Referring to fig. 1, the soundproof cotton with a gray powder lining comprises a bi-component cotton layer 4 with an inner layer, a porous cellular cotton layer 3 is arranged at the lower part of the bi-component cotton layer 4, elastic cross-linking reinforcing ribs 1 and elastic net post supporting ribs 2 which are symmetrically distributed in a cross-twisting manner are arranged between the porous cellular cotton layer 3 and the bi-component cotton layer 4, a hemispherical connector 14 is arranged at the joint of the elastic cross-linking reinforcing ribs 1 and the elastic net post supporting ribs 2 with a supporting cotton layer 5, and a hemispherical connecting groove is arranged at the corresponding position of the supporting cotton layer 5; the hemisphere connector 14 on elasticity cross-linking strengthening rib 1 and the elasticity net post brace rod 2 corresponds with the hemisphere connecting groove on supporting cotton layer 5 and is connected and fixed, and the upper surface of supporting cotton layer 5 is scribbled with gluey articulamentum 6, and gluey articulamentum 6 connects the cotton layer 5 of support of lower part and the surface decorative layer 7 on upper portion, and the upper surface of surface decorative layer 7 is scribbled with transparent fire prevention fire-retardant layer 8, and the lower surface of supporting cotton layer 5 is scribbled with heat dissipation fire-retardant layer 9.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an ash-lined soundproof cotton includes a porous honeycomb cotton layer 3 and a bi-component cotton layer 4, a supporting cotton layer 5 is wrapped outside the porous honeycomb cotton layer 3 and the bi-component cotton layer 4, an ash filling chamber 10 filled with ash 11 is formed in the middle of the supporting cotton layer 5, the ash filling chamber 10 is further provided with porous honeycomb cotton balls 12 and bi-component cotton balls 13 of different sizes and sizes, an ash filling port 15 for filling the ash 11 is formed in the lower portion of the ash filling chamber 10, the ash filling port 15 penetrates through the supporting cotton layer 5 and a heat-dissipation flame-retardant layer 9, the number ratio of the porous honeycomb cotton balls 12 and the bi-component cotton balls 13 in the ash filling chamber 10 is 1-3:1-5, and a permanent magnet 16 for magnetic connection and a fixing suction cup 17 for suction connection are arranged on the outer surface of the heat-dissipation flame-retardant layer 9.
The preparation method of the grey powder lining soundproof cotton comprises the following steps:
s1, filling: placing the raw materials of the supporting cotton layer 5 in a specific mould for normal-temperature pressing to obtain the supporting cotton layer 5 with the ash filling chamber 10, then placing the ash 11, the porous honeycomb cotton balls 12 and the bi-component cotton balls 13 in the ash filling chamber 10, and pressing and sealing the ash filling chamber 10;
s2, assembling: a plurality of elastic cross-linking reinforcing ribs 1 and hemispherical connectors 14 on elastic net post supporting ribs 2 are inserted into hemispherical connecting grooves on a supporting cotton layer 5 for assembly, so that the elastic cross-linking reinforcing ribs 1 and the elastic net post supporting ribs 2 are mutually crossed, twisted and symmetrically distributed;
s3, filling: uniformly filling a porous honeycomb cotton layer 3 and a bi-component cotton layer 4 in an area formed by an elastic cross-linking reinforcing rib 1 and an elastic net post supporting rib 2 which are mutually crossed and twisted, placing the whole multilayer in a molding press, controlling the molding temperature to be 50-150 ℃, continuously molding for 10-30min under vacuum pumping, continuously molding for 10-15min under normal temperature and normal pressure after cooling, and ensuring that the porous honeycomb cotton layer 3 and the bi-component cotton layer 4 are firmly pressed and connected with the supporting cotton layer 5;
s4, gluing: coating an adhesive on the upper surface of the pressed support cotton layer 5 to form an adhesive connecting layer 6, attaching the surface decoration layer 7 to the adhesive connecting layer 6, placing the pressed support cotton layer under a molding press, continuously pressing the support cotton layer at the temperature of 50-100 ℃ for 10-15min, cooling to the normal temperature, and continuously pressing for 5-10min to firmly adhere the surface decoration layer 7 to the support cotton layer 5;
s5, coating: coating transparent fireproof flame retardant on the upper surface of the surface decoration layer 7 to form transparent fireproof flame retardant 8, coating heat dissipation flame retardant on the lower surface of the support cotton layer 5 to form heat dissipation flame retardant layer 9, placing the support cotton layer under a molding press, continuously pressing at the temperature of 50-100 ℃ for 10-15min, cooling to normal temperature, continuously pressing for 5-10min, and trimming, polishing and heat sealing the coated soundproof cotton;
s6, forming: and (3) coating an adhesive on the back surfaces of the permanent magnet 16 and the fixed sucker 17, adhering and fixing the permanent magnet 16 and the fixed sucker 17 on the heat-dissipation flame-retardant layer 9, forming a gray powder filling opening 15 in the gray powder filling chamber 10, and trimming to obtain the gray powder lining soundproof cotton.
The soundproof cotton with the ash powder lining has the advantages that the ash powder with sound absorption and insulation effects is used as the main part of the soundproof cotton on the basis of the double-component cotton, the soundproof effect of the double-component cotton is greatly improved, the strength and the pressure resistance of the soundproof cotton are favorably improved by designing the reinforcing ribs and the supporting ribs in the soundproof cotton, the flame-retardant fireproof material is coated on the surface of the soundproof cotton, the soundproof cotton is prevented from being ignited to cause fire, the soundproof cotton can be simply disassembled and assembled from the riding liner by adopting magnetic connection and fixing of the sucking discs, the soundproof cotton is replaced, the connection among all layers of the soundproof cotton is tight and firm through multiple hot pressing and gluing, the air occupation ratio is greatly reduced, the attractive effect and the use effect of the soundproof cotton are improved, and the market application prospect and the value of the soundproof cotton are improved.

Claims (4)

1. the preparation method of the ash-based lining soundproof cotton comprises the following steps:
s1, filling: placing the raw materials of the supporting cotton layer (5) in a specific mould for normal-temperature pressing to obtain the supporting cotton layer (5) with the ash filling chamber (10), then placing the ash (11), the porous honeycomb cotton balls (12) and the bi-component cotton balls (13) in the ash filling chamber (10), and pressing and sealing the ash filling chamber (10);
s2, assembling: a plurality of elastic cross-linking reinforcing ribs (1) and hemispherical connectors (14) on the elastic net column supporting ribs (2) are inserted into hemispherical connecting grooves on the supporting cotton layer (5) for assembly, so that the elastic cross-linking reinforcing ribs (1) and the elastic net column supporting ribs (2) are mutually crossed, twisted and symmetrically distributed;
s3, filling: uniformly filling a porous honeycomb cotton layer (3) and a bi-component cotton layer (4) in an area formed by the elastic cross-linking reinforcing ribs (1) and the elastic net post supporting ribs (2) which are mutually crossed and twisted, placing the whole multilayer in a molding press, controlling the molding temperature to be 50-150 ℃, continuously molding for 10-30min under vacuum pumping, continuously molding for 10-15min under normal temperature and normal pressure after cooling, and ensuring that the porous honeycomb cotton layer (3) and the bi-component cotton layer (4) are firmly pressed and connected with the supporting cotton layer (5);
s4, gluing: coating an adhesive on the upper surface of the pressed support cotton layer (5) to form an adhesive connecting layer (6), attaching the surface decoration layer (7) to the adhesive connecting layer (6), placing the support cotton layer under a molding press, continuously pressing at the temperature of 50-100 ℃ for 10-15min, cooling to the normal temperature, and continuously pressing for 5-10min to firmly adhere the surface decoration layer (7) to the support cotton layer (5);
s5, coating: coating transparent fireproof flame retardant on the upper surface of the surface decoration layer (7) to form transparent fireproof flame retardant (8), coating heat dissipation flame retardant on the lower surface of the supporting cotton layer (5) to form a heat dissipation flame retardant layer (9), placing the heat dissipation flame retardant layer under a molding press, continuously pressing for 10-15min at the temperature of 50-100 ℃, cooling to normal temperature, continuously pressing for 5-10min, and trimming, polishing and heat sealing the coated soundproof cotton;
s6, forming: and (3) coating an adhesive on the back surfaces of the permanent magnet (16) and the fixed sucker (17), adhering and fixing the permanent magnet (16) and the fixed sucker (17) on the heat-dissipation flame-retardant layer (9), forming a gray powder filling opening (15) in the gray powder filling chamber (10), and trimming to obtain the gray powder lining soundproof cotton.
2. The grey powder lined soundproof cotton and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein a grey powder filling opening (15) formed in the grey powder filling chamber (10) penetrates through the support cotton layer (5) and the heat dissipation flame retardant layer (9).
3. The grey lined soundproof cotton of claim 1, wherein the number ratio of the porous honeycomb cotton balls (12) and the bi-component cotton balls (13) in the grey filled chamber (10) is 1-3: 1-5.

The grey powder lining soundproof cotton and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the hemispherical connectors (14) on the elastic cross-linking reinforcing ribs (1) and the elastic net column supporting ribs (2) are correspondingly connected and fixed with the hemispherical connecting grooves on the supporting cotton layer (5).
