Description

Automatic cooling and adjusting method and device for integrated cabinet
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication equipment, in particular to an automatic cooling and adjusting method and device for an integrated cabinet.
Background
The content delivery network (CDN, content Delivery Network) is capable of pushing content to the network edge and caching the content in a network location near the end user terminal, so that a user can obtain content resources without accessing a central origin server, and the occupation of network export and interconnection node resources by the user in the process of requesting the content is reduced. Due to the above-described excellent characteristics, the content distribution network technology is widely adopted by various operators.
Currently, large operator deployed CDN networks typically implement an overall architecture based on national CDN platforms and provincial CDN platforms. The provincial CDN platform generally comprises three levels of provincial centers, regional centers and edge nodes. When the CDN network operates, a large amount of content can be distributed on the edge nodes to realize whole network distribution, so that cross-operator and cross-region user coverage is realized.
However, in the CDN network deployment manner adopted in the prior art, the distribution of CDN infrastructure is still too centralized, for example, CDN edge nodes are typically deployed in a small data center room in the city level, and the edge nodes sink insufficiently. With the increasing amount of service resource information provided by content and game service providers, in the background that the demands of end users for various service information amounts are gradually increased, the edge node arrangement mode in the prior art is difficult to ensure that high-quality and high-speed service experience is provided for the end users, and is also difficult to meet the expansibility and flexibility requirements of increasing content caching and delivery demands.
Thus, in order to enable the CDN edge nodes to sink further, operators began to employ a solution that places CDN servers in the cell edge nodes. In this way, the network transmission distance between the content and the terminal user can be further reduced, thereby accelerating the data transmission speed and shortening the data request time. And secondly, the content provider can also be connected to the network of the operator from any node to provide fast and high-quality streaming media data content, thereby reducing network delay and improving user experience. And thirdly, sinking the CDN server to the cell, so that fewer requests can be routed through the central cloud, the centralized pressure of data load is further reduced, and the data caching and testing time is shortened, thereby improving the network capacity in a phase-changing manner.
However, sinking CDN servers to cell nodes can also lead to a series of practical problems in the network construction process. For example, CDN servers consume more power during operation, and therefore require more stringent environmental temperature requirements. The traditional CDN server is arranged in a central machine room with higher cost and stricter standard requirements, and the environment of the central machine room can completely meet the long-term and safe operation of the CDN server. However, the operation environment requirement of the CDN server is difficult to be satisfied for various practical reasons, and the overall modification of the cell node room does not meet the practical requirement. Therefore, in the prior art, the contradiction that the server is difficult to reconcile exists between safe and reliable operation and the reduction of construction operation cost.
On the other hand, in the district machine room in the prior art, the environment adjusting capability of the machine room is not strong, so that the cooling adjustment of the server in the cabinet is generally realized by adopting a mode of internally arranging an air conditioner in the integrated cabinet. Although the adjustment mode can ensure the safe operation of equipment in the cabinet, a large amount of unnecessary power consumption can be caused. Especially when the overall temperature of the environment outside the integrated cabinet and inside the machine room is not too high, the operation of the internal air conditioner may instead result in a lot of unnecessary electricity. This results in a high cost of network operation, which reduces the effective utilization of energy.
In view of the foregoing, a new method and apparatus for automatically cooling and adjusting an integrated cabinet are needed.

In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the automatic cooling and adjusting method and the device for the integrated cabinet, which realize the environmental temperature guarantee of the CDN server in the integrated cabinet by arranging the CDN integrated cabinet in a district power distribution room and arranging the air conditioner in the cabinet by using a fan and an air conditioner in the cabinet, thereby reducing the power consumption and improving the operation reliability of the CDN server.

Compared with the prior art, the automatic cooling and adjusting method and device for the integrated cabinet have the advantages that the CDN integrated cabinet can be arranged in a district power distribution room, and the environmental temperature of a CDN server in the integrated cabinet can be guaranteed through two modes of a fan and an air conditioner in the cabinet, so that the power consumption is reduced, and the running reliability of the CDN server is improved. The method is simple, low in cost, low in overall power consumption and economical.
The beneficial effects of the invention also include:
1. the invention can record the power consumption of all the devices in the integrated cabinet through a simple control program, acquire the ambient temperature inside and outside the integrated cabinet, and select to radiate the devices in a fan mode based on the data so as to realize cooling by adopting the ambient temperature of a machine room or realize cooling by selecting an internal air conditioner mode. The power consumption of the temperature control unit is reduced to the minimum by two different modes, so that the economy of the scheme of the invention is improved.
2. According to the invention, not only can different cooling modes be selected, but also the rotating speed of the fan, the air outlet speed of the air conditioner and the air outlet temperature can be further regulated based on the ambient temperature after one cooling mode of the fan or the internal air conditioner is selected, so that the accuracy of temperature control is further improved. Therefore, the method is not only suitable for an application mode that the CDN server sinks to the cell, but also can meet the operation requirements of a large number of devices which need accurate temperature control and long-term operation.

Detailed Description
The present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for more clearly illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network node arrangement of a CDN server according to the prior art. As described in the background section, in order to further sink the CND server, the CND server may be provided in a cell room.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of steps of an automatic cooling adjustment method for an integrated cabinet according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in a first aspect, the present invention relates to an automatic cooling adjustment method for an integrated cabinet, where the method includes steps 1 to 4.
And step 1, collecting the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet and the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet, and the total power consumption of the servers in the integrated cabinet.
According to the invention, the internal temperature and the external temperature of the integrated cabinet are measured, and meanwhile, the power consumption of all equipment in the cabinet, such as CDN server equipment in the invention, can be measured, so that the temperature rise caused to the ambient temperature along with the power consumption of the equipment in the cabinet can be estimated approximately, and the automatic cooling control is realized according to the parameters.
In the invention, in order to accurately obtain the power consumption of all the devices in the integrated cabinet, the power consumption of all the devices can be collected. However, in one embodiment of the present invention, since the integrated cabinet is mainly used for placing the CDN server device with very high power consumption and high requirements on the operating temperature, in this embodiment of the present invention, the integrated cabinet may only measure and calculate the real-time power consumption or power of the CDN server.
Preferably, the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is collected through a temperature sensor arranged on the external air inlet fan side of the cabinet; the temperature sensor is set with the outer surface of the integrated cabinet at a set distance, and the distance between the temperature sensor and the ground is not more than the height of the integrated cabinet.
Specifically, the set distance between the temperature sensor and the outer surface of the integrated cabinet can be selected to be about 10-20 cm, so that the temperature sensor can be prevented from collecting heat which is transmitted to the internal equipment of the integrated cabinet by heat dissipation. By the arrangement of the temperature sensor, the environmental temperature data outside the cabinet and inside the machine room can be accurately acquired, so that measurement errors caused by heat conduction are prevented.
Preferably, the total power consumption of the servers in the integrated cabinet is obtained based on the electricity metering and monitoring device installed in the cabinet.
In the invention, the electricity consumption metering monitoring device for measuring the electricity consumption in the machine room, which is frequently used in the prior art, can be adopted to acquire the total real-time power consumption of all the devices in one machine cabinet in real time. For example, the real-time power of each server may be collected and summed. Or the power supply components of all the devices in the integrated cabinet are connected through the electricity metering device, so that the actual power consumption of the devices is detected at very short time intervals, and the power consumption of the devices in the cabinet is calculated based on the difference of the power consumption in the two time intervals.
Preferably, the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is collected through a temperature sensor respectively arranged at the air inlet of the server and a temperature sensor at the air outlet of the server; or, the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is collected by the temperature sensor arranged at the air supply outlet of the internal air conditioner and the temperature sensor arranged at the air return outlet of the internal air conditioner respectively.
It will be appreciated that, in order to obtain the temperature of the CDN server device more accurately, a temperature sensor for detecting the internal environment may be disposed on the air inlet and outlet of the CDN server. On the other hand, in order to realize the collection to the whole temperature in the integration rack to under the prerequisite of realizing the air circulation of relative isolation in the rack, ensure that the temperature in the rack is in a longer time, for example in half hour, all makes the inside temperature of integration rack keep at relatively stable temperature, then still can gather the temperature of the air inlet and outlet of inside air conditioner, consequently set up temperature sensor on relevant position.
After the related data is collected, the related data can be determined in the manner of step 2 and step 3.
And 2, when the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is lower than an external temperature threshold value and the total power consumption of servers in the integrated cabinet is lower than a power threshold value, starting a fan of the integrated cabinet and a sealing assembly of the fan to refrigerate, and simultaneously closing an internal air conditioner of the integrated cabinet.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a fan and an internal air conditioner in an automatic cooling adjustment method for an integrated cabinet according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in the present invention, after the integrated cabinet starts to work, the initial state of the integrated cabinet may be set to a state of opening the built-in air conditioner, so that the built-in air conditioner in the integrated cabinet automatically starts to work and automatically cools the interior of the cabinet.
Meanwhile, the power consumption metering detection device inside the cabinet can collect power consumption of related equipment in the cabinet, and an external temperature sensor is adopted to collect external environment temperature, and the power consumption state of the cabinet is judged. In the invention, the external temperature and the power consumption of the equipment can be judged for a plurality of times, and a reasonable method for automatically cooling is determined after the judgment is finished.
Preferably, after the integrated cabinet is switched to a fan mode or an internal air conditioning mode for refrigeration, confirming the current moment; based on the current moment, after a set time interval, judging the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet and the total power consumption of the servers in the integrated cabinet again, and based on the judgment, confirming whether the refrigeration mode needs to be switched.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the set time interval may be set to half an hour. Of course, depending on the scale of the integrated cabinet, the air circulation speed of the air conditioner or fan, and the usual power consumption of the CDN devices inside the cabinet, the length of the set time interval may also be lengthened or shortened. Therefore, in the set time interval, the temperature rise of the integrated cabinet is within a certain limit no matter the power of CDN equipment or the temperature of the external environment. Therefore, before the next decision and the automatic cooling adjustment mode are changed, the CDN device can be within a safe ambient temperature.
Preferably, when the integrated cabinet adopts a fan mode to refrigerate, the fan is started, and the closed assembly of the fan is opened to enable the fan to circulate with the external environment of the integrated cabinet; when the integrated cabinet adopts an internal air conditioning mode to refrigerate, the fan is closed, the sealing component of the fan is closed, and the sealing component of the fan is in sealed connection with the integrated cabinet body, so that the fan is isolated from the external environment of the integrated cabinet.
In particular, in order to prolong the retention time of the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet to the greatest extent, the sealing component can be arranged outside the fan, and the sealing component can be in airtight connection with the cabinet body of the cabinet in a non-working state of the fan, so that the air inside and outside the cabinet is fully isolated, and heat transfer caused by ventilation of the air is prevented.
Preferably, the external temperature threshold is 27 ℃ and the power threshold is 4kW.
In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, the method of the present invention may be performed sequentially or simultaneously with respect to external ambient temperature and power consumption of the desktop packages. When both are smaller than the set threshold, the fan can be started and the internal air conditioner can be closed, and the cooling of the cabinet is realized by adopting a fan mode with relatively saving electricity.
And 3, when the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is higher than an external temperature threshold value or the total power consumption of the servers in the integrated cabinet is higher than a power threshold value, closing a fan of the integrated cabinet and a closing assembly of the fan, and simultaneously starting an internal air conditioner of the integrated cabinet to refrigerate.
On the other hand, if the measured value of one of the external ambient temperature and the power consumption of the single cabinet is greater than the set threshold, the fan may be turned off and the internal air conditioner may be simultaneously turned on, thereby achieving cooling.
And 4, controlling the rotating speed of the fan, the air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner based on the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet.
Preferably, in step 4, when the integrated cabinet uses a fan to perform cooling, an internal temperature threshold is set, and based on the internal temperature threshold, temperature data acquired by an internal environment temperature sensor is determined, and based on the determination, the rotational speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan are increased, decreased, or maintained.
It can be understood that in the invention, when the integrated cabinet adopts the fan mode in the step 2 to perform refrigeration, the rotating speed of the fan can be further controlled, so that reasonable air circulation speed is realized, and the electric energy consumption is further saved.
Preferably, when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is greater than a first internal temperature threshold value, the rotating speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan are increased; when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is positioned at the first internal temperature threshold value and the second internal temperature threshold value, the rotating speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan are maintained; and when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is smaller than a second internal temperature threshold value, reducing the rotating speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan.
It will be appreciated that in the present invention, in order to further set the rotational speed of the fan, two internal temperature thresholds are set. The two internal temperature thresholds may be set according to an optimal operating temperature interval of the server. For example, according to the model of the CDN server device, when the device is operated above 40 ℃, it is explained that there may be a possibility of overheat downtime of the server, and therefore, the temperature is set to the highest threshold limit of the server outlet temperature, that is, the first internal temperature threshold in the present invention. In addition, if the server is able to continue to operate below 30 ℃, it is indicated that the temperature of the server has been sufficiently reduced, and therefore this temperature is set accordingly to the second internal temperature threshold.
The device is used for judging the two temperatures, so that the setting of the rotating speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan can be reasonably realized, the air circulation speed can be rapidly improved when the temperature is higher, the safety of CDN equipment is ensured, and when the temperature is lower, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced in real time, so that the energy is fully saved.
Although the switching time of the air conditioner and the fan is realized according to the set time interval, the maintenance of the temperature can be ensured to a certain extent in one set time interval by independently adjusting the rotating speed of the fan and independently adjusting the related index in the air conditioner.
Preferably, in step 4, when the integrated cabinet uses the internal air conditioning mode to perform cooling, an internal temperature threshold is set, and based on the internal temperature threshold, temperature data acquired by an internal environment temperature sensor is determined, and based on the determination, the air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner are adjusted up, reduced or maintained.
In the invention, if the internal air conditioner is adopted to control the temperature, the temperature adjustment in a small range can be realized by two modes of the air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the air conditioner.
Preferably, when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is greater than a first internal temperature threshold or the temperature of the air inlet of the server is greater than a third internal temperature threshold, the air supply temperature of the internal air conditioner is reduced, and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner is improved; when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is smaller than the second internal temperature threshold or the temperature of the air inlet of the server is smaller than the fourth internal temperature threshold, the air supply temperature of the internal air conditioner is increased, and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner is reduced; when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is between the first internal temperature threshold and the second internal temperature threshold and the temperature of the air inlet of the server is between the third internal temperature threshold and the fourth internal temperature threshold, the air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner are maintained.
In the present invention, the determination of the air conditioner is more accurate, unlike the determination of the fan rotation speed, because the temperature adjustment speed of the air conditioner is faster and the power consumption of the air conditioner is greater. Therefore, the temperature of the air inlet and the air outlet of the server can be judged simultaneously. The air inlet of the server can be provided with a high-low threshold value as a third internal temperature threshold value and a fourth internal temperature threshold value. While the temperature threshold of the air outlet of the server still employs the first and second internal temperature thresholds of the fan.
The temperature of the air inlet and the temperature of the air outlet of the server are judged at the same time, so that the air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the air conditioner can be adjusted.
Preferably, or, the temperature of the air supply outlet of the internal air conditioner detected by the temperature sensor of the air supply outlet of the internal air conditioner is compared with the third and fourth internal temperature thresholds, and the temperature of the air return inlet of the internal air conditioner detected by the temperature sensor of the air return outlet of the internal air conditioner is compared with the first and second internal temperature thresholds, so as to obtain the air supply temperature and the air supply speed regulation mode of the internal air conditioner.
It can be understood that in the invention, in order to realize the adjustment of the air conditioner, the temperature sensor can be arranged at the air inlet and outlet positions of the air conditioner, and the high and low thresholds of the temperatures at the two positions can be set, so that the control of the air conditioner can be accurately realized.
Preferably, the first internal temperature threshold is 40 ℃, and the second internal temperature threshold is 30 ℃; the third internal temperature threshold is 27 ℃, and the fourth internal temperature threshold is 18 ℃.
Specifically, the first and second internal temperature thresholds may be reasonably designed with reference to the temperature of the air inlet and outlet of the CDN server.
