The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is that in S2 and S3, the foot pedal 610 is pedaled, the control board 460 is used to start the driving motor 840, the driving shaft 510 is rotated by the transmission of the small gear 820 and the large gear 810, and the foot pedal 610 is driven to rotate at a low speed, so as to perform the exercise first and then massage; the rest is the same as the first embodiment.

the contact plate (230) is provided with a plurality of contact blocks (260), the contact blocks (260) are divided into five groups, the five groups of contact blocks (260) are arranged on one side, away from the three sections of telescopic rods (210), of the contact plate (230) in a rectangular array mode, each group of contact blocks (260) is arranged at equal intervals, the five groups of contact blocks (260) are of a cylindrical structure, and the distances between the five groups of contact blocks (260) and the rotating wheel (120) are arranged from large to small along the top to the bottom of the contact plate (230);

the exercise assembly comprises a driving part and a driven part, the driving part comprises a driving shaft (510), a driving gear (520), a fixed disc (530) and a connecting disc (540), the driving shaft (510) is movably arranged inside the machine body (110), the driving shaft (510) is provided with the driving gear (520), two ends of the driving shaft (510) are respectively provided with the fixed disc (530), each fixed disc (530) is provided with the connecting disc (540), the driven part comprises a driven shaft (550), a driven gear (560) and a chain (570), the driven shaft (550) is movably arranged inside the machine body (110), the driven shaft (550) is provided with the driven gear (560), two ends of the driven shaft (550) are fixedly connected with the rotating wheel (120), the driving gear (520) and the driven gear (560) are transmitted through the chain (570), the driving shaft (510) is further provided with a large gear (810), the large gear (820) is meshed with a small gear (820), the small gear (820) is connected to the output end of the speed reducer (830), and the input end of the speed reducer (830) is provided with a driving motor (840).
