Abstract
The invention relates to a method for strengthening toe ends of ship toggle plates, which is used for preventing the toe ends of the toggle plates from deforming in the process of transporting the toggle plates on small groups, and comprises the following steps: step 1, selecting a toggle plate to be reinforced, wherein one side of the toggle plate is welded and fixed on a bottom plate, and the other side of the toggle plate is a free edge; step 2, selecting a corresponding reinforcing plate according to the size of the toggle plate, and fixing the reinforcing plate on the free edge of the toggle plate in a spot welding manner, wherein the toggle plate is vertical to the reinforcing plate; and 3, after the group is moved and transported vertically, detaching the reinforcing plate. The deformation problem of the toe end of the toggle plate in the transferring process is solved by directionally protecting the toe end of the toggle plate with special area and special size on the component; the small erection area is directly provided with the reinforcing strips through spot welding, so that the operation continuity of the small erection area is improved. Background

In the process of manufacturing the ship body section, the toggle plates are often installed in a small assembling stage, one end of each toggle plate is welded to a ribbed plate, the other side of each toggle plate is in a free state, and the toggle plates need to be transported to a field for assembling and constructing in a large assembling mode. In the process of transferring the small assembled structure, the toe end of the toggle plate is often deformed after being collided, and additional reworking correction is needed after the subsequent process.

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the spot welds are 5-10mm in length.
10. The method of strengthening a toe end of a ship's wrist plate according to claim 1 or 7, wherein the welding position of the wrist plate is located on one side of the center of the width of the strengthening plate.
