Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a side view of a display device 50 according to an embodiment of the application, where the display device 50 includes: display panel 51 and mounting, display panel 51 is connected with the mounting.
In one embodiment, the display device 50 may be a transparent display device. The front of the transparent display device is designed without any protrusions, i.e. the display panel 51 and the fixture are of a flat design. The display panel 51 is fixed by the fixing piece, and the fixing piece and the display panel 51 are fixed at a preset installation position, so that the placement center of gravity of the display device 50 is kept balanced, and the safety of the display device 50 is improved.
Further, the fixing member may be provided with a driving panel for displaying the display panel 51 and display hardware such as a host, and the function of displaying the screen on the display panel 51 may be realized by connecting the display panel 51 to the display hardware in the fixing member.
In another embodiment, the display device 50 may be a display device 50 commonly used in the market. The fixing member does not include components such as display hardware, and the fixing member is connected with the display device 50, so that the display device 50 can be fixedly installed at a preset position.
Further, the above-described transparent display device 50 may be connected to the fixing member by a screw and a screw hole, or by a fastening slot and a fastener, or by integrally connecting the display device 50 and the fixing member, i.e. integrating the display device 50 and the fixing member, which is not limited herein.
Further, the preset position where the display device 50 is installed may be a plane such as a table, a counter, or a plane of a wall, etc.
In an embodiment of the present application, the fixing member may include: a main body, a magnetic absorption module 20 and a magnetic absorption part 1. The body can be with the display panel 51 fixed connection in the display device 50, and the magnetism is inhaled the module 20 and is set up on the body, and magnetism is inhaled 1 fixed setting and is in the mounted position for with magnetism and inhale the module 20 cooperation, through the mode of magnetism with the body fixed in the mounted position.
It is understood that the display panel 51 may be coupled to the mount body 30.
In one embodiment, the magnetic attraction member 1 may be made of paramagnetic material, such as iron, cobalt, nickel, etc., and the magnetic attraction module 20 may be a permanent magnet.
The magnetic attraction member 1 is fixedly provided at an installation position, for example: the magnetic adsorption piece 1 can be made into different shapes according to the requirements on the planes of a table, a counter or a wall, such as square, rectangle, round rectangle, ellipse and the like, and the positions of the body are fixed at the preset positions of the table top, the like.
It can be appreciated that the fixing member body 30 is mounted in the mounting area in a magnetic manner by matching the magnetic suction module 20 on the fixing member body with the magnetic suction member 1 arranged in the mounting area, so that the problems of overlarge volume and overlarge weight of the fixing member in the prior art are reduced while the fixing effect is not affected, and the light and thin fixing member is realized.
In one embodiment, the magnetic module 20 may be disposed on the fixing member body 30 by embedding.
Specifically, a groove may be formed on the fixing member body 30, the magnetic attraction module 20 is fixedly disposed in the groove, and the surface of the magnetic attraction module 20 exposed from the groove is flush with the surface of the opening of the groove.
In one embodiment, the magnet module 20 may be a permanent magnet made of a material with a wide hysteresis loop, a high coercivity, and a high remanence, such as a rubidium-iron-boron magnet, a samarium-cobalt magnet, and the like. The fixing piece is fixed to the installation position by the cooperation of the permanent magnet and the magnetic absorption piece 1 fixed to the installation position.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3 together, fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a magnetic module 20 according to an embodiment of the application along a thickness direction, and fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the magnetic module 20 according to an embodiment of the application. In an embodiment of the present application, the magnetic attraction module 20 may include: the magnetic attraction member 5, the magnetic conduction member 2, the electric conduction coil 7 and the magnet 3.
Specifically, the conductive coil 7 is wound on the surface of the fixing member body 30, the magnet 3 is movably arranged between the absorbing member 5 and the magnetic conductive member 2, the magnetic conductive member 2 is exposed from the groove, the absorbing member 5 is arranged in the groove and far away from the magnetic conductive member 2, when the current in the first direction passes through the conductive coil 7, the magnet 3 moves towards the absorbing sheet, and when the current in the opposite direction passes through the conductive coil 7, the magnet 3 moves towards the magnetic conductive member 2.
In one embodiment, the surface of the groove is provided with a casing 4 with a sleeve-shaped structure, and the casing 4 can be made of non-magnetic materials, such as PVC, PC, teflon, etc. The absorbing member 5, the magnetic conductive member 2, and the magnet 3 are disposed in the housing 4.
It will be appreciated that the magnet 3 is located in a sleeve around which is wound an electrically conductive coil 7, the magnet 3 being spaced from the magnetically permeable member 2 or the magnetically absorptive member 5 by an air gap 6, the magnet 3 being movable between the magnetically absorptive member 5 and magnetically permeable member 2 in dependence upon the direction of current flow in the electrically conductive coil 7.
Further, the adsorption piece 5 and the magnetic conduction piece 2 can be made of high magnetic conduction and low remanence materials, such as iron, nickel and the like, and the magnet 3 can be a permanent magnet and made of wide hysteresis loop, high coercivity and high remanence materials, such as rubidium-iron-boron magnet, samarium-cobalt magnet and the like. The absorbing piece 5 is used for fixing the movement of the magnet 3, the magnetic conducting piece 2 is used for conducting the magnet 3 to generate magnetic force, and the conductive coil 7 is used for magnetizing, demagnetizing and controlling the movement of the magnet 3. It can be understood that when the direction of the current generated by the conductive coil 7 is consistent with the direction of the magnetic force lines of the magnet 3 (i.e., the first current direction), the magnet 3 is magnetized, and the magnet 3 is controlled to move in the direction of the magnetic conductive member 2. When the electromagnetic force generated by the conductive coil 7 is opposite to the magnetic force line of the magnet 3, the magnet 3 is demagnetized, and the magnet 3 is controlled to move towards the direction of the adsorbing piece 5.
Illustratively, when the current in the first direction passes through the conductive coil 7, the magnet 3 moves towards the direction approaching the magnetic conductive member 2 and is attracted to the magnetic conductive member 2, and at this time, the magnetic conductive member 2 has a strong attraction force, and can cooperate with the magnetic attraction member 1 to fix the fixing member to the mounting position. On the contrary, when the current in the first direction is passed through the conductive coil 7, the magnet 3 moves in the direction close to the absorbing member 5 and is absorbed by the absorbing member 5, at this time, an air gap 6 exists between the magnet 3 and the magnetic conductive member 2, the magnetic conductive member 2 loses magnetism or has weak magnetism, so that the absorption force at one end of the magnetic conductive member 2 is reduced, and the fixing effect of the magnetic absorbing member 1 and the magnetic absorbing module 20 can be released, thereby realizing the function of the movable fixing member body 30.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a magnetizing state of a magnetic attraction module 20 according to an embodiment of the present application, when a magnet 3 is attracted to a magnetic conductive member 2, the magnetizing state of the magnetic attraction module 20 is the magnetizing state of the magnetic attraction module 20, and at this time, the magnetic attraction force between the magnetic attraction module 20 and the magnetic attraction member 1 disposed at the mounting position is the maximum, so as to fix the fixing member body 30.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a demagnetizing state of the magnetic attraction module 20 according to an embodiment of the present application, when the magnet 3 is attracted to the attraction member 5, the demagnetizing state of the magnetic attraction module 20 is the attracting state of the magnetic attraction module 20, and at this time, the magnetic attraction force generated between the magnetic attraction module 20 and the predetermined position is the smallest, so as to facilitate moving the fixing member body 30.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating a structure of a magnetic attraction module 20 according to an embodiment of the application, and in an embodiment, the magnetic attraction module 20 may further include a control system. The control system is electrically connected with the conductive coil 7 of the magnetic attraction module 20 and is used for controlling the current direction of the conductive coil 7.
It can be appreciated that by providing a control system, the current direction in the conductive coil 7 can be controlled, so that the connection state between the magnetic attraction module 20 and the magnetic attraction member 1 can be conveniently adjusted as required.
In one embodiment, a control system includes: the power module 21 and the control module 24.
The power module 21 is electrically connected to the conductive coil 7 for outputting a current to the conductive coil 7. The control module 24 is electrically connected with the power module 21 and the conductive coil 7, and is used for controlling the current direction in the conductive coil 7.
Further, the power module 21 may be a battery pack or a combination of a battery pack and a capacitor, and an appropriate power module 21 may be selected according to a usage scenario.
In one embodiment, the control system further comprises: the power management module 22. The power management module 22 is electrically connected to the power module 21 for performing charge and discharge management on the power module 21, and the power management module 22 is further connected to the control module 24 for controlling the voltage output from the power module 21 to the control module 24.
It will be appreciated that by providing the power management module 22 in the control system, a charge or discharge management function is implemented for the power module 21 connected to the module, and the voltage output by the power module 21 is adjusted until the operating voltage of the control module 24 is met, in connection with the control module 24.
In one embodiment, the control module 24 includes: logic circuit 25 and an H-bridge circuit.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a circuit diagram of a control module 24 according to an embodiment of the present application, v+ represents an interface of a power module 21, a logic circuit 25 is electrically connected to the power module 21, and an H-bridge circuit is electrically connected to the logic circuit 25. The logic circuit 25 and the H-bridge circuit are used to control the direction of the current in the conductive coil 7 to control the direction of movement of the magnet 3.
It will be appreciated that the logic circuit 25 controls the direction of the current in the H-bridge circuit and causes the direction of the current in the conductive coil 7 to change, thereby controlling the connection between the magnet 3 and the magnetic attraction member 1.
Further, referring to fig. 7 and fig. 8 together, fig. 8 is a circuit diagram of a logic circuit 25 according to an embodiment of the application. The switching transistors VT1, VT2, VT3 and VT4 constitute an H-bridge circuit, and the conductive coil 7YA wound around the groove is connected to the terminal a and the terminal B. U1 is a buffer, U2 is an inverter, VT1 and VT4 are turned on when the terminal L and the terminal P are simultaneously 1 (high level), and the current direction of the conductive coil 7YA is a to B (i.e., the first direction current in the embodiment of the present application); when one of the terminal L and the terminal P is 0 (low level), VT2 and VT3 are turned on, and the current direction of the conductive coil 7YA is B to a (i.e., the current opposite to the first direction in the embodiment of the present application). Thus, the current direction in the conductive coil 7YA can be changed by controlling the states of the logic control terminals L and P of the H-bridge circuit, thereby changing the magnetic attraction direction of the magnetic attraction module 20.
In one embodiment, the logic circuit 25 is further configured to break the electrical connection with the H-bridge circuit and the power module 21.
Specifically, the power module 21 outputs VP signals, the time relay KT1 is turned on, the normally closed contact KA2 is kept in a closed state, the normally open contact KA1 is kept in an open state, at this time, the end point S to the end point S1 are in an on state, the intermediate relay KC1 is turned on, the contact K5 is closed, the end point P outputs signals 0, the h bridge circuit controls the coil current direction to flow from a to B, the direction of the magnetic conductive member 2 of the magnetic attraction module 20 is the same as the magnetic pole direction of the magnet 3, and the magnet 3 of the magnetic attraction module 20 is magnetized, so that the magnetic attraction module 20 can be attracted to a preset position.
When the time relay KT1 delays, the normally closed contact KA2 is opened, the normally open contact KA1 is closed, the path between the end points S to S1 is opened, the intermediate relay KC1 is opened, the contact K5 is opened, the end point P outputs the signal 1, and the magnetic attraction module 20 is in a demagnetized state, so that the fixing effect (attraction between the magnet 3 and the attraction member 5) between the magnetic attraction member 1 can be released.
Referring to fig. 6 and fig. 8 together, in one embodiment, the magnetic attraction system further includes: a protection module 23. The protection module 23 is connected to the logic circuit 25 for maintaining the state of the conductive coil 7 passing the current in the first direction under the preset condition.
It can be understood that the protection module 23 is connected with the logic circuit 25, and when detecting that the object connected to the two ends of the housing 4 in the magnetic attraction module 20 is in the preset state, the position of the magnet 3 is fixed according to the current flow direction of the logic circuit 25 corresponding to the preset state, so that the magnet 3 and the preset position are in the adsorption state, and the stability of fixing the magnetic attraction module 20 is improved.
In this embodiment, the preset condition is that the current display panel 51 is in an on state. Note that, the preset condition may be set so that the current display panel 51 is turned off, and the current direction in the conductive coil 7 may be opposite to the first direction.
Specifically, the protection module 23 is connected to the endpoint AP, and the control endpoint AP sends out different high level signals or low level signals according to a preset condition. The first switch K1 and the second switch K2 are connected in series, and are connected in series with a normally closed switch contact K7 of the intermediate relay KC 4. When the signal to the AP end point is 1 (the display panel 51 is not activated), the intermediate relay KC4 controls the normally closed switch contact K7 to be in the closed state while closing the first switch K1 and the second switch K2, and the end point S to the end point S1 is in the on state. Since KC3 and KC1 are in the power-off state at this time, the terminals L and P output the signal 1, the h-bridge driving unit controls the coil current direction from B to a, the electromagnet pole direction of the magnetic attraction module 20 is opposite to the pole direction of the magnet 3, the magnet 3 moves to the side of the attraction piece 5 under the action of the electromagnet to attract the attraction piece 5, and the magnetic attraction module 20 is in the demagnetizing state at this time to unlock the magnetic attraction piece 1. If the endpoint AP signal is 0 (the display panel 51 is started), the intermediate relay KC4 controls the normally closed switch contact K7 to be in an off state, and the operations of the first switch K1 and the second switch K2 are disabled.
Further, the terminal AC may be controlled by a preset program, when the terminal AC outputs a high level, the normally open contact K4 of the relay KC2 is closed, similarly, when the lock switch K3 is pressed, the contact K3 is closed, K3 and K4 are connected in parallel, when one of them is closed, the time relay KT2 is turned on, its normally closed contact KA3 is opened with a delay, K03 and K04 are the sub-contacts of the switch K3 and the normally open contact K4 of the relay, respectively, in synchronization with the actions of K3 and K4, K3 or K4 is closed, the terminals S to S1 are turned on, the intermediate relay KC3 is turned on, the contact K6 is closed, the terminal L outputs a signal 0, the h bridge circuit controls the current direction of the conductive coil 7 to flow from a to B, magnetizing the magnetic conductive member 2 and the magnet 3, and at the same time, adsorbing the magnet 3 on the magnetic conductive member 2. When the time delay of KT2 is reached, the contact KA3 is opened, the terminals S to S1 are opened, the terminals L and P output the signal 1, and the magnetizing is stopped, so that the electric energy in the power module 21 can be effectively saved by intermittently magnetizing the magnetic attraction module 20.
Referring to fig. 9 and fig. 10 together, the switch in the logic circuit 25 may be disposed on the surface of the fixing member, so as to facilitate the user to switch the state of the magnetic module 20.
