determining a first target business field to which the creative collection activity belongs based on the activity description information and the department information;

matching the first target business field with the business field labels of all the auditing departments in the auditing department pool respectively to obtain the matching degree between the creative collection activity and each auditing department;

and determining the at least one recommended auditing department based on the obtained matching degrees.

Optionally, the circulation range setting unit is specifically configured to:

determining the word frequency of each candidate word in the activity description information and the department information aiming at each candidate word in the activity description information and the department information;

extracting keywords of the activity description information from each candidate word based on the obtained word frequency of each candidate word;

and determining the first target service field based on the obtained keywords.

Optionally, the circulation range setting unit is specifically configured to:

performing repeated iterative training on the neural network model based on the activity description sample labeled with the service field label until a convergence condition is met, and obtaining a trained neural network model; each activity description sample includes at least: activity description information and department information;

and inputting the activity description information and the department information into the trained neural network model to obtain the output first target service field.

Optionally, the circulation range setting unit is specifically configured to:

determining a plurality of candidate auditing departments from the auditing department pool based on the obtained matching degrees;

In practical application, weights can be set for the business field and the historical cross-department circulation times respectively, and then after scoring is carried out on each auditing department according to the business field and the historical cross-department circulation times respectively, weighting summation is carried out according to the weights so as to obtain the final matching degree of each auditing department, a plurality of candidate auditing departments with the front matching degree are selected and determined as the at least one recommended auditing department.

In the embodiment of the application, in order to realize the quick circulation of creative review, a creative review department can be selected at a creative submitting stage, and then when the creative is submitted, the circulation department of the creative to be reviewed can be selected, and in order to facilitate the setting of the circulation department, which can be quickly and accurately performed by a creative proposing personnel, the recommendation of the circulation department can be performed by the creative proposing personnel.

It should be noted that, in some scenarios, for example, when a head office of a bank issues an initiative collection activity, and a branch person is used as an initiative submitting person, the originality to be checked and submitted by the branch person can be reported to the head office after being pre-checked by a related audit person of the branch person, so that the setting work of the circulation department can be performed by the audit person of the branch person.

Specifically, keyword extraction may be performed from the creative description information, so as to determine the second target business field related to the creative description information according to the extracted keyword, and to select at least one recommended circulation department from the range of circulation departments.

In one embodiment, the extraction of the keywords may be performed by a word frequency statistical method, the creative description information is divided into a plurality of words by a word segmentation method, each word is used as a candidate word, and then the word frequency of each candidate word in the creative description information is counted for each candidate word, so as to extract the keywords of the creative description information from each candidate word based on the obtained word frequency of each candidate word, and further, the extracted keywords may be matched with the service field tags of each circulation department within the range of the circulation department, and sorted in the order of high matching degree, and at least one recommendation department ranked ahead is selected.

In an embodiment, when the creativity is reported to the upper department, the creative auditor of the subordinate organization can also provide the reporting opinion information, and then the reporting opinion information triggered by the auditing department of the creative collection activity aiming at the creative to be audited in the subordinate organization corresponding to the creative to be audited can be obtained, and based on the reporting opinion information and the creative description information, at least one recommended circulation department is determined from the range of the circulation department.

Specifically, a second target business field related to the creative to be audited is determined based on the reported opinion information and the creative description information, the second target business field is respectively matched with business field tags of all circulation departments in the range of the circulation departments so as to obtain matching degrees between the creative to be audited and all the circulation departments, and then at least one recommended circulation department is determined based on the obtained matching degrees.

In one embodiment, the recommendation circulation department can be determined by means of neural network model prediction.

In the embodiment of the application, two automatic streaming methods of submitting creatives at the same level and reporting creatives to an upper-level organization are divided according to different creative submission types.

The step of submitting creatives at the same level refers to that the creatives collection activity is initiated by other departments at the same level, then after the creatives submitting personnel of the departments at the same level submit creatives to be checked, the creatives submitting process at the same level is initiated, for example, for banks, the creatives submitting personnel at the same level usually include a head office and branches, and then the creatives submitting personnel at the head office propose creatives under the activities of the head office, so that the automatic cross-department peer checking flow of the creatives is triggered, or the creatives submitting personnel at the branches propose creatives under the activities of the branches, so that the automatic cross-department peer flow checking of the creatives is triggered. Reporting of creativity to a superior organization means that after the superior organization publishes the creative collection activity, creativity providers of the subordinate organization propose creativity, for example, the subsidiary creativity providers propose creativity under the action of a head office, and in this case, the creativity is reported to the head office through the review of creativity reviewers of the subsidiary activity management department, so as to trigger the automatic cross-department circulation review of the creativity.

In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, an interface schematic diagram of creatives submitted for organizations at the same level is shown, when a creative submitting person submits a creative description of a creative to be reviewed, a background may determine the at least one recommended circulation department based on the creative description, and the creative submitting person may determine that one or more circulation departments of the recommended circulation departments are used as target circulation departments, and after performing a confirmation operation, may initiate automatic circulation of the creative to be reviewed.

In one embodiment, when the lower level organization submits the creative to be audited to the upper level organization, the auditing personnel of the lower level organization is usually required to audit, so that the creative submitting personnel of the lower level organization can automatically transfer the creative to be audited to the auditing node of the auditing personnel of the lower level organization after submitting the creative description content of the creative to be audited.

Fig. 7 is a schematic view of an interface reported from an auditor of a subordinate organization to a superordinate organization.

When the review node of the creative to be reviewed reaches the review personnel of the subordinate organization for processing, an interface as shown in fig. 7 can be presented, wherein the interface includes creative description information of the creative to be reviewed and at least one recommended circulation department determined based on the creative description information, and the review personnel can confirm to select one or more of the recommended circulation departments as target circulation departments and initiate automatic circulation of the creative to be reviewed after confirmation operation.

Next, the two automatic circulation flows will be described separately.

When the cross-department review of the same level is performed, after the initiative department of the creative collection activity receives the creativity submitted by the creative submitting personnel, when the creative reviewing personnel identifies that the creative reviewing personnel needs to review by the personnel in the business field outside the department, the business gate back department is usually manually identified and selected in the related technology, the corresponding creative circulation is initiated to perform the cross-department review, the creative circulation reviewing personnel gives the cross-department circulation review opinions, the initiation of the cross-department circulation depends on the reviewing personnel of the activity initiating department to manually judge the business field related to the cross-department review, the creative submitting personnel has no option for the creative reviewing department, meanwhile, the creative reviewing personnel of the business reviewing department can see the creativity to be reviewed only after the creative reviewing personnel of the initiating department manually initiates the cross-department circulation, and the circulation efficiency is obviously low.

Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of audit circulation, the embodiment of the application automatically initiates cross-department audit circulation by intelligently identifying the active content and the creative content. Referring to FIG. 8, a diagram of an automatic flow review process for peer-submitted creatives is shown.

In the related technology, when the lower-level organization audits to the cross-department of the upper-level organization, after the audit of the lower-level organization passes, the originality of the audit of the upper-level organization needs to be reported to the activity management department of the upper-level organization, the upper-level organization can directly report the branch originality to the activity management department of the upper-level organization, then an intention auditor of the activity management department manually judges which department the originality needs to be audited, if the originality needs to be audited by other business field personnel, a similar cross-department circulation flow needs to be passed, a general business gate returning department is manually selected to initiate circulation, and corresponding audit opinions are collected. Therefore, the initiation of the cross-department circulation depends on the auditors of the activity initiating department to make manual judgment on the business field related to the cross-department audit, the creative reporting personnel has no option for the creative auditing department, and meanwhile, only after the creative auditors of the initiating department manually initiate the cross-department circulation, the creative auditors of the business auditing department can see the originality to be audited.

Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of audit circulation, the embodiment of the application automatically initiates cross-department audit circulation by intelligently identifying the active content and the creative content. Referring to FIG. 9, a diagram of an automatic flow review process for submitting creatives to an upper level organization is shown. In fig. 9, a silver row example is specifically taken, that is, an upper-level organization is a head office, and a lower-level organization is a branch office.

To sum up, in the embodiment of the application, when the activity is collected through publishing the creative, through the intelligent analysis of the activity content and the cross-department circulation history of the initiating department, the corresponding business of the activity is automatically recommended to the back-end department, the manual identification of creative auditors is assisted, and the matching efficiency is improved. When the creativity is submitted, through intelligent analysis on the creativity content, the reported opinions and the like, corresponding business returning departments of the creativity are automatically recommended, cross-department circulation is automatically completed when the creativity is submitted to the activity initiating department after being confirmed by a creativity proposing person or a reporting person, cross-department circulation verification can be started without manually initiating the circulation after the activity lead department receives the creativity, and the flow of the cross-department circulation verification is simplified.

In addition, aiming at cross-department circulation auditing of creatives under the same-level activities, a business returning department can be set by a creative presenter; for cross-department circulation audit of the creativity of the head office, a business entry department can be set by a branch creative audit staff during reporting, cross-department audit willingness and suggestions of creative presenters or reporters are reflected more fully, and meanwhile, the workload of distributing cross-department circulation by an activity initiating department can be reduced.
