The oil collecting tank 8 is arranged on the upper portion of the fume hood 101 and above the fume inlet 103 and is used for collecting oil.
The fresh air purifier 6 comprises an air inlet grid 603, a primary purifier 604 and a high-medium-efficiency purifier 605, wherein a shell 606 of the fresh air purifier 6 adopts flame-retardant ABS engineering plastics; the air inlet grid 603 is provided with a rotary valve (not shown in the figure) for adjusting the air quantity, a rain shielding ring (not shown in the figure) for preventing rainwater from entering the room is arranged outside the grid, the primary purifier 604 is arranged at the inner side of the air inlet grid 603, and the primary purifier 604 is used for removing particulate matters above PM 10; the high-medium-efficiency purifier 605 is arranged at the fresh air inlet end 601 of the shell 606, the high-medium-efficiency purifier 605 can purify PM2.5 particulate matters and virus germs, and the high-medium-efficiency purifier 605 is a micro-static high-medium-efficiency purifier; fresh air enters the fresh air purifier 6 from the air inlet grid 603, large particles in outdoor fresh air are filtered by the primary purifier 604, the fresh air after primary treatment is processed by the high-medium-efficiency purifier 605 to become clean fresh air, and the clean fresh air is sucked into the fresh air introduction system of the kitchen cabinet 5 by the fresh air fan 7.
The kitchen cabinet 5 is made of wood.
The smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder 102 is wrapped by a flame-retardant polyurethane sponge board; because the high-temperature oil smoke and sewage pass through the interior of the kitchen ventilator cylinder 102 in the kitchen cabinet 5, fresh air passes through the exterior of the kitchen ventilator cylinder 102, and heat exchange occurs in the kitchen cabinet 5, the temperature of the fresh air can be increased, and particularly in summer, the heat exchange in the kitchen cabinet 5 is prevented, and when the kitchen cabinet 5 is made of wood products, the excessive temperature in the kitchen cabinet 5 is not allowed, so that the kitchen cabinet 5 is prevented from burning.

the smoke exhaust ventilator further comprises a smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder part, the cross section of the smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder part is square, the smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder part comprises a smoke exhaust inlet, a smoke exhaust outlet and a smoke exhaust ventilator, the smoke exhaust inlet is arranged at the center of the lower end of the smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder part, the smoke exhaust outlet is arranged at the center of the upper end of the smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder part, the smoke exhaust ventilator is arranged at the lower part of the smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder part and above the smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder part, and the square smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder part has large volume and is convenient for quickly absorbing, accommodating and exhausting smoke exhaust ventilator; the high-temperature oil smoke and sewage wind is discharged from the oil smoke outlet to the oil smoke exhaust pipe by the oil smoke fan, and is discharged into a building ventilating duct with a chimney effect through the oil smoke exhaust pipe through the wall, and the building ventilating duct with a height difference forces the high-temperature oil smoke and sewage wind to be discharged to a high-level outer space, so that the aim of complete sewage discharge is fulfilled;

the upper end of the smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder is in sealing connection with a smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder hole A, and the lower end of the smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder is in sealing connection with a smoke exhaust ventilator cylinder hole B; the fresh air purifier comprises a fresh air inlet end and a fresh air outlet end, the fresh air purifier is arranged in a hole of the back outer wall, and the fresh air outlet end of the fresh air purifier is in sealing connection with the fresh air purifier hole; the oil smoke exhaust pipe is arranged in the fresh air introducing chamber, the lower end of the oil smoke exhaust pipe is arranged on the kitchen cabinet partition plate and connected with the oil smoke outlet, the oil smoke exhaust pipe is bent at right angles in the fresh air introducing chamber and then is communicated with the smoke exhaust channel leftwards and through oil smoke exhaust holes in the left side wall, the oil smoke exhaust pipe only penetrates through the fresh air introducing chamber, and the inner cavity of the oil smoke exhaust pipe is not communicated with the fresh air introducing chamber; the fresh air blower is arranged at the left front part of the fresh air introducing chamber and above a fresh air through hole of the kitchen cabinet partition board, an air outlet of the fresh air blower is in sealing connection with the fresh air through hole, and the fresh air blower is a power functional device for introducing fresh air; 3 fresh air outlets with downward air curtain fresh air are arranged on the two sides and the front side of the bottom of the kitchen cabinet, or three air deflectors are arranged on the lower part of the kitchen hood;
the front face of the kitchen cabinet gate is provided with a fresh air front outlet; the front outlet of the fresh air is provided with an adjusting switch; fresh air is introduced from a fresh air purifier, purification treatment is carried out in the fresh air purifier, clean fresh air enters a fresh air cavity at the upper layer of the kitchen cabinet, namely a fresh air introduction chamber, under the action of a fresh air fan, the clean fresh air passes through the fresh air fan to enter a fresh air distribution chamber at the lower layer of the kitchen cabinet, and the fresh air is distributed to a lower air curtain fresh air outlet of 3 air curtains and a fresh air front outlet at the front face of a gate; the oil smoke and the sewage wind enter the oil smoke exhaust pipe from the oil smoke outlet through the oil smoke exhaust pipe barrel part and then enter the building ventilating duct to be pumped out to the upper space of the building;
