Step 3032, if the first target object identification corresponding to the target loan is not found, generating a second target object identification, and correspondingly storing the loan identification of the target loan, the second target object identification and the feedback information into a preset database to complete information entry.
And if the first target object identification corresponding to the target loan is not found in the preset database, the first target object identification indicates that the target loan information and the customer information corresponding to the target loan are not stored in the preset database, the terminal generates a second target object identification, correspondingly stores the loan identification of the target loan, the second target object identification and the target object information and the customer information in the feedback information into the preset database, and finishes information input.
For example, when the loan is a house loan, the second subject object identifier is a second house identifier, and after the first house identifier corresponding to the target house loan is not found in the preset database, the terminal generates the second house identifier and correspondingly stores the loan identifier of the target house loan, the second house identifier, and the house information and the customer information in the feedback information into the preset database.
In one embodiment, the house information in the feedback information is verified when the house information in the feedback information is stored in the preset database. Specifically, checking whether the administrative relations of the province and the city in the house information are matched, and if so, determining that the checking is passed; if not, the verification is determined to be failed. After the verification fails, verification failure prompt information can be output to prompt a user to take other processing, which is not limited by the embodiment of the disclosure.
Step 3033, if the first target object identifier corresponding to the target loan is found, updating the target object information corresponding to the first target object identifier in the preset database according to the target object information in the feedback information.
And if the first target object identification corresponding to the target loan is found in the preset database and indicates that the target object information and the customer information corresponding to the target loan are stored in the preset database, the terminal updates the target object information corresponding to the first target object identification in the preset database according to the target object information in the feedback information.
For example, when the loan is a house loan, the subject matter information is house information, the first subject matter identifier is a first house identifier, and the terminal updates the house information corresponding to the first house identifier in the preset database according to the house information in the feedback information.
In one embodiment, when the house information corresponding to the first house identifier in the preset database is updated according to the house information in the feedback information, the house information in the feedback information is verified. Specifically, checking whether the administrative relations of the province and the city in the house information are matched, and if so, determining that the checking is passed; if not, the verification is determined to be failed. After the verification fails, verification failure prompt information can be output to prompt the user to take other processing, which is not limited by the embodiment of the disclosure.
In the embodiment, a first target mark corresponding to the target loan is searched in a preset database; if the first target object identification corresponding to the target loan is not found, generating a second target object identification, and correspondingly storing the loan identification of the target loan, the second target object identification and the feedback information into a preset database to finish information input; and if the first target object identification corresponding to the target loan is found, updating the target object information corresponding to the first target object identification in the preset database according to the target object information in the feedback information. By the aid of the method and the device, information entry can be automatically completed, and therefore information entry efficiency and business handling efficiency are improved.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the sending of the information extraction instruction to the server according to the information entry instruction may include:
step 401, according to the information entry instruction, a successful sending record corresponding to the target loan is inquired in a preset record table.
Wherein the successful transmission record indicates that the information extraction instruction was successfully transmitted to the server prior to the query.
The terminal stores a preset record table, and the preset record table can store successful sending records, check records and other records. The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the content in the preset recording table.
After the information entry instruction is obtained, the terminal inquires a successful sending record corresponding to the target loan in a preset record table according to the loan identifier of the target loan in the information entry instruction. If the successful sending record is not inquired, executing step 402; if a successful transmission record is queried, step 403 is performed.
Step 402, if the successful sending record is not inquired, sending an information extraction instruction to the server, and recording whether the information extraction instruction is sent successfully or not in a preset record table.
And if the successful sending record is not inquired in the preset record table, the information extracting instruction is not sent to the server before, or the information extracting instruction is not successfully sent to the server before, the terminal sends the information extracting instruction to the server.
And if the server successfully receives the information extraction instruction, feeding back a response of successful reception to the terminal. The terminal records the successful sending of the information extraction instruction in the preset recording table, and records the sending time of the information extraction instruction, the receiving time of the response and the like. If the server does not successfully receive the information extraction instruction, the server may feed back a response of failed reception to the terminal, or the time length of the terminal not receiving the response exceeds a first preset time length, the terminal records the failure of sending the information extraction instruction in a preset record table. The first preset time period is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In practical application, if the terminal determines that the information extraction instruction fails to be sent, the terminal can directly output a sending failure prompt message to prompt a user to perform corresponding processing; or the information extraction instruction can be repeatedly sent to the server, and the sending failure prompt information is output after the repeated sending times exceed the preset times, so that the user is prompted to carry out corresponding processing. The embodiments of the present disclosure do not limit this.
Step 403, if the successful sending record is found, determining whether to repeatedly send the information extraction instruction according to the sending time in the last successful sending record and the current time.
And if the successful sending record is inquired in the preset record table, determining the interval duration between the sending time in the last successful sending record and the current time, if the interval duration exceeds a second preset duration, determining to repeatedly send the information extraction instruction, and sending the information extraction instruction to the server again. And if the interval time does not exceed the second preset time, determining that the information extraction instruction does not need to be sent repeatedly. The second preset time length is not limited in the embodiment of the disclosure.
In the embodiment, a successful sending record corresponding to the target loan is inquired in a preset record table according to the information input instruction; if the successful sending record is not inquired, sending an information extraction instruction to the server, and recording whether the information extraction instruction is sent successfully or not in a preset record table; and if the successful sending record is inquired, determining whether to repeatedly send the information extraction instruction according to the sending time in the last successful sending record and the current time. By the aid of the information input method and the information input device, whether the information extraction instruction is sent or not and whether the information extraction instruction is sent repeatedly or not can be determined according to records in the preset record table, so that the information extraction instruction is successfully sent to the server, the server can acquire data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform, and information input is completed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided an information entry method, which is described by taking the application of the method to the server in fig. 1 as an example, and includes the following steps:
step 501, receiving an information extraction instruction sent by a terminal.
The information extraction instruction is sent after the terminal acquires the information entry instruction; the information input instruction comprises a loan identifier of the target loan and a platform identifier of a target data platform for providing data corresponding to the target loan.
And the terminal acquires the information input instruction and sends an information extraction instruction to the server according to the information input instruction. And the server receives an information extraction instruction sent by the terminal. The information extraction instruction also comprises a loan identifier of the target loan and a platform identifier of the target data platform.
And 502, acquiring data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the loan identifier and the platform identifier, and generating feedback information according to the acquired data.
The feedback information comprises subject matter information and customer information corresponding to the target loan.
And after receiving the information extraction instruction, the server determines a target data platform of the data to be obtained according to the platform identification in the information extraction instruction, and then obtains the data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the loan identification in the information extraction instruction. Then, the server identifies the acquired data to obtain a plurality of pieces of field information; and generates feedback information according to the plurality of field information.
In one embodiment, after receiving the information extraction instruction, the server performs instruction verification on the information extraction instruction; and under the condition that the instruction passes the verification, acquiring data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the loan identifier and the platform identifier. The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the instruction verification manner.
In one embodiment, the terminal obtains the information query authorization from the target data platform in advance, and the information extraction instruction further comprises the information query authorization, so that the server can obtain the data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the information query authorization after receiving the information extraction instruction.
And 503, sending the feedback information to the terminal, so that the terminal correspondingly stores the loan identifier of the target loan and the feedback information into a preset database to complete information entry under the condition that the feedback information passes verification.
And the server sends the feedback information to the terminal, and the terminal receives the feedback information and verifies the feedback information. And under the condition that the verification is passed, the terminal stores the loan identification of the target loan and the feedback newly in a preset database in a corresponding manner, and completes information entry.
In the information input method, a server receives an information extraction instruction sent by a terminal; obtaining data corresponding to the target loan from a target data platform according to the loan identifier and the platform identifier, and generating feedback information according to the obtained data; and sending the feedback information to the terminal so that the terminal correspondingly stores the loan identifier of the target loan and the feedback information into a preset database to finish information entry under the condition that the feedback information passes verification. By the aid of the method and the device, the server can assist the terminal to automatically complete information input, and information input efficiency and service handling efficiency are improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided an information entry method, which is described by taking the method as an example applied in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
step 601, the terminal obtains an information entry instruction.
The information entry instruction comprises a loan identifier of the target loan and a platform identifier of the target data platform.
And step 602, the terminal sends an information extraction instruction to the server according to the information input instruction.
Step 603, the server receives the information extraction instruction sent by the terminal.
The information extraction instruction comprises a loan identifier of the target loan and a platform identifier of the target data platform.
And step 604, the server acquires data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the loan identifier and the platform identifier, and generates feedback information according to the acquired data.
In step 605, the server transmits the feedback information to the terminal.
And 606, the terminal receives the feedback information sent by the server, and correspondingly stores the loan identifier of the target loan and the feedback information into a preset database to finish information entry under the condition that the feedback information passes verification.
In the embodiment, the terminal and the server are matched with each other, and the information input is automatically completed, so that the information input efficiency and the service handling efficiency are improved, and the authenticity of the information can be ensured.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 to 9 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 to 9 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, there is provided an information entry apparatus applied to a terminal, the apparatus including:
an input instruction obtaining module 701, configured to obtain an information input instruction; the information input instruction comprises a loan identifier of the target loan and a platform identifier of a target data platform for providing data corresponding to the target loan;
an extraction instruction sending module 702, configured to send an information extraction instruction to a server according to an information entry instruction; the information extraction instruction is used for instructing the server to obtain data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the loan identifier and the platform identifier, and generating feedback information according to the obtained data; the feedback information comprises subject matter information and customer information corresponding to the target loan;
and the information entry module 703 is configured to receive the feedback information sent by the server, and correspondingly store the loan identifier of the target loan and the feedback information in a preset database to complete information entry when the feedback information passes verification.
In one embodiment, the information entry module 703 includes:
the information checking submodule is used for carrying out information checking on the feedback information; the information verification comprises information integrity verification and information correctness verification;
the warehousing check submodule is used for storing the feedback information into a middle table of the cache data and performing warehousing check on the feedback information if the information check is passed;
and the information input sub-module is used for correspondingly storing the loan identification of the target loan and the feedback information into a preset database to finish information input if the warehousing verification is passed.
In one embodiment, the information entry module 703 is specifically configured to search a preset database for a first target object identifier corresponding to the target loan; and if the first target object identification corresponding to the target loan is not found, generating a second target object identification, and correspondingly storing the loan identification of the target loan, the second target object identification and the feedback information into a preset database to finish information input.
In one embodiment, the apparatus further comprises:

In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, there is provided an information entry apparatus applied to a server, the apparatus including:
an extraction instruction receiving module 801, configured to receive an information extraction instruction sent by a terminal; the information extraction instruction is sent after the terminal acquires the information entry instruction; the information input instruction comprises a loan identifier of the target loan and a platform identifier of a target data platform for providing data corresponding to the target loan;
the information generation module 802 is configured to obtain data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the loan identifier and the platform identifier, and generate feedback information according to the obtained data; the feedback information comprises subject matter information and customer information corresponding to the target loan;
and the information sending module 803 is configured to send the feedback information to the terminal, so that the terminal correspondingly stores the loan identifier of the target loan and the feedback information into a preset database to complete information entry when the feedback information passes verification.
In one embodiment, the information generating module 802 is specifically configured to perform identification processing on the acquired data to obtain a plurality of pieces of field information; and generating feedback information according to the plurality of field information.
For specific limitations of the information entry device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the information entry method, which are not described herein again. The modules in the information recording device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 12. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an information entry method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 12 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.

It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (18)

1. An information input method is applied to a terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring an information input instruction; the information input instruction comprises a loan identifier of a target loan and a platform identifier of a target data platform for providing data corresponding to the target loan;
sending an information extraction instruction to a server according to the information input instruction; the information extraction instruction is used for instructing the server to acquire data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the loan identifier and the platform identifier, and generating feedback information according to the acquired data; the feedback information comprises subject matter information and customer information corresponding to the target loan;
and receiving feedback information sent by the server, and correspondingly storing the loan identifier of the target loan and the feedback information into a preset database to finish information entry under the condition that the feedback information passes verification.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the storing the loan identifier of the target loan in a preset database corresponding to the feedback information to complete information entry when the feedback information is verified, comprises:
carrying out information verification on the feedback information; the information verification comprises information integrity verification and information correctness verification;
if the information verification is passed, storing the feedback information into a middle table of cache data, and performing storage verification on the feedback information;
and if the warehousing check is passed, correspondingly storing the loan identification of the target loan and the feedback information into the preset database to finish information input.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the storing the loan identifier of the target loan in correspondence with the feedback information in the preset database to complete information entry comprises:
searching a first target object identifier corresponding to the target loan in the preset database;
and if the first target object identification corresponding to the target loan is not found, generating a second target object identification, and correspondingly storing the loan identification of the target loan, the second target object identification and the feedback information into the preset database to finish information input.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after searching the preset database for the first target object identifier corresponding to the target loan, the method further comprises:
and if the first target object identifier corresponding to the target loan is found, updating the target object information corresponding to the first target object identifier in the preset database according to the target object information in the feedback information.
5. The method according to claim 2, wherein the performing information verification processing on the feedback information includes:
carrying out the information integrity check on the feedback information; wherein the information integrity check comprises at least one of a mandatory check and a length check;
if the information integrity check passes, carrying out the information correctness check on the feedback information; wherein the information correctness checking comprises: checking whether the customer information in the feedback information is consistent with the customer information stored in the terminal, and checking whether the current state of the target loan is at least one of preset states; the preset states comprise an acceptance state, an investigation state and an entry state;
and if the information correctness is verified, determining that the information is verified to be passed.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein said sending an information extraction instruction to a server according to said information entry instruction comprises:
inquiring a successful sending record corresponding to the target loan in a preset record table according to the information input instruction; the successful sending record indicates that an information extraction instruction is successfully sent to the server before the inquiry;
and if the successful sending record is not inquired, sending the information extraction instruction to the server, and recording whether the information extraction instruction is sent successfully or not in the preset record table.
7. An information entry method is applied to a server, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an information extraction instruction sent by a terminal; the information extraction instruction is sent by the terminal after the terminal acquires the information entry instruction; the information input instruction comprises a loan identifier of a target loan and a platform identifier of a target data platform for providing data corresponding to the target loan;
obtaining data corresponding to the target loan from the target data platform according to the loan identifier and the platform identifier, and generating feedback information according to the obtained data; the feedback information comprises subject matter information and customer information corresponding to the target loan;
and sending the feedback information to the terminal so that the terminal correspondingly stores the loan identifier of the target loan and the feedback information into a preset database to finish information entry under the condition that the feedback information passes verification.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the generating feedback information according to the obtained data comprises:
identifying the acquired data to obtain a plurality of pieces of field information;
and generating the feedback information according to the plurality of field information.
9. An information input device, applied to a terminal, the device comprising:

The device according to claim 9, wherein the extraction instruction sending module is specifically configured to query a successful sending record corresponding to the target loan in a preset record table according to the information entry instruction; the successful sending record indicates that an information extraction instruction is successfully sent to the server before the inquiry; and if the successful sending record is not inquired, sending the information extraction instruction to the server, and recording whether the information extraction instruction is sent successfully or not in the preset record table.
