Abstract

At present, when the split air conditioner is in refrigeration operation, the heat exchange mode of the condenser in the air conditioner outdoor unit is that the air flows fast and passes through the condenser by the high-speed rotation of the fan, so that the heat emitted by the condenser is taken away, and the heat dissipation effect of the condenser is achieved. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides an air conditioner outdoor unit, as shown in fig. 1 to 9, the air conditioner outdoor unit comprises a shell 10 and a condenser 11 arranged in the shell 10, a water spraying box 12 is also arranged in the shell 10, and the water spraying box 12 is positioned above the condenser 11; at least one baffle member 13 is arranged in the water spraying box 12, and the water spraying box 12 is divided into a plurality of water containing tanks 14 by the at least one baffle member 13; a water spraying pipe 15 is further arranged in the water spraying box 12, at least one first through hole 16 is formed in the water spraying pipe 15 corresponding to each water containing groove 14, and the water spraying pipe 15 is used for spraying cooling water to the water containing grooves 14; the bottom surface of each water receiving groove 14 is provided with at least one second through hole 17.
The blocking member 13 may be a blocking piece, a blocking rib or other components with blocking function, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and the number of the blocking members 13 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the plurality of water receiving tanks 14 are partitioned by a partition 13 to separate the shower box 12; the bottom surface of the water containing tank 14 is the bottom surface of the water spraying box 12, and the side wall of the water containing tank 14 consists of the side wall of the water spraying box 12 and the baffle member 13. Because the water spraying pipe 15 in the water spraying box 12 injects cooling water into each water containing tank 14 through the first through hole 16, and the cooling water in the water containing tank 14 is sprayed on the condenser 11 through the second through hole 17 on the bottom surface of the water containing tank 14, the bottom surface of the water spraying box 12 preferably covers the top surface of the condenser 11, so that each region on the top surface of the condenser 11 can be sprayed with the cooling water, the cooling of each region of the condenser 11 is uniform, and the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser is improved.
The shape, size, number of the first through holes 16 and the second through holes 17, etc. are not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual situations. For convenience in processing and manufacturing, in practical application, the first through hole 16 and the second through hole 17 are generally made as circular holes.
Referring to fig. 4, the shower pipe 15 may be a hose or a hard pipe, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and preferably, the shower pipe 15 is a hose, so that the shower pipe 15 is conveniently installed in the shower box.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that the water spraying box is arranged above the condenser, the water spraying box is divided into the water containing tanks by the baffle piece in the water spraying box, the cooling water is injected into each water containing tank through the first through hole on the water spraying pipe, and then the cooling water in the water containing tank is sprayed onto the condenser by the second through hole on the bottom surface of the water containing tank, so that the temperature of the condenser is reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser is improved. Because the front end of the water spray pipe 15 has a larger water pressure, the water leakage speed of the first through holes 16 at the front end of the water spray pipe 15 is higher, and the water containing tanks 14 are relatively independent, in order to ensure that each water containing tank 14 can have relatively uniform cooling water, preferably, the number of the first through holes 16 arranged at the positions corresponding to each water containing tank 14 on the water spray pipe 15 is gradually increased along the water flow direction of the water spray pipe 15 as shown in fig. 1 and 4.
Referring to fig. 5, the number of second through holes 17 provided at the bottom surface of each water receiving groove 14 is the same. Therefore, the water leakage amount of each water containing tank 14 is uniform, and the area of the condenser 11 corresponding to each water containing tank 14 can be uniformly sprayed with cooling water, so that the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser 11 is improved.
Further, the outdoor unit further comprises a fan, and the second through holes 17 on the bottom surface of the water containing tank 14 are gradually reduced in arrangement density along the blowing direction of the fan. When the air conditioner outdoor unit works, the fan is started, and the cooling water dropped on the condenser 11 from the second through holes 17 is influenced by the wind direction to deflect towards one side, so that the density of the second through holes 17 is preferably gradually reduced along the blowing direction of the fan, and the influence of the fan can be reduced, so that each region on the condenser 11 can be uniformly sprayed with the cooling water.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the shower box 12 includes an upper cover 121 and a lower cover 122 fastened up and down, and a barrier 13 is provided on the bottom surface of the lower cover 122 (suggested above); one end of the baffle 13, which is far away from the bottom surface of the lower cover 122, is provided with a clamping groove 131, and the water drenching pipe 15 is clamped in the clamping groove 131. The water drenching pipe 15 is clamped on the clamping groove 131 of the baffle 13, so that the water drenching pipe 15 is convenient to fix. The baffle 13 may be fixedly connected to the lower cover 122, or may be integrally formed with the lower cover 122, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Preferably, the baffle 13 and the lower cover 122 are integrally injection molded, so that the manufacturing process can be greatly simplified, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

Further, the air conditioner outdoor unit further comprises a water tank and a water pump, wherein the input end of the water pump is communicated with the water tank; the output end of the water pump is communicated with the water drenching pipe 15. The water pump can be arranged to increase the pressure of the cooling water flowing in the water spraying pipe 15, so that the cooling water is sprayed by the first through holes 16 and the second through holes 17 more smoothly.
The cooling water flowing in the water shower pipe 15 may be external tap water or condensed water in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Preferably, the cooling water flowing in the water spraying pipe 15 is the condensed water in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the condensed water can be fully utilized, resource waste is prevented, and the condensed water is sprayed onto the condenser of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner due to the fact that the temperature of the condensed water is generally low, and the cooling effect of the condenser is better.
In practical application, a water pump is not arranged between the external water source and the water spraying pipe 15, and the water level difference is utilized to realize smooth flowing of the cooling water. For example, when the cooling water flowing in the water spray pipe 15 is the condensed water in the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the indoor unit of the air conditioner may be set to be higher than the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, so that the condensed water in the indoor unit of the air conditioner may flow into the water spray pipe 15 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner through a drain pipe.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the outdoor unit further includes a water pipe connection head 19; a groove 123 is formed in one end wall of the lower cover 122, and the shower pipe 15 is connected with the water pipe connector 19 at the groove 123. By arranging the water pipe connector 19, the water drenching pipe 15 can be conveniently connected with an external water pipe.
