In winter or spring and autumn, heat exchange is needed, no matter cooking without oil smoke or with oil smoke, the fresh air fan 25 is started, the heat exchange fresh air valve 18 is opened, the fresh air valve 23 is closed, and cooking waste gas passes through the oil smoke filter 8, the oil smoke air inlet 11, the heat exchange tube 20, the smoke exhaust fan 13 and is exhausted to the outside or a flue. Outdoor fresh air passes through the fresh air opening 26, the fresh air fan 25, the first fresh air cavity 28, the heat exchanger fresh air inlet 38, the heat exchange tube 20 outside the tube, the heat exchange fresh air valve 18, the third fresh air cavity 33, the fresh air cavity air outlets 39 and 40, the fresh air duct 17 and the air duct air outlet 5 to form a closed three-side air curtain between the upper part of the cooking bench and the wall surface, the outdoor cold air and high-temperature oil smoke waste gas exchange heat in the heat exchange tube 20, the outdoor cold air is heated, and people have no cold air feeling during cooking.
In fig. 10, 11, 12, the heat exchanger and the range hood are integrated into a whole, the heat exchange tubes 20 are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the smoke exhaust duct 12, it can also adopt a plate heat exchanger, a smoke co-pass partition 48 is arranged at the smoke inlet 11, it makes the flow of smoke in the heat exchanger the same, a smoke exhaust air inlet cavity 50 is formed between the partition 49 and the inner shell 2, the smoke inlet at the lower end of the heat exchange tube 20 is connected with the smoke exhaust air inlet cavity 50, the smoke outlet at the upper end of the heat exchange tube 20 is positioned below the partition 41, a smoke exhaust air outlet cavity 42 is formed between the outer shell 1 and the partition 41, smoke flows in the same pass between the smoke exhaust air inlet cavity and the smoke exhaust air outlet cavity 43, and is discharged into the smoke flue by the smoke exhaust fan 13. The lower end of the smoke exhaust duct 12 is connected with a smoke inlet 11 connected with a smoke exhaust inlet cavity 50, and is provided with a smoke exhaust air valve 47 for season heat exchange conversion, preferably a manual valve, and the upper end of the smoke exhaust duct 12 is communicated with a smoke exhaust outlet cavity 42 and a smoke exhaust fan suction chamber 43. A fresh air chamber 45 is arranged in the middle of the range hood, on two sides of the smoke exhaust duct 12 and between the heat exchange tubes 20, the fresh air chamber 45 is enclosed by the partition plates 41 and 46 and the walls of the smoke exhaust duct 12, a fresh air port 44 is arranged on the fresh air chamber and blows towards the heat exchange tubes 20, the heat exchange tubes 20 are arranged around the fresh air port 44, fresh air blows through the upper ends of the heat exchange tubes 20 and flows out at the lower ends of the heat exchange tubes 20 to form a heat exchange fresh air channel in the heat exchanger, and the heated fresh air enters the fresh air duct 18 from an air inlet 51 of the fresh air duct and finally flows out from an air outlet 5 of the fresh air duct to form an air curtain. The fresh air blower 25 is arranged in a fresh air blower suction chamber 54, the suction inlet of the fresh air blower is connected with fresh air outside, and the air outlet 53 of the fresh air blower is connected with the fresh air chamber 45. Between the housing 1 and the partition plate 41, there are smoke outlets 52 with different widths, the width of the two sides is small, and the width of the front end is large, so as to keep the smoke resistance and flow path the same. The smoke exhaust fan 13 and the new fan 25 adopt coaxial motors 55, and one motor is provided with two fan impellers, so that the space is saved and the energy is saved. The maximum air quantity of the new fan 25 is smaller than that of the smoke exhaust fan 13, the kitchen is kept to be negative pressure during cooking, and oil smoke is prevented from diffusing to other rooms, so that air exhaust and fresh air supply are started as long as the coaxial motor 55 is started to form an air curtain no matter cooking without oil smoke or cooking with oil smoke, if the air curtain is not needed during cooking without oil smoke, an air valve can be installed at an air suction port or an air outlet of the new fan 25, and the air valve can be closed. The smoke exhaust fan 13 and the fresh air fan 25 are integrally or separately connected with the range hood, in order to reduce the vibration of the fans, the smoke exhaust fan 13 and the fresh air fan 25 are preferably fixed below a top plate of a kitchen, and the fans and the range hood are connected by metal hoses. The range hood in the figure is of a top suction type, and the method is also suitable for the integrated cooker, but the smoke collecting hood 10 is required to be added.

Because only a small amount of high-temperature oil smoke passes through the heat exchange tube 20, the fresh air cannot be heated.

Outdoor fresh air passes through the fresh air fan 25, the fresh air fan air outlet 53, the fresh air chamber 45, the fresh air chamber air outlet 44, the heat exchange tube 20, the fresh air duct air inlet 51, the fresh air duct 17 and the air duct air outlet 5, a closed three-side air curtain is formed between the upper part of the cooking bench and the wall surface, outdoor cold air and high-temperature oil smoke waste gas exchange heat in the heat exchange tube 20, the outdoor cold air is heated, and people have no cold wind sense during cooking.
In fig. 13, 14 and 15, unlike fig. 10, a fresh air chamber air outlet 58 of the fresh air chamber 45 is opened at a back plate of the range hood at the rear end, and a fresh air valve 57 is opened at the front end of the fresh air chamber 45 and near a front panel of the range hood. When the fresh air valve 57 is closed, fresh air flows out of the air outlet 58 of the fresh air chamber, flows out of the heat exchange tube 20 from the back plate to the front panel, and forms a heat exchange fresh air channel in the heat exchanger; when the fresh air valve 57 is opened, the fresh air is directly blown to the front panel and is diffused to the fresh air duct 17, the resistance of the air is reduced due to the short circuit of the fresh air, the fan saves electricity, the fresh air cannot be heated in summer, and the air curtain effect is better. The side guard plates 56 are arranged on two sides of the smoke collecting hood 10, so that the depth of the smoke collecting hood 10 is increased and the smoke collecting hood is closer to a cooking bench, the front end parts of the two sides of the smoke collecting hood 10 are provided with the new air ducts 17 and extend downwards along the side guard plates 56, although the length of the air curtain is reduced, the height blown out by the air curtain is increased, and the smoke collecting effect is better due to the protection of the side guard plates 56. The range hood in the figure is of a top suction type, and the method is also suitable for the integrated cooker, but the smoke collecting hood 10 is required to be added.

In fig. 16, 17 and 18, the heat exchanger is a flat heat exchanger, the shell 1 and the outer heat exchange plate 63 form a fresh air outer cavity 62, the outer heat exchange plate 63 and the inner heat exchange plate 64 form an oil smoke cavity 65, the inner heat exchange plate 64 and the fresh air inner partition plate 66 form a fresh air inner cavity 67, fresh air flows through the fresh air outer cavity 62 and the fresh air inner cavity 67, high temperature oil smoke flows through the oil smoke cavity 65, the two exchange heat through the outer heat exchange plate 63 and the inner heat exchange plate 64, and the heat exchanger is located on the front panel, the rear back panel, the two side panels, the top panel and the top of the smoke collecting hood of the range hood and is sequentially communicated. The fresh air fan 25 on the top of the top plate sends outdoor fresh air into the fresh air outer cavity 62 of the top plate, the fresh air enters the fresh air inner cavity 62 from the fresh air cavity air inlet 71 at the back plate, one part of the fresh air flows into the fresh air inner cavity 62 at the back plate, the top plate, the side plate and the front plate, the other part of the fresh air flows into the fresh air inner cavity 67 at the top of the back plate, the top plate, the side plate, the front plate and the smoke collecting hood through the fresh air inner cavity air inlet 68 and then collects the fresh air inner cavity air outlet 72, the air outlet penetrates through the oil smoke cavity 65 in a sealing mode, the fresh air enters the fresh air outer cavity 62 of the front plate, the last two fresh air flows into the fresh air duct 17 and is sprayed out from the air duct air outlet 5, and a closed air curtain is formed between the upper part of the cooking bench and the wall surface. The high temperature oil smoke passes through the oil smoke filter 8 and the oil smoke inlet 11, enters the oil smoke chamber 65 at the top of the smoke collecting hood 10 from the oil smoke chamber inlet 69, then flows into the oil smoke chamber 65 at the front panel, the side panel, the back panel and the top plate, exchanges heat with fresh air, finally flows out from the oil smoke chamber outlet 61, enters the exhaust fan suction chamber 43, and is exhausted to the outdoor or flue by the exhaust fan 13. When heat exchange is not needed, the smoke exhaust air valve 47 is opened, and cooking waste gas directly enters the smoke exhaust fan suction chamber 43 through the smoke exhaust air duct 12 and is exhausted to the outdoor or flue by the smoke exhaust fan 13. The inner heat exchange plate 64 is fixedly connected with the inner shell 2 through the partition plate support 70, the outer heat exchange plate 63 is fixedly connected with the outer shell 1 through the corresponding support, and the inner shell 2 and the top plate at the top of the smoke collecting hood 10 are movable, so that the oil dirt can be conveniently detached and cleaned. The range hood in the figure is of a top suction type, and the method is also suitable for a side suction type range hood and an integrated stove, but a smoke collecting hood 10 is required to be added.

Outdoor fresh air enters the fresh air inner cavity 63 through the fresh air fan 25, the fresh air outer cavity 62 and the fresh air cavity air inlet 71, one part of the fresh air flows into the rear back plate, the top plate, the side plate and the fresh air inner cavity 62 at the front panel, the other part of the fresh air flows into the rear back plate, the top plate, the side plate, the front panel and the fresh air inner cavity 67 at the top of the smoke collecting hood through the fresh air inner cavity air inlet 68, then the fresh air is collected into the fresh air inner cavity air outlet 72 and enters the fresh air outer cavity 62 at the front panel, the last two fresh air flows into the fresh air duct 17 and is sprayed out from the air duct air outlet 5 to form a closed three-side air curtain between the upper part of the cooking bench and the wall surface, the outdoor cold air and the high-temperature oil smoke waste gas exchange heat at the heat exchange plate, the outdoor cold air is heated, and people do not have cold wind sense during cooking.
In fig. 19, a smoke discharging chamber 74 is provided with a smoke inlet 73 and a smoke outlet 75, a wind mixing chamber 78 is provided with a wind mixing chamber fresh air inlet 79 and a wind mixing chamber wind outlet 80, and a communicating port of the smoke discharging chamber 74 and the wind mixing chamber 78 is provided with a smoke filter 76 and a wind mixing valve 77. The air outlet of the smoke exhaust fan 13 is connected with the smoke inlet 73, and the smoke outlet 75 is connected with the outdoor or flue. The air suction inlet of the fresh air blower 25 is connected with a fresh air inlet 79 of the air mixing chamber, and the fresh air inlet 79 of the air mixing chamber is connected with fresh air outside. The air mixing valve 77, the smoke outlet 75 and the fresh air inlet 79 of the air mixing chamber are preferably provided with electric or manual adjusting air valves, the air quantity can be accurately adjusted, the air mixing valve 77 is opened and closed once during heat exchange in winter, and is not frequently used, and a manual adjusting valve is preferably adopted. The smoke exhaust fan 13 and the new fan 25 adopt a coaxial motor 55 or own motor, the maximum air quantity of the new fan 25 is smaller than that of the smoke exhaust fan 13, the air quantity of the discharged outdoor oil smoke waste gas is larger than that of the new air, and the negative pressure in a kitchen is ensured. When the high-temperature oil smoke waste gas and the outdoor cold air are mixed in the air mixing chamber 78 in winter, condensed water and oil drops are generated, and the condensed water and the oil drops are discharged into the oil collecting box through the connecting pipe. In the figure, the exhaust suction chamber 43 of the exhaust fan, the new fan suction chamber 54, the air mixing chamber 78 and the exhaust chamber 74 are integrally connected or can be separately connected, and various combination connection modes are provided, such as: the exhaust inlet of the smoke exhaust fan 13 can also be arranged at the position of the exhaust outlet 75, the air outlet is connected with the outside or the flue, and a part of high-temperature oil smoke waste gas can also enter the air mixing chamber 77 through the oil smoke filter 76 and the air mixing valve 77 under the suction of the fresh air fan 25, and is mixed with cold air and then is sent into the fresh air duct 17; or, the air suction inlet of the fresh air fan 25 is directly connected with outdoor fresh air, the air outlet is connected with the fresh air inlet 79 of the air mixing chamber, the air outlet 80 of the air mixing chamber is connected with the fresh air duct 17, and a part of high-temperature oil smoke waste gas can also enter the air mixing chamber 77 through the oil smoke filter 76 and the air mixing valve 77 by utilizing high-pressure air supply of the smoke exhaust fan 13 and is mixed with cold air and then is sent into the fresh air duct 17.
When heat exchange is not needed in summer, spring and autumn, the air mixing valve 77 is closed, high-temperature oil smoke waste gas is discharged into the smoke exhaust chamber 74 from the smoke exhaust fan 13 through the smoke inlet 73 and then is discharged to the outside or a flue from the smoke outlet 75, outdoor fresh air enters the air mixing chamber 78 from the fresh air inlet 79 of the air mixing chamber and then enters the fresh air suction chamber 54 from the air outlet 80 of the air mixing chamber, and is sent into the fresh air duct 17 by the fresh air fan 25, and a closed three-side air curtain is formed between the upper part of the cooking bench and a wall surface. When heat exchange is needed in winter, spring and autumn, the air mixing valve 77 is opened, high-temperature oil smoke waste gas is discharged into the smoke exhaust chamber 74 from the smoke exhaust fan 13 through the smoke inlet 73, one part of the high-temperature oil smoke waste gas is discharged into the outdoor or flue from the smoke outlet 75, the other part of the high-temperature oil smoke waste gas is sucked by the fresh air fan 25, filtered by the oil smoke filter 76, enters the air mixing chamber 78 from the air mixing valve 77, meanwhile, outdoor cold air also enters the air mixing chamber 78 from the fresh air inlet 79 of the air mixing chamber, the outdoor cold air is heated after the high-temperature oil smoke waste gas is mixed with the outdoor cold air, finally enters the fresh air fan suction chamber 54 from the air mixing chamber air outlet 80, and is sent into the fresh air duct 17 by the fresh air fan 25, a closed three-side air curtain is formed between the upper part of a cooking bench and the wall surface, so that people have no cold wind sense during cooking. Although a small amount of oil smoke waste gas is mixed in the air curtain, the oil smoke reaches the emission standard after being filtered, and the smoke exhaust fan 13 continuously circulates and discharges to prevent the oil smoke waste gas from diffusing indoors and not harming human breathing. The method does not need to install a heat exchanger, has simple structure and low cost, is easy to realize, and is suitable for top-suction type and side-suction type range hoods and integrated cookers.
In fig. 20, the range hood is of a side-draft type, the heat exchanger and the fresh air fan 25 are arranged on the air outlet of the exhaust fan 13, the range hood is provided with a smoke collecting hood 10, a fresh air duct 17 and an air duct air outlet 5, and a closed air curtain can be formed between the upper part of a cooking bench and a wall surface.
Fig. 21 shows an integrated stove, wherein the smoke exhaust fan 13 and the fresh air fan 25 adopt a coaxial motor 55, are arranged in a box body together with a heat exchanger, are provided with a smoke collecting hood 10 above a stove, are provided with a fresh air duct 17 and an air duct air outlet 5, and can form a closed air curtain between the upper part of the stove and a wall surface.
Fig. 22 is an improvement on the basis of fig. 1, a negative pressure air supply valve 93 and a new air duct 95 are added, the new air duct 95 is added on the periphery of the internal circulation air duct 3, the outer shell 1 and the heat exchange partition plate 94 form the new air duct 95, the heat exchange partition plate 94 and the inner shell 2 form the internal circulation air duct 3, the heat exchange partition plate 94 is arranged between the new air duct 95 and the internal circulation air duct 3, the negative pressure air supply valve 93 is communicated with the new air duct 95 and receives outdoor new air, and the new air duct 95 and the internal circulation air duct 3 share the air duct air outlet 5 along the lower edge of the smoke collecting hood 10. When the smoke exhaust fan 13 exhausts the oil smoke, the kitchen is in a negative pressure state, doors and windows of other rooms are closed, outdoor fresh air enters the fresh air duct 95 from the negative pressure air supply valve 93 under the action of the negative pressure, flows out from the air duct air outlet 5 of the smoke collection cover 10, and is exhausted outdoors by the smoke exhaust fan 13 along with the oil smoke. When cooking oil smoke or fresh air needs to be heated, an air curtain needs to be formed, the air door 6 is opened, a part of high-temperature oil smoke waste gas enters the internal circulation air channel 3 from the air channel air inlet 4, is subjected to heat exchange with cold air through the heat exchange partition plate 94, and is mixed with the fresh air at the air channel air outlet 5 and then is sprayed out to form the air curtain. An oil collecting groove 96 is arranged on the heat exchange partition 94 of the internal circulation air duct 3 of the smoke collecting hood 10 and the inner shell 2, condensed water and oil drops are condensed and are connected into the oil collecting tray 7. The inner shell 2 and the heat exchange partition plate 94 are fixedly supported on the outer shell 1. The method is suitable for top suction type and side suction type range hoods and integrated stoves.
