When the prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney 13 is installed in a chimney shaft of a building, the distance between the inner wall of the shaft and the chimney reaches at least 150mm, and a door for installation and maintenance is designed.
Further, a well cover plate 17 for sealing the top end of the smoke well 16 is arranged above the ground at the top end of the smoke well 16, and an opening for the bottom end of the prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney 13 to be matched and extend to the basement layer of the high-rise building is formed in the well cover plate 17. Wherein, the top end of the prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney 13 is 1.5-2.5m higher than the top of the parapet wall body, and the height of a flashing platform of the flue 16 out of the ground is preferably 300mm, so as to prevent the accumulated water on the roof from flowing back into the flue 16. Note that, the outlet of the flue gas duct 16 is provided with fittings such as a flue damper valve, a flue explosion-proof valve, and a drain port depending on the number of devices.
In the embodiment of the invention, the prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney section comprising the liner 1, the outer liner 2 and the heat-insulating layer 3 is arranged, the annular rain-proof skirt 4 is integrally formed on the outer wall of the pipe close to the bottom end of the outer liner 2 along the circumferential direction of the outer liner 2, so that the rain-proof skirt 4 and the outer wall of the pipe of the outer liner 2 form an inverted V-shaped structure with a downward opening on the longitudinal section, the design of the rain-proof skirt 4 in the inverted V-shaped structure is utilized, when the outer liners 2 of the two adjacent prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney sections are sleeved through the waist plate 5, the top end of the waist plate 5 is clamped into the V-shaped opening of the rain-proof skirt 4 of the prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney section above, therefore, rainwater can only flow downwards along the outer wall of the rain-proof skirt 4 in the inverted V-shaped structure after connection is finished, further, the rainwater is fundamentally prevented from entering the chimney 3 from the outer liner 2, and the potential safety hazard caused by the increase of the dead weight of the heat-insulating cotton due to water entering the chimney is prevented, meanwhile, the water leakage of the horizontal pipe of the chimney caused by the water inflow of the outer container 2 is prevented, and the heat preservation layer 3 cannot play a role in heat preservation caused by the water inflow of the heat preservation layer 3 is prevented.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (10)
1. The prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney segment as claimed in claim 1, wherein: between two prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney sections which are adjacent from top to bottom, the bottom end of an outer container of the upper prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney section is sleeved in the top end of the waist plate in a matching mode, the top end of an outer container of the lower prefabricated double-layer stainless steel chimney section is sleeved in the bottom end of the waist plate in a matching mode, and the joint of the outer wall of the outer liner and the inner wall of the waist plate is reinforced through spot welding, wherein a heat insulation gap filled with a heat insulation material is formed between the inner wall of the waist plate and the outer wall of the inner container.
