Specifically, as shown in fig. 6 to 8, the first fan 4 includes: the air guide device comprises a mounting seat 41, a motor 42, an air guide ring 43 and a plurality of blades 44; the mounting seat 41 is connected with the air duct assembly 3, the motor 42 is mounted on the mounting seat 41, the air guide ring 43 is mounted at the power output end of the motor 42, the plurality of blades 44 are mounted on the air guide ring 43, the blades 44 are circumferentially distributed at intervals with the rotation center shaft of the air guide ring 43 as the center, the first ends of the blades 44 are connected to the outer edge of the air guide ring 43, and the blades 44 extend spirally along the radial direction, so that the second ends of the blades 44 are close to the rotation center shaft of the air guide ring 43. By optimizing the blade profile and arrangement of the blades 44, the thickness of the first fan 4 can be thinned without changing the performance. Illustratively, the first fan 4 is mounted to the air duct rear cover 33 by a mounting base 41 and is disposed opposite to the air inlet 311.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, the mounting seat 41 includes a seat 411 and a plurality of lugs 412, the motor 42 is mounted on the seat 411, the lugs 412 are spaced apart from each other on an outer edge of the seat 411, the lugs 412 are provided with connecting holes 4121, and the mounting seat 41 is fixedly connected with the air duct assembly 3 through the connecting holes 4121 on the lugs 412. Illustratively, a specific embodiment in which three lugs 412 are provided is shown in the drawings, and a screw 5 is provided in the connection hole 4121, and the first fan 4 is fastened to the duct assembly 3 by the screw 5.
For further damping and noise reduction, in this embodiment, a damping washer (not specifically shown in the drawings) is provided between the mounting seat 41 and the duct assembly 3.
In some embodiments, at least one or more freezing chambers (not specifically shown in the drawings) are further disposed inside the case 100, and a second evaporator (not specifically shown in the drawings) and a second fan (not specifically shown in the drawings) are disposed inside the freezing chamber, where, in order to meet the higher cooling capacity requirement of the freezing chamber, the thickness of the second evaporator along the front-rear direction is greater than the thickness of the first evaporator 2 along the front-rear direction, and the thickness of the second fan along the front-rear direction is greater than the thickness of the first fan 4 along the front-rear direction; by adopting evaporators of different specifications for the refrigerating chamber 101 and the freezing chamber in the refrigerator respectively, fans of different specifications are correspondingly adopted, so that the performance requirements can be ensured, and the space occupation of the air duct 31 system for the refrigerating chamber 101 can be reduced.
In addition, for a refrigerator in which the refrigerating chamber 101 is high, for example: the wine cabinet can adopt a multi-air-duct 31 system, namely, the plurality of first evaporators 2 and the air duct assemblies 3 are sequentially arranged along the height direction, so that the bottle discharging amount of wine can be increased, and noise can be reduced.
In addition, the refrigerator in the application can comprise a refrigerator, a wine cabinet and other products.
According to the refrigerator, the sizes of the first evaporator, the air duct and the first fan in the refrigerating chamber are optimized, the thickness of the first evaporator along the front-rear direction is set to meet the refrigerating requirement, the thickness of the first fan and the air duct along the front-rear direction is thinned, the diameter of the first fan is increased, and the usable space of the refrigerating chamber can be increased while the air supply requirement and the refrigerating requirement are met; compared with the prior art, the diameter of the first fan is larger, so that the rotating speed of the first fan can be properly reduced, the air quantity requirement can be met, and the noise can be reduced.

Claims (9)
1.A refrigerator, comprising:
The refrigerator comprises a box body, wherein one or more refrigerating chambers are arranged in the box body, and the depth of each refrigerating chamber along the front-rear direction is L1;
an evaporator cooling chamber provided in the refrigerator chamber and close to the rear side thereof;
A first evaporator provided in the evaporator cooling chamber, the first evaporator having a thickness L2 in the front-rear direction;
the air duct assembly is arranged in the refrigerating chamber and is close to the rear side of the refrigerating chamber, an air duct is arranged in the air duct assembly, the air duct is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, the air inlet is communicated with the evaporator cooling chamber, the air outlet is communicated with the refrigerating chamber, and the thickness of the air duct along the front-rear direction is L3; and
The first fan is connected with the air duct assembly, is arranged in the air duct and is positioned at the position of the air inlet, the diameter of the first fan is R, and the thickness of the first fan in the front-rear direction is L4;
Wherein, L2= (4% -6%) & L1, L3= (5% -8%) & L1, R= (100-200) mm, L4= (15% -17%) & R;
the refrigerator is characterized in that at least one or more freezing chambers are further arranged in the refrigerator body, a second evaporator and a second fan are arranged in the freezing chambers, the thickness of the second evaporator along the front-rear direction is larger than that of the first evaporator along the front-rear direction, and the thickness of the second fan along the front-rear direction is larger than that of the first fan along the front-rear direction.
2. The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein a diameter r= (120 to 160) mm of the first fan, and a thickness l4= (20 to 25) mm of the first fan in the front-rear direction.
3. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the air duct has a plurality of the air outlets distributed at an outer periphery of the first fan.
4. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the air duct assembly comprises:
the air duct front cover plate is connected with the refrigerating chamber, and the first fan is arranged on the air duct front cover plate; and
The air duct rear cover plate is arranged on the rear side face of the air duct front cover plate, the air duct is defined between the air duct rear cover plate and the air duct front cover plate, and the air inlet is formed in the air duct rear cover plate.
5. The refrigerator of claim 4, wherein a bottom portion of the air duct front cover protrudes from the air duct rear cover, and the evaporator cooling chamber is defined between a portion of the air duct front cover protruding from the air duct rear cover and a rear sidewall of the refrigerating chamber.
6. The refrigerator of claim 5, wherein a front side of the duct front cover plate is in a flat plate shape.
7. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the first fan comprises:
The mounting seat is connected with the air duct assembly;
A motor mounted on the mount;
The air guide ring is arranged at the power output end of the motor; and
The blades are arranged on the wind guide ring, the blades are circumferentially distributed at intervals by taking the rotation central shaft of the wind guide ring as the center, the first ends of the blades are connected to the outer edge of the wind guide ring, and the blades extend in a spiral shape along the radial direction, so that the second ends of the blades are close to the rotation central shaft of the wind guide ring.
8. The refrigerator of claim 7, wherein the mount comprises:
The motor is arranged on the base; and
A plurality of lugs which are arranged on the outer edge of the seat body at intervals, the lugs are provided with connecting holes, the mounting seat is fixedly connected with the air duct assembly through the connecting hole on the lug.
9. The refrigerator of claim 7, wherein a shock absorbing gasket is disposed between the mounting base and the air duct assembly.
