture-proof cotton 3 in the sealed placement box 10 can be sequentially pushed to the throwing opening, and the next throwing is convenient.
As a preferred implementation of the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 3, a guide funnel 30 is mounted at a side of the body 1, and the guide funnel 30 may be any metal funnel in the prior art, which is welded to the side of the body 1 to be fixed; the guide funnel 30 is located between the seal placement box 10 and the bounding box 2.
Can play a guiding role when putting in the dampproof cotton 3 for the dampproof cotton 3 can more stably put into the limiting frame 2.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, two T-shaped slide rails 24 are installed at the bottom of the body 1, two motor bases 25 are slidably installed on the two T-shaped slide rails 24 together, and the motor bases 25 may be any metal base in the prior art; a plurality of mounting holes 26 are uniformly formed in the tops of the two motor bases 25, and the two motor bases 25 are connected with a distance adjusting unit.
The motor base 25 can facilitate the motor to be mounted on motor mounting seats of different sizes, and the application range of the motor is improved.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the distance adjusting unit includes two limiting rotating rings 27 installed at the bottom of the body 1, adjusting rotating columns 28 are sleeved in the two limiting rotating rings 27 in a rotating manner, two ends of each adjusting rotating column 28 are respectively provided with a thread moving column 29, threads of the two thread moving columns 29 are oppositely arranged, and one ends of the two thread moving columns 29 respectively penetrate through the two motor bases 25 in a threaded manner and are respectively provided with an anti-falling sheet.
When the rotating column 28 is rotated to adjust, the two screw thread moving columns 29 are driven to rotate, so that the two motor bases 25 can move in opposite directions or in opposite directions, and the purpose of adjusting the installation distance is achieved.
The working principle of the application is as follows:

When the supporting rotary rod 5 rotates, the driving reel 18 is driven to rotate, under the action of the connecting pull rope 20, the driven reel 19 is driven to rotate with the connecting rotary rod 14, the connecting rotary rod 14 rotates to drive the driving gear 15 to rotate, and then the movable rack 16 drives the sealing baffle 13 to move to open the throwing hole, at the moment, the moistureproof cotton 3 positioned at the throwing hole in the sealing placement box 10 automatically drops down into the limiting frame 2, and the purpose of automatic replacement is achieved.
After the throwing is completed, under the action of the elastic force of the reset spring 17, the sealing baffle 13 is driven to automatically reset to seal the sealed box 10, so that other dampproof cotton 3 in the sealed box 10 cannot be wetted, and meanwhile, under the action of the extrusion spring 23, the movable push plate 22 is driven to move, and further, the other dampproof cotton 3 in the sealed box 10 can be sequentially pushed to the throwing opening so as to be thrown next time.
When rotating the adjusting rotary column 28, the two screw thread moving columns 29 are driven to rotate, and the two motor bases 25 can move oppositely or back to back under the action of the T-shaped sliding rail 24 because the screw threads of the two screw thread moving columns 29 are oppositely arranged, so that the installation distance between the two motor bases 25 can be adjusted, and the motor can be installed on motor installation seats with different sizes, and the application range of the motor is improved.
