Referring to fig. 3, a right side of the base 1 is fixedly connected with a transmission motor 9, an output end of the transmission motor 9 is fixedly connected with a screw rod 10, a left end of the screw rod 10 penetrates through the base 1 and is movably connected with the base 1, a surface thread of the screw rod 10 is connected with a toothed plate 11 located inside the base 1, a front side of the winding wheel 7 is fixedly connected with a gear 12 located at the bottom of the toothed plate 11, and the gear 12 and the toothed plate 11 are meshed with each other.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the two winding wheels 7 can be automatically driven to synchronously rotate by arranging the transmission motor 9, the screw rod 10, the toothed plate 11 and the gear 12, so that the phenomenon of rotary slip of the winding wheels 7 is avoided.

Referring to fig. 6, a plurality of guide rails 20 are fixedly connected to the top of the base 1, the guide rails 20 are located outside the sorting cassettes 3, and the guide rails 20 are slidably connected to the sorting cassettes 3.
As a technical optimization scheme of the invention, the sorting box 3 can be limited by arranging the guide rail 20, and the installation efficiency of the sorting box 3 is further improved.
An automatic screening method for lithium ion batteries comprises the automatic screening equipment for lithium ion batteries, and comprises the following steps:
s1: the sorting boxes 3 are arranged on two sides of the top of the base 1, a plurality of sorting boxes 3 are arranged on each side, then a transmission motor 9 is started, the transmission motor 9 drives a screw rod 10 to rotate, the screw rod 10 pushes a toothed plate 11 to horizontally move, the toothed plate 11 drives a winding wheel 7 to rotate through a gear 12 in the moving process, the two winding wheels 7 synchronously wind and release a traction rope 8, a positioning rod 5 is pulled and rotates by taking a pin shaft in a connecting block 4 as an axis, and when the positioning rod 5 is in contact with the surface of the sorting box 3 on one side, the sorting box 3 after positioning is screened and filled by a screening device body 2;
s2: when the loading of a certain sorting box 3 is finished, the transmission motor 9 works reversely, so that the positioning rod 5 synchronously turns over and positions the sorting box 3 on the other side, and the screening equipment body 2 changes the loading unit;
s3: the user opens the protective door 18 opposite to the working unit of the screening apparatus body 2 and performs a replacement process for the sorting cassette 3 that has lost its positioning.
The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the sorting machine is used, the sorting boxes 3 are respectively arranged at two sides of the top of the base 1, then the transmission motor 9 is started, the transmission motor 9 drives the screw rod 10 to rotate, the screw rod 10 pushes the toothed plate 11 to horizontally move, the toothed plate 11 drives the winding wheels 7 to rotate through the gear 12 in the moving process, the two winding wheels 7 synchronously wind and release the traction rope 8, the positioning rod 5 is pulled and rotates by taking a pin shaft in the connecting block 4 as an axis, when the positioning rod 5 is in contact with the surface of the sorting box 3 on one side, the screening apparatus body 2 performs the screening and filling process on the positioned sorting box 3, when loading of certain sorting box 3 finishes, 9 reverse workings of drive motor make locating lever 5 overturn in step and fix a position the opposite side sorting box 3, and screening installation body 2 changes the unit of loading, and the user can change the processing to losing the sorting box 3 of location simultaneously.
