the lifting driving motor (2) which is electrically connected with the controller (13) is fixedly arranged on the sleeve base (1), and the matched rack (10) which is in meshed connection with the output end of the lifting driving motor (2) is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the lifting column (6);
a pair of clamping push rods (34) which are electrically connected with the controller (13) are fixedly arranged on the sleeve base (1), and clamping blocks (32) used for clamping the lifting columns (6) are driven at the output ends of the clamping push rods (34);
the bottom of the sleeve base (1) is slidably inserted and connected with a pair of anti-falling inserting rods (33), and the anti-falling inserting rods (33) are connected with the inside of the sleeve base (1) through a jacking spring (35).
