Background
In the security inspection technology, the security inspection equipment is fixed on the vehicle, so that the vehicle-mounted mobile security inspection equipment can move rapidly and is convenient to unfold. After receiving the security inspection instruction, the system can quickly arrive at the designated place and perform security inspection work. In addition, the security inspection equipment can directly detect the articles without moving the vehicle. However, the security inspection equipment needs to be loaded by a truck due to the heavy weight of the security inspection equipment, and the chassis of the truck is usually higher in height from the ground; when the security inspection equipment is placed on the van body of the truck, security inspection personnel are inconvenient to carry out security inspection actions of the handheld objects, and pedestrians can take and put luggage inconveniently. There is a need for corresponding improvements in the frames of trucks carrying security screening equipment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a vehicle frame assembly for a vehicle-mounted security inspection system to solve the technical problem.
One aspect of the present invention provides a frame assembly for a vehicle-mounted security check system, the frame assembly including a sub-frame and a main frame, the main frame being formed by a frame of a van-type truck being truncated in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, a longitudinal length of the sub-frame in the longitudinal direction being greater than a longitudinal length of the main frame in the longitudinal direction, the sub-frame being stacked and fixed on the main frame, the sub-frame having one end extending beyond the main frame, wherein the one end of the sub-frame has a hollow portion for holding security check equipment and allowing a bottom of the security check equipment to sink with respect to the sub-frame.
In some embodiments, the hollow portion of the subframe is shaped to conform to an exterior profile of the security device such that a portion of the security device can pass through the hollow portion and be clamped therein.
In some embodiments, the subframe is a unitary frame structure including an overlapping portion and an overhanging portion, the overhanging portion including the hollow portion; when the suspension part is installed, the suspension part protrudes out of the main frame, and the overlapping part is overlapped on the main frame.
In some embodiments, the overlapping portion of the sub-frame includes two parallel sub-side members, each of the two sub-side members having a sub-cross member at each of both ends thereof, wherein the sub-cross member at one end is integrally formed with the overhanging portion, and the two sub-side members are disposed such that longitudinal outer sides of the two sub-side members are flush with longitudinal outer sides of the two main side members of the main frame, respectively.
In some embodiments, a plurality of connectors are provided at the line of intersection of the flush longitudinal outboard planes of the primary and secondary stringers, the plurality of connectors being aligned along the line of intersection.
In some embodiments, the plurality of connectors includes a flexible connector disposed proximate the head portion and a rigid connector proximate the tail portion.
In some embodiments, each of the rigid connectors includes a shear plate and a plurality of bolts, the shear plate covering the flush longitudinally outboard plane of the main stringer and the cross stringer across the line of intersection, wherein a portion of the shear plate covering the longitudinally outboard plane of the main stringer is fixedly connected to the main stringer by the plurality of bolts; the part of the shear plate, which covers the longitudinal outer side plane of the auxiliary longitudinal beam, is connected with the auxiliary longitudinal beam through welding along the edge of the part of the shear plate, which covers the longitudinal outer side plane of the auxiliary longitudinal beam.
In some embodiments, the flexible connecting piece comprises a main connecting piece arranged on the main longitudinal beam and an auxiliary connecting piece arranged on the auxiliary longitudinal beam, the main connecting piece and the auxiliary connecting piece are respectively provided with a connecting long hole, the main connecting piece and the auxiliary connecting piece are attached to each other, so that the projections of the connecting long holes on the main connecting piece and the auxiliary connecting piece on a hollow plane are crossed with each other, and a bolt or a rivet can penetrate through the crossed part of the connecting long holes to connect the main connecting piece and the auxiliary connecting piece and can slide in the connecting long holes on the main connecting piece and the auxiliary connecting piece.

According to the present general inventive concept, there is provided a frame assembly for a vehicle-mounted security check system, including a sub-frame and a main frame, the main frame being formed by a frame of a van-type truck being truncated in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle, a longitudinal length of the sub-frame in the longitudinal direction being greater than a longitudinal length of the main frame in the longitudinal direction, the sub-frame being stacked and fixed on the main frame, the sub-frame having one end extending beyond the main frame, wherein the one end of the sub-frame has a hollow portion for holding security check equipment and sinking a bottom of the security check equipment with respect to the sub-frame.
Furthermore, in the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the disclosure. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details.

As shown in the drawings, a frame assembly for a vehicle-mounted security check system according to the present invention includes a main frame 200 and a sub-frame 100, the main frame 200 is formed by cutting a frame of a van-type truck in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle, a longitudinal length of the sub-frame 100 in the longitudinal direction is greater than a longitudinal length of the main frame 200 in the longitudinal direction, the sub-frame 100 is stacked and fixed on the main frame 200, and the sub-frame 100 has one end extending beyond the main frame 200, wherein the one end of the sub-frame 100 has a hollow portion 110 for holding security check equipment and making a bottom of the security check equipment sunken with respect to the sub-frame 100.
Wherein the hollow part 110 of the subframe 100 is shaped to conform to the outer contour of the security inspection device so that a portion of the security inspection device can pass through the hollow part 110 and be clamped in the hollow part 110.
As shown, the main frame 200 has a longitudinal length that is configured to be flush with a rear edge of a rear wheel of the van after installation.
Wherein the subframe 100 is an integrated frame structure including an overlapping portion 120 and an overhanging portion 130, and the overhanging portion 130 includes the hollow portion 110; when the suspension portion 130 is installed, it protrudes and suspends out of the main frame 200, and the overlap portion 120 overlaps the main frame 200.
The overlapping portion 120 of the subframe 100 includes two parallel secondary longitudinal beams 121, two ends of each of the two secondary longitudinal beams 121 are respectively provided with a secondary cross beam 122, one end of the secondary cross beam 122 is integrally formed with the overhanging portion 130, and the two secondary longitudinal beams 121 are arranged such that longitudinal outer sides of the two secondary longitudinal beams 121 are respectively flush with longitudinal outer sides of the two primary longitudinal beams of the main frame 200.
A plurality of reinforcing ribs 123 are provided between the two sub longitudinal beams 121.
The two auxiliary longitudinal beams 121 are respectively provided with a plurality of threading holes 124, and the threading holes 124 of the two auxiliary longitudinal beams 121 are communicated through threading pipes 125 so that electric wires can pass through the threading holes.
The auxiliary cross beams 122 at two ends of the two auxiliary longitudinal beams 121 extend beyond the longitudinal outer side of the auxiliary longitudinal beams 121 to support the van body at the rear of the van truck.
Wherein, in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, threading holes 134 are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the hollow part 110.
Fig. 4a-b are detailed views of a rigid connector 320 interconnected between the main frame 200 and the sub-frame 100 of the frame assembly for the vehicle mounted security check system according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5a-c are detailed views of a flexible connector 310 interconnected between the main frame 200 and the sub-frame 100 of the frame assembly for the vehicle mounted security check system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of connecting members 310, 320 are provided at the boundary line of the flush longitudinal outer side planes of the main longitudinal beam and the cross longitudinal beam, and the plurality of connecting members 310, 320 are arranged along the boundary line.
Wherein the plurality of connectors 310, 320 includes a flexible connector 310 disposed proximate the head portion and a rigid connector 320 disposed proximate the tail portion.
As shown in fig. 4a-b, each of the rigid connectors 320 comprises a shear plate 321 and a plurality of bolts 322, the shear plate 321 covers the flush longitudinal outer side plane of the main longitudinal beam and the lateral longitudinal beam across the boundary line, wherein the portion of the shear plate 321 covering the longitudinal outer side plane of the main longitudinal beam is fixedly connected with the main longitudinal beam through the plurality of bolts 322; the portion of the shear plate 321 covering the longitudinally outer plane of the secondary longitudinal beam 121 is connected to the secondary longitudinal beam 121 by a weld 323 along an edge of the portion of the shear plate 321 covering the longitudinally outer plane of the secondary longitudinal beam 121.
As shown in fig. 5a-c, the flexible connecting member 310 includes a main connecting piece 311 disposed on the main longitudinal beam and a sub connecting piece 312 disposed on the sub longitudinal beam 121, the main connecting piece 311 and the sub connecting piece 312 are respectively provided with long connecting holes 311a and 312a, the main connecting piece 311 and the sub connecting piece 312 are attached to each other such that projections of the long connecting holes 311a and 312a of the main connecting piece 311 and the sub connecting piece 312 on a hollow plane intersect each other, and a bolt or a rivet 313 can pass through the intersecting portion of the long connecting holes 311a and 312a to connect the main connecting piece 311 and the sub connecting piece 312 and can slide in the long connecting holes 311a and 312a of the main connecting piece 311 and the sub connecting piece 312.
As shown in the drawings, the main connecting piece 311 and the secondary connecting piece 312 are attached to each other such that projections of the long connecting holes 311a and 312a of the main connecting piece 311 and the secondary connecting piece 312 on the hollow plane intersect each other at an angle of 90 °.
The shear plate 321 is connected to the longitudinal outer plane of the sub-longitudinal member 121 by a weld 323, and the weld is disposed parallel to the boundary line.
Here, bolts or rivets 313 pass through the long connection holes 311a on the sub-side member 121 of the sub-frame 100 and the long connection holes 312a on the main side member of the main frame 200 to connect the main frame 200 and the sub-frame 100 to each other, enabling a flexible connection to be formed between the main frame 200 and the sub-frame 100 at a position of the frame assembly near the head portion; the main frame 200 and the sub-frame 100 are fixedly connected to each other by shear plate welding and bolts at a position of the frame assembly near the rear portion of the vehicle, so that the relevant regulations for vehicle modification can be satisfied.

4. The frame assembly of claim 1, wherein a plurality of reinforcement ribs are disposed between the two secondary side rails.
5. The frame assembly of claim 1, wherein a plurality of threading holes are formed in each of the two secondary longitudinal beams, and the threading holes of the two secondary longitudinal beams are communicated through threading pipes so that electric wires can pass through the threading holes.
6. The frame assembly of claim 1, wherein the secondary cross members at both ends of the two secondary side rails extend beyond the longitudinally outboard side of the secondary side rails to support a van body at the rear of the van truck.
