when the target tracking information is first target tracking information, responding to the received first instruction, and executing the step of finishing the aging tracking of the fresh preparation;
specifically, the first instruction may be a click instruction for a preset control, for example, a "stop prohibition" control is preset, and when the control is clicked, the step of completing the aging tracking of the fresh preparation is triggered.
When the target tracking information is second target tracking information, executing to acquire execution sequence information of the current flow includes:
specifically, the second instruction may be a click instruction on a preset control, for example, a "confirm release" control is preset, and when the control is clicked, step 105 is triggered to be executed.
In this embodiment, the first instruction and the second instruction may be selected according to actual requirements to trigger step 105, so that each process may be tracked and monitored more flexibly.
And when the target tracking information is second target tracking information, responding to the received second instruction, and executing to acquire the execution sequence information of the current flow.
Preferably, the following steps are included after the step of completing the aging tracking of the fresh preparation in step S105:
s106, generating an aging tracking report according to the target tracking information of each process;
s107, acquiring second identity information of a second user;
and S108, displaying the time efficiency tracking report when the second identity information is matched with the target identity information.
In this embodiment, the aging tracking report may be generated by combining the target tracking information of each process, and when the second identity information of the second user passes the verification, the aging tracking report may be displayed to the second user, so that the second user may effectively trace the process information of the fresh preparation at each stage.
For better understanding of the present embodiment, the following description of the present embodiment is given by way of a specific example:
first, configuring a plurality of processes and corresponding process information through step 201 and step 202, in this embodiment, configuring process information such as items, process names, corresponding roles (i.e., role information), and sequencing values (i.e., execution sequence information), and specifically, taking the processes of production, transportation, use, and recovery as examples of the process names; by taking producers, transporters, users and producers as examples of corresponding roles, specifically, identity authentication information such as a telephone number and the like corresponding to a producer can be configured; specifically, the order value is represented by the numerical size, and the smaller the number, the more advanced the execution order, in this embodiment, the order value for production is set to 90, and the order value for transportation immediately after it is set to 100 instead of 91, so as to facilitate insertion of a new flow between two flows when necessary, for example, a new a flow is set, and the order value can be set to a number between 90 and 100, thereby improving the flexibility of flow configuration.
It should be understood that new processes may be added, existing processes may be deleted or modified according to actual needs.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate testing of each flow, flow information such as whether each flow needs to be done, a state, an operation, and the like is also set during configuration, and in a formal use process, the state of each flow in the column of whether each flow needs to be done is yes, and the column of the state is an enabled state.
In this embodiment, identification information is generated for a fresh preparation according to a preset coding rule by using a principle of one-object-one identification information, and in this embodiment, the specific implementation manner of the identification information is a two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code is generated in batch by presetting information such as the front end, the first number, the digit number and the like of the two-dimensional code, and after the two-dimensional code is generated, the two-dimensional code is respectively arranged on the fresh preparation and used as the identification information of the fresh preparation.
In the process of producing the fresh preparation, the first user may execute step 101, specifically, when the first user scans the two-dimensional code on the fresh preparation through the terminal device, the identity information of the first user is verified, for example, a mobile phone number of the terminal device used by the first user is obtained, if the mobile phone number matches with the role information of the production process configured in the previous stage, it is indicated that the first user is an authorized user, and the first user enters the production process through verification.
And then, after the first user enters the production flow, executing step 104 to acquire target tracking information of the current flow. The target tracking information includes the name of the project, product information, image information, remark information, and the like. Specifically, according to the flow information configured in the previous stage, the name of the project (medical food), the product information (target stem cells) are automatically generated, the first user can take a picture and upload the corresponding image by checking whether the fresh preparation meets the preset standard to generate the image information, add the corresponding remark information to explain the reason that the fresh preparation meets or does not meet the preset standard, and the like.
After the first user enters the production process, the target tracking information may further include a start time of the production process, and the start time is automatically generated after the information of the first user is verified, i.e., 8/27/2021, and 16/31/10/s. Of course, the target tracking information may further include an end time of the current flow, an interval time from the beginning to the end of the current flow, and the like according to actual requirements. The target tracking information further includes a name of the first user (a user).
If the fresh preparation does not meet the preset standard, after the corresponding target tracking information is obtained, a first instruction (for example, an instruction that the first user clicks a control of 'stop forbidding') is obtained, step 106 is executed, the aging tracking is completed, that is, the aging tracking is finished.
If the fresh preparation meets the preset standard, acquiring a first instruction (such as an instruction that a first user clicks a control for confirming release) after acquiring corresponding target tracking information, executing step 105, if the acquired current production flow is not the last flow, taking the next flow (in the scene, the next flow is a transportation flow) as the current flow, returning to step 101, continuing to track the transportation flow, and if the acquired current production flow is not the last flow, executing step 106, and completing tracking.
In this embodiment, the first user corresponding to the transportation process can view the target tracking information of the previous process, so that the information uploaded by the previous process can be further verified.
The steps of this example are then cycled through until the age tracking of the fresh formulation of this example is completed.
After the aging tracking of the fresh preparation is completed, step 107 is executed to generate an aging tracking report, and after the second identity information of the second user (such as an administrator) is successfully verified, the aging tracking report can be displayed to the second user, and the aging tracking report should include the display of the target tracking information of the full-process node.
The embodiment adopts a one-object-one-code mode, time tracking management is carried out on the whole process from production start to use of the fresh preparation, and quick information collection and source tracing are realized on the basis of ensuring information safety by verifying the identities of the first user and the second user. In addition, in the embodiment, the corresponding role information is configured for each process in a pre-configuration mode, and by the pre-authorization mode, it can be ensured that a person is located in each step of operation by verifying whether the identity of the user corresponds to the role information in the subsequent tracking process of each process, so that the method has excellent safety.
The embodiment is simple and convenient to use, can configure the flows and the flow information corresponding to each flow by self, can realize all operations by using terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, and also has detailed and accurate data statistics and is convenient to summarize and analyze.
