The breathable film is a blown film, and the breathable film is integrally provided with a low air permeability area and a high air permeability area. The breathable films with different air permeability can be prepared according to the needs, so that the breathable amount of a local area of the absorbing article is larger, and the breathable amount of other areas is extremely small; therefore, the air permeability of different areas of the air permeable membrane can be adjusted according to needs, so that the use comfort of the sanitary ware is improved.

Background
The breathable film is widely applied to sanitary products such as sanitary towels/paper diapers and the like as a bottom film, and the main stretching preparation process of the breathable film comprises cast film stretching and blown film stretching, and has the characteristics of water resistance and vapor permeability. Due to the limitation of the existing preparation process, the air permeability of the breathable film in the whole width range is basically consistent during production. However, in the use process of the breathable film, due to the particularity of the human body structure, after body fluid is discharged, the breathable amount of a local area of the absorption article is often larger, and the breathable amount of other areas is very small; and conventional ventilated membrane is in order to compromise hydrostatic pressure and physical and mechanical properties etc. for the whole ventilative volume of ventilated membrane is on the low side, greatly influences the health products and uses the travelling comfort.

FIG. 1 is a schematic structural view showing an embodiment of the breathable film of the present invention, wherein a low air permeability region 2 is located between a high air permeability region 1, and the high air permeability region 1 of the breathable film is continuous along the length direction.

When the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is manufactured, four screw extruders with the same die opening are used for extrusion, wherein two screw extruders are filled with master batch with low air permeability; and the middle adopts a two-layer screw extruder, wherein one layer is filled with high-permeability master batch, and the other layer is filled with low-permeability master batch. The embodiment shown in fig. 3 can be realized by controlling the two screw extruders in the middle to work alternately at different time periods during production.
