Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the mounting frame 11 comprises a sleeve 111 for sleeving the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1 and a mounting rod 112 arranged on the sleeve 111, the fixed disk 7 is rotatably arranged on the mounting rod 112, a sliding groove 18 is formed in a surface of the fixed disk 7 perpendicular to the length direction of the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1, the sliding groove 18 is connected end to end in a ring shape, a sliding block 19 is arranged at the end part of the mounting rod 112, which is away from the sleeve 111, and the sliding block 19 is in sliding clamping connection in the sliding groove 18; the sliding block 19 is clamped in the sliding groove 18, and then the fixed disk 7 is installed on the installation frame 11, so that the fixed disk 7 is installed on the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1; to reduce the likelihood of the slider 19 falling off the runner 18, the slider 19 is a T-shaped block and the runner 18 is a T-shaped slot that mates with the T-shaped block in a snap fit.

Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the mounting rod 112 is detachably disposed on the sleeve 111, and a slot 21 for inserting the mounting rod 112 is formed on a side wall of the sleeve 111; the mounting rod 112 is inserted into the slot 21, so that the mounting of the mounting rod 112 is completed, and the operation is simple and convenient; in order to improve the stability of the mounting rod 112 on the sleeve 111, the mounting rod 112 is connected with a bolt 22 in a threaded manner, and a thread groove for the bolt 22 to be connected in a threaded manner is formed in the sleeve 111 and positioned in the slot 21; after the mounting rod 112 is inserted into the insertion groove, the bolt 22 is screwed into the thread groove, so that the mounting rod 112 is fixed on the sleeve 111, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Referring to fig. 1, a fixing rod 23 is detachably arranged on one side of the sleeve 111, which is away from the fixing disc 7, the fixing rod 23 is inserted into the sleeve 111 and is fixed on the sleeve 111 through a bolt 22, a first gear ring 511 is arranged on the fixing rod 23, a T-shaped block is arranged at one end of the fixing rod 23, which is away from the sleeve 111, and a T-shaped groove for sliding and clamping the T-shaped block is formed in the first gear ring 511.
The implementation principle of the outdoor connection method of the cold shrink cable in the embodiment of the application is as follows:
after the pre-expansion cold-shrink terminal body 1 is assembled, firstly, the reciprocating screw rod 52 is installed on the fixed disc 7 and the cleaning ring 3, and then the cleaning ring 3 and the fixed disc 7 are sleeved on the pre-expansion cold-shrink terminal body 1; the sleeve 111 is fixedly mounted on the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1, then the mounting rod 112 is mounted on the sleeve 111, and the fixing plate 7 is mounted on the mounting rod 112; the fixing lever 23 is then mounted on the sleeve 111, and the first ring gear 511 is mounted on the fixing lever 23; subsequently, the positioning disk 12 is sleeved on the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1, and the abutting plate 16 is slid, so that the abutting plate 16 abuts on the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1;
starting the first motor 6, driving the second gear 92 to rotate by the first motor 6, driving the second gear 92 to rotate, driving the second gear ring 91 to rotate by the second gear 92, and driving the fixed disc 7 to coaxially rotate with the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1 by the rotation of the second gear ring 91;
the fixed disk 7 drives the reciprocating screw 52 to rotate in the rotating process, the reciprocating screw 52 rotates to drive the first gear 512 to rotate by taking the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1 as an axis, under the action of the first gear ring 511, the first gear 512 and the first gear ring 511 are mutually extruded, the first gear 512 is further driven to rotate, the first gear 512 rotates to drive the reciprocating screw 52 to rotate, and the reciprocating screw 52 rotates to drive the cleaning ring 3 to slide to clean the pre-expansion cold-shrink type terminal body 1.
