Description

Automatic cooling adjustment method and device for integrated cabinet
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication equipment, in particular to an integrated cabinet automatic cooling adjusting method and device.
Background
The Content Delivery Network (CDN) can push Content to the Network edge and cache the Content in a Network location near the end user terminal, so that a user can obtain Content resources without accessing the central source server, and crowding of website outlets and interconnection node resources by the user in the Content request process is reduced. Due to the above excellent characteristics, the content distribution network technology is widely adopted by various operators.
Currently, CDN networks deployed by large operators are generally based on national CDN platforms and provincial CDN platforms to implement an overall framework. The provincial CDN platform generally includes three hierarchies, namely a provincial center, a regional center and an edge node. When the CDN network operates, a large amount of content may be arranged on edge nodes to implement full-network delivery, thereby implementing cross-operator, cross-regional user coverage.
However, in the CDN network deployment method adopted in the prior art, the distribution of the CDN infrastructure is still too concentrated, for example, CDN edge nodes are generally deployed in a small data center room at the local level, and the edge nodes sink insufficiently. With the increasing amount of service resource information provided by content and game service providers, and with the background that the demand of terminal users for various service information amounts is gradually increased, it is difficult for the edge node arrangement mode in the prior art to ensure that high-quality and high-speed service experience is provided for the terminal users, and it is also difficult to meet the scalability and flexibility requirements of increasing content caching and delivery requirements.
Therefore, in order to enable CDN edge nodes to further sink, operators start adopting a technical solution of arranging CDN servers in cell edge nodes. The method can further reduce the network transmission distance between the content and the terminal user, thereby accelerating the data transmission speed and shortening the data request time. Secondly, the content provider can also be connected to the operator network from any node to provide fast and high-quality streaming media data content, thereby reducing network delay and improving user experience. And thirdly, the CDN server is sunk to the cell, so that fewer request routes pass through the central cloud, the centralized pressure of data load is further reduced, the data caching and testing time is shortened, and the network capacity is improved in a phase-changing manner.
However, sinking the CDN servers to the cell nodes also causes a series of practical problems in the network construction process. For example, CDN servers consume more power during operation, and therefore have more stringent requirements for ambient temperature. The traditional CDN server is arranged in a central machine room with higher cost and stricter standard requirements, and the environment of the central machine room can completely meet the long-term and safe operation of the CDN server. However, the cell node machine room is difficult to meet the operating environment requirement of the CDN server due to various practical reasons, and the cell node machine room is integrally transformed and does not meet the practical requirement. Therefore, the contradiction that the safety and the reliability of the server are difficult to be reconciled with the reduction of the construction and operation cost exists in the prior art.
On the other hand, in the cell machine room in the prior art, because the environmental conditioning capability of the machine room itself is not strong, the cooling regulation of the server in the cabinet is usually realized by adopting a mode of an air conditioner built in the integrated cabinet. Although this adjustment method can ensure the safe operation of the equipment in the cabinet, it will cause a large amount of unnecessary power consumption. Especially, when the temperature of the entire environment outside the integrated cabinet and inside the machine room is not too high, the operation of the internal air conditioner may result in a large amount of unnecessary power consumption. This results in a high network operation cost and a reduction in the effective utilization of energy.
In view of the above problems, a new method and apparatus for adjusting the temperature of an integrated cabinet are needed.

Compared with the prior art, the method and the device for automatically cooling and adjusting the integrated cabinet have the advantages that the CDN integrated cabinet is deployed in the cell power distribution room, and the environmental temperature of the CDN server in the integrated cabinet is guaranteed in two modes of the fan and the air conditioner in the cabinet, so that the power consumption is reduced, and the operation reliability of the CDN server is improved. The method is simple, low in cost, low in overall power consumption and economical.
The beneficial effects of the invention also include:
1. according to the invention, the power consumption of all the equipment in the integrated cabinet can be recorded through a simple control program, the ambient temperature inside and outside the integrated cabinet is obtained, and the equipment is cooled by a fan mode based on the data so as to realize the cooling by adopting the ambient temperature of a machine room, or an internal air-conditioning mode is selected to realize the cooling of the equipment. The two different ways reduce the power consumption of the temperature control unit to the minimum, thereby improving the economy of the scheme of the invention.
2. According to the invention, different cooling modes can be selected, and after one cooling mode of the fan or the internal air conditioner is selected, the rotating speed of the fan, the air outlet speed of the air conditioner and the air outlet temperature can be further adjusted based on the ambient temperature, so that the accuracy of temperature control is further improved. Therefore, the method is not only suitable for the application mode that the CDN server sinks to the cell, but also can meet the operation requirements of a large amount of equipment which needs accurate temperature control and operates for a long time.
3. Because the fan is provided with the sealing component capable of achieving sealed connection with the cabinet, the influence of the external environment temperature on the internal temperature of the cabinet can be isolated to the greatest extent when an internal air conditioning mode is adopted to achieve cooling. Detailed Description
The present application is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited thereby.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network node arrangement of a CDN server in the prior art. As described in the background section, in order to further sink the CND server, the CND server may be provided in a cell room.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating steps of an automatic cooling adjustment method for an integrated cabinet according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a first aspect of the present invention relates to an integrated cabinet automatic cooling adjustment method, where the method includes steps 1 to 4.
Step 1, collecting the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet, the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet and the total power consumption of a server in the integrated cabinet.
In the invention, the internal and external temperatures of the integrated cabinet are measured, and meanwhile, the power consumption of each device in the cabinet, such as CDN server devices, is measured, so that the temperature rise caused by the environmental temperature along with the power consumption of the device in the cabinet can be roughly estimated, and the automatic cooling control is realized according to the parameters.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, in order to accurately obtain the power consumption of all the devices in the integrated cabinet, the power consumption of all the devices may be collected. However, in an embodiment of the present invention, since the integrated cabinet is mainly used to install CDN server devices with very high power consumption and high requirement on operating temperature, in this embodiment of the present invention, the integrated cabinet may be used to measure and calculate only the real-time power consumption or power of the CDN server.
Preferably, the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is acquired by a temperature sensor arranged on the side of an air inlet fan outside the cabinet; the temperature sensor is a set distance away from the outer surface of the integrated cabinet, and the distance from the temperature sensor to the ground does not exceed the height of the integrated cabinet.
Particularly, the set distance of the interval between the temperature sensor and the outer surface of the integrated cabinet can be selected to be about 10-20 centimeters, so that the temperature sensor is prevented from collecting heat transmitted to the integrated cabinet for radiating internal equipment. By arranging the temperature sensor in such a way, the environmental temperature data outside the cabinet and inside the machine room can be accurately acquired, so that the measurement error caused by the heat conduction effect is prevented.
Preferably, the total power consumption of the servers in the integrated cabinet is obtained based on the electricity consumption metering and monitoring device installed in the cabinet.
In the invention, the total real-time power consumption of all equipment in one cabinet can be obtained in real time by adopting the frequently used electricity consumption measuring and monitoring device for measuring the electricity consumption in the machine room in the prior art. For example, real-time power of each server may be collected and summed. Or the power supply components of all the equipment in the integrated cabinet are accessed through the electricity consumption metering device, so that the actual equipment electricity consumption is detected at very short time intervals, and the electricity consumption power of the equipment in the cabinet is calculated based on the difference of the electricity consumption in two time intervals.
Preferably, the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is acquired by a temperature sensor arranged at the air inlet of the server and a temperature sensor arranged at the air outlet of the server respectively; or the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is acquired by a temperature sensor arranged at an air supply outlet of the internal air conditioner and a temperature sensor arranged at an air return inlet of the internal air conditioner respectively.
It can be understood that, in order to obtain the temperature of the CDN server device more accurately, a temperature sensor for detecting the internal environment may be disposed on the air inlet and the air outlet of the CDN server. On the other hand, in order to realize the collection of the overall temperature in the integrated cabinet, on the premise of realizing the relatively isolated air circulation in the cabinet, the temperature in the cabinet is ensured to be kept at a relatively stable temperature for the temperature in the integrated cabinet within a relatively long time, for example within a half hour, the temperature of an air inlet and an air outlet of an internal air conditioner can be collected, and therefore the temperature sensor is arranged at a corresponding position.
After the relevant data is collected, the relevant data can be judged by adopting the modes of the step 2 and the step 3.
And 2, when the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is lower than the external temperature threshold and the total power consumption of the server in the integrated cabinet is lower than the power threshold, starting a fan of the integrated cabinet and a sealing assembly of the fan to refrigerate, and simultaneously closing an internal air conditioner of the integrated cabinet.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a fan and an internal air conditioner in the method for automatically cooling and adjusting an integrated cabinet according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, in the present invention, after the integrated cabinet starts to operate, the initial state of the integrated cabinet may be set to a state in which the internal air conditioner is turned on, so that the internal air conditioner in the integrated cabinet automatically starts to operate, and the interior of the cabinet is automatically cooled.
Meanwhile, the power consumption measurement detection device inside the cabinet can collect the power consumption of relevant equipment in the cabinet, and meanwhile, an external temperature sensor is adopted to collect the external environment temperature and judge the power consumption state of the cabinet. According to the invention, the external temperature and the equipment power consumption can be judged for multiple times, and a reasonable method for automatically cooling is determined after each judgment is finished.
Preferably, after the integrated cabinet is switched to a fan mode or an internal air conditioning mode for refrigeration, the current moment is confirmed; and judging the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet and the total power consumption of the server in the integrated cabinet again after a set time interval based on the current moment, and determining whether the refrigeration mode needs to be switched based on the judgment.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the set time interval may be set to half an hour. Of course, the length of the set time interval may also be extended or shortened depending on the size of the integrated cabinet, the air circulation speed of the air conditioner or fan, and the general power consumption of the CDN devices inside the cabinet. Therefore, in a set time interval, no matter the power of the CDN equipment or the temperature of the external environment, the temperature rise of the integrated cabinet is within a certain limit. Therefore, the CDN devices can be at a safe ambient temperature before the next determination and the change of the automatic cooling adjustment mode.
Preferably, when the integrated cabinet is refrigerated in a fan mode, the fan is started, and the sealing assembly of the fan is opened so that the fan and the external environment of the integrated cabinet realize air circulation; when the integrated cabinet adopts an internal air conditioning mode to refrigerate, the fan is closed, the sealing assembly of the fan is closed, and the sealing assembly of the fan is connected with the integrated cabinet body in a sealed manner, so that the fan is isolated from the external environment of the integrated cabinet.
Specifically, in order to prolong the retention time of the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet to the maximum extent, the invention can arrange the sealing component outside the fan, and the sealing component can be hermetically connected with the cabinet body of the cabinet when the fan is in a non-working state, so that the air inside and outside the cabinet is fully isolated, and the heat transfer caused by air circulation is prevented.
Preferably, the external temperature threshold is 27 ℃ and the power threshold is 4 kW.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the method of the present invention can obtain the external ambient temperature and the single cabinet power consumption sequentially or simultaneously. When both are less than the set threshold, then can open the fan and close inside air conditioner, adopt comparatively power-saving fan mode to realize the cooling to the rack.
And 3, when the external environment temperature of the integrated cabinet is higher than the external temperature threshold value or the total power consumption of the server in the integrated cabinet is higher than the power threshold value, closing the fan of the integrated cabinet and the sealing assembly of the fan, and simultaneously opening the internal air conditioner of the integrated cabinet for refrigeration.
On the other hand, if the measured value of one of the external environment temperature and the power consumption of the single cabinet is greater than the set threshold value, the fan can be turned off and the internal air conditioner can be turned on at the same time, so that the cooling is realized.
And 4, controlling the rotating speed of the fan, the air supply temperature of the internal air conditioner and the air supply speed based on the internal environment temperature of the integrated cabinet.
Preferably, in step 4, when the integrated cabinet is cooled by a fan, an internal temperature threshold is set, the temperature data collected by the internal ambient temperature sensor is determined based on the internal temperature threshold, and the rotation speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan are increased, decreased or maintained based on the determination.
It can be understood that, in the present invention, when the integrated cabinet performs cooling by using the fan in step 2, the rotation speed of the fan can be further controlled to achieve a reasonable air circulation speed and further save power consumption.
Preferably, when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is greater than the first internal temperature threshold value, the rotating speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan are increased; when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is positioned at the first internal temperature threshold and the second internal temperature threshold, maintaining the rotating speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan; and when the temperature of the air outlet of the server is smaller than the second internal temperature threshold value, the rotating speeds of the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan are reduced.
It is understood that in the present invention, two internal temperature thresholds are provided for further setting the rotational speed of the fan. The two internal temperature thresholds may be set according to an optimal operating temperature interval of the server. For example, according to the model of the CDN server device, after the device operates above 40 ℃, it indicates that there is a possibility that the server may be overheated and down, and therefore, the temperature is set as the maximum threshold limit of the outlet temperature of the server, that is, the first internal temperature threshold in the present invention. In addition, if the server can continuously work below 30 ℃, the temperature of the server is sufficiently reduced, and therefore the temperature is correspondingly set to be the second internal temperature threshold value.
The air distribution network CDN device is characterized in that the air inlet fan and the air outlet fan are arranged in a rotating mode, the rotating speed of the air inlet fan and the rotating speed of the air outlet fan are set to be reasonable, the air circulation speed can be increased rapidly when the temperature is high, safety of CDN devices is guaranteed, and the rotating speed of the fan is reduced in real time when the temperature is low, so that energy is saved fully.
Although the switching time between the air conditioner and the fan is realized according to the set time interval, the maintenance of the temperature can be ensured to a certain extent in one set time interval by independently adjusting the rotating speed of the fan and independently adjusting the related indexes in the air conditioner.
Preferably, in step 4, when the integrated cabinet performs cooling by using an internal air conditioning method, an internal temperature threshold is set, temperature data collected by the internal ambient temperature sensor is determined based on the internal temperature threshold, and the air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner are increased, decreased or maintained based on the determination.
In the invention, if the internal air conditioner is adopted to realize the temperature control, the temperature regulation in a small range can be realized by two modes of the air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the air conditioner.
Preferably, when the temperature of the server air outlet is greater than a first internal temperature threshold or the temperature of the server air inlet is greater than a third internal temperature threshold, the air supply temperature of the internal air conditioner is reduced, and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner is increased; when the temperature of the server air outlet is smaller than a second internal temperature threshold or the temperature of the server air inlet is smaller than a fourth internal temperature threshold, the air supply temperature of the internal air conditioner is increased, and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner is reduced; when the temperature of the server air outlet is between the first internal temperature threshold and the second internal temperature threshold and the temperature of the server air inlet is between the third internal temperature threshold and the fourth internal temperature threshold, the air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the internal air conditioner are maintained.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, the determination of the air conditioner is more accurate, unlike the determination of the rotation speed of the fan, because the temperature adjustment speed of the air conditioner is faster and the power consumption of the air conditioner is larger. Therefore, the temperatures of the air inlet and the air outlet of the server can be judged simultaneously. The air inlet of the server can be set with the high and low threshold values as the third and fourth internal temperature threshold values stated in the invention. And the temperature threshold of the air outlet of the server still adopts the first and second internal temperature thresholds of the fan.
The air supply temperature and the air supply speed of the air conditioner can be adjusted by simultaneously judging the temperatures of the air inlet and the air outlet of the server.
Preferably, or, the temperature of the air conditioner air supply outlet detected by the temperature sensor of the air conditioner air supply outlet is compared with the third and fourth internal temperature thresholds, and the temperature of the air conditioner air return inlet detected by the temperature sensor of the air conditioner air return inlet is compared with the first and second internal temperature thresholds, so as to obtain the air supply temperature and the air supply speed adjusting mode of the internal air conditioner.
It can be understood that, in the present invention, in order to realize the adjustment of the air conditioner, the temperature sensor may also be disposed at the air inlet/outlet position of the air conditioner, and the high/low threshold values of the temperatures at the two positions may be set, so as to accurately realize the control of the air conditioner.
Preferably, the first internal temperature threshold is 40 ℃ and the second internal temperature threshold is 30 ℃; the third internal temperature threshold is 27 deg.c and the second internal temperature threshold is 18 deg.c.
Specifically, the first and second internal temperature thresholds may be reasonably designed with reference to the temperature of the air inlet and outlet of the CDN server. And the third and fourth internal temperature thresholds can be reasonably designed based on the temperature interval maintained inside the integrated cabinet.
