Abstract
According to the miniature bar code decoding module with the detachable assembly, the sighting and lighting window is arranged on the front shell, the lighting lens is detachably embedded in the lighting window, the lighting light source is detachably arranged on the first circuit board, and different lighting light sources and lighting lenses are conveniently selected. The lens camera module is detachably connected with the first circuit board through the connector as an independent module, and can be adapted to image sensors of different models. The rear housing can effectively protect the first circuit board and the camera module. The second circuit board serving as a bar code decoding function is fixed on the front shell and the rear shell through screws, and meanwhile the front shell and the rear shell are fixed without additional fixing pieces.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a bar code reading device, in particular to a miniature bar code decoding module with a detachable component.
Background
The bar code reading module is used as a core component for bar code reading, has complete functions of bar code image acquisition, image processing, bar code image decoding and decoding result output, and is a core component of various bar code type terminal products. With the continuous development of bar code application fields such as mobile payment, logistics transportation and the like, bar code application is continuously being promoted.
With the advent of different barcode application environments, demands on barcode refinement technology, such as illumination brightness and chromaticity change demands, are increasing, and image sensors with different pixels generally need to develop hardware requirements with different specifications for different application scenes. Because hardware development design requires a long development cycle, delays in delivery are easily taken.

The upper part of the lens housing 31 is cylindrical, the lower part is square, the whole is 'convex', the barcode reading module is different from the mobile phone camera module, certain requirements are placed on the depth of field of an image, and particularly, long-distance barcode reading is needed to ensure that the lens has a certain distance from the image sensor. The cylindrical imaging area can better project external light onto the photosensitive array of the image sensor, the lower part of the imaging area is square and attached to the square image sensor, the volume is reduced, and the square structure is convenient to install.
The first circuit board 2 is provided on the front face with an aiming light source 21 and an illumination light source interface. The illumination source 22 and the aiming source 21. The illumination source interface is in electrical signal transmission with the illumination source 22 through a flexible connection assembly. Preferably, the height of the front housing 1 is about the height of the lens camera module 3. The "about" here is caused by product molds and assembly tolerances, and cannot make the height of the housing completely identical to the height of the lens module, and the difference between the heights of the two is within plus or minus two millimeters.
Preferably, the image sensor is a CMOS image sensor with selectively switchable global exposure and rolling shutter exposure modes.
