In the above embodiment, the time intervals between each time node are consistent, for example, in the practical application process, the time interval may be set to 0.5s, two video images separated by 0.5s are compared, and the result of the abnormal integrity can be obtained from the two groups of video images with larger difference.

The application business module can comprise business management, event retrieval, report statistics and operation and maintenance management, the data engine module can comprise a data open type and distributed database and a big data retrieval engine, the diagnosis algorithm library can comprise a data flow diagnosis algorithm, a video diagnosis algorithm, an equipment information algorithm, a network diagnosis algorithm and an equipment diagnosis algorithm, and the acquisition layer can comprise video data, equipment data, network data and data flow data.
The acquisition layer is in communication connection with the network diagnosis module, the data stream monitoring module, the equipment operation monitoring module, the signal quality monitoring module, the video image diagnosis module and the resource management module, the dispute algorithm library is used for displaying diagnosis results and equipment information of data stream diagnosis, video diagnosis, network diagnosis and equipment diagnosis, and the acquisition layer is used for displaying video data, equipment data, network data and data stream data.
In this embodiment, after the intelligent electronic box control system controls the video monitoring device to restart according to the abnormal signal, and under the condition that the device operation monitoring module still monitors the abnormality, the intelligent electronic box control system can be controlled by the intelligent platform to close the video monitoring device, so that the video monitoring device can be conveniently operated and maintained online, and the offline operation and maintenance result can be detected by opening the video monitoring device and the device operation monitoring module during the online operation and maintenance process.
