and under the condition that the preset function is determined to be started, closing the preset function so as to enable the VoLTE voice call to be normally carried out.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after turning off the preset function, the method further comprises:
and opening the preset function under the condition that the VoLTE voice call is detected to be ended.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2,
the preset function is intelligent 5G, wherein the intelligent 5G reselects a network to be 5GNR when the terminal is in a VoLTE voice call state, and the VoLTE voice call adopts 4G to carry out normal voice call.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the voice call state of the current terminal comprises:
acquiring a call state parameter in a current terminal;
determining that the terminal is currently in an MO call under the condition that the call state parameter is in a dialing state;
or, determining that the terminal is currently in an MT call when the call state parameter is in a ring state.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein in the case that it is determined that the preset function is turned on, turning off the preset function comprises:
and under the condition that the preset function is determined to be started, reporting a closing notification message to close the preset function through the closing notification message.
