The invention provides an automatic assembly detection device of a steam generator, which comprises a feeding belt conveying channel, a feeding manipulator, an 8-degree indexing turntable, a material moving manipulator and a leakage detection device, wherein the feeding manipulator comprises a set of transverse pneumatic sliding table, a set of lifting pneumatic sliding table and a set of pneumatic clamping jaw, the transverse pneumatic sliding table controls the lifting pneumatic sliding table to move in the horizontal direction, the lifting pneumatic sliding table controls the pneumatic clamping jaw to move in the vertical direction, the pneumatic clamping jaw transfers a workpiece on the feeding belt conveying channel to the 8-degree indexing turntable, the 8-degree turntable is sequentially provided with a resistance measuring station, a pressure measuring station, a visual detection station, a gauge inspection station and a blanking station along the circumference, the material moving manipulator is arranged beside the 8-degree turntable and transfers the workpiece on the blanking station to the leakage detection device. The invention solves the problems of low manual detection efficiency and low accuracy in the prior art.

Technical Field

Background

The invention has the following beneficial effects: the automatic feeding and sorting device realizes automatic feeding and automatic sorting, automatically detects various attributes of the steam generator, and has high detection efficiency and accuracy.
