Abstract

The invention provides a measuring device for contact coloring of a face tooth, which comprises an image acquisition device (10) and a data processing unit (70). An image acquisition device (10) is capable of acquiring raw image data of a coloring report containing a tooth-colored impression. The data processing unit (70) can analyze and determine a coloring analysis area corresponding to the tooth surface of the face tooth from the raw image data. The data processing unit (70) can also analyze the proportion of the pixel points meeting a set condition in the coloring analysis area to all the pixel points in the coloring analysis area according to the original image data to obtain proportion data. This colored measuring device of face tooth contact does benefit to and improves the colored measurement accuracy of face tooth contact. The invention also provides a measuring method for the contact coloring of the end face teeth.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a measuring device, in particular to a measuring device for contact coloring of end face teeth. The invention also relates to a method for measuring the contact coloring of the end face teeth.
Background
In a multi-shaft compressor structure, the impeller and the rotor shaft are connected by means of end face teeth. In order to achieve good assembly quality between the impeller and the rotor shaft, the machining requirements on the end face teeth are extremely high. In the finished product detection process, the tooth surfaces of the end teeth need to be coated with blue oil for coloring detection, and the rubbing area proportion needs to meet the design requirement.
At present, the percentage of the rubbing area in the coloring report can be judged only by the visual inspection of an engineer. The requirements on the experience of engineers are high, and the accurate coloring area proportion is difficult to obtain, so that the error cannot be controlled.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a measuring device for contact coloring of end face teeth, which is beneficial to improving the measuring precision of the contact coloring of the end face teeth.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a method of measuring contact coloring of a spur tooth which facilitates improved accuracy of measurement of contact coloring of the spur tooth.
The invention provides a measuring device for contact coloring of end teeth, which comprises an image acquisition device and a data processing unit. The image capture device is capable of capturing raw image data of a rendered report containing a painted impression of a face tooth. The data processing unit is capable of analyzing from the raw image data to determine a coloring analysis region corresponding to the tooth surface of the face tooth. The data processing unit can also analyze the proportion of the pixel points meeting a set condition in the coloring analysis region to all the pixel points in the coloring analysis region according to the original image data so as to obtain proportion data.

The report rack is connected with the base. The support rod is connected with the base and extends along a first adjusting direction. The adjusting bracket is movably connected with the supporting rod along a first adjusting direction. The camera is connected with the adjusting frame. The fixing bolt is in threaded connection with the adjusting frame and can fix the relative positions of the supporting rod and the adjusting frame. Whereby adjustment of the relative position of the camera and the painted report in the first adjustment direction may be facilitated.
In yet another exemplary embodiment of a face tooth contact stain measuring device, the report stand includes a base, a mobile stand, and a support platform. The base is connected with the base. The light emitting portion of the illumination lamp is provided in a ring shape extending in a circumferential direction perpendicular to the first adjustment direction. The camera is capable of acquiring an image of the colored report through the inner hole of the light emitting portion of the illumination lamp, whereby the uniformity of the light projected to the colored report can be improved. The light source controller is connected with the illuminating lamp and can control the switch and the brightness of the illuminating lamp, so that the illuminating lamp can be conveniently controlled.
In a further exemplary embodiment of the measuring device for contact coloring of a face tooth, the data processing unit is further capable of generating a contour line marking a contour of the coloring analysis region from the coloring analysis region, and generating one contour image data by superimposing the original image data and the contour line. The measuring device further comprises a display capable of displaying the profile image data and the scale data. So that the user can view the data conveniently.

The data processing unit 70 is capable of analytically determining a coloring analysis area (coloring analysis area such as an area circled by a broken line in part B in fig. 3) corresponding to the tooth surface of the face tooth from the raw image data (raw image data such as shown in part a in fig. 3). The data processing unit 70 stores therein, for example, shape data of the tooth surface of the spur tooth, and determines a coloring analysis region corresponding to the tooth surface of the spur tooth based on the shape data. The data processing unit 70 can also analyze the ratio of the pixel points satisfying a set condition in the coloring analysis region (for example, the pixel points in the section line region of the part C in fig. 3) to all the pixel points in the coloring analysis region according to the original image data to obtain a ratio data. The setting condition is, for example, a gradation value. According to the proportion data, the working personnel can more accurately judge whether the end face teeth are qualified or not. This colored measuring device of face tooth contact does benefit to and improves the colored measurement accuracy of face tooth contact.
As shown in fig. 1, in the exemplary embodiment, the bracket 20 includes a base 21, a support rod 22, an adjustment bracket 23, and a fixing bolt 24. Report stand 30 is attached to base 21. The support bar 22 is connected to the base 21 and extends along a first adjustment direction D1. The adjustment bracket 23 is movably coupled to the support bar 22 in a direction opposite the first adjustment direction D1 and the first adjustment direction D1. The camera 40 is connected to the adjustment bracket 23. The fixing bolt 24 is screwed with the adjusting bracket 23 and can fix the relative positions of the supporting rod 22 and the adjusting bracket 23. In use, the adjusting bracket 23 is adjusted to a suitable height, and then the fixing bolt 24 is tightened to fix the relative positions of the supporting rod 22 and the adjusting bracket 23. As shown in FIG. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the report stand 30 includes a base 31, a moving stand 32, and a support platform 33. The base 31 is connected to the base 21. The movable frame 32 is movably coupled to the base 31 along a second adjustment direction D2. The support platform 33 is movably coupled to the movable stand 32 in a third adjustment direction D3 and is configured to carry the coloring report 90. The first adjustment direction D1, the second adjustment direction D2 and the third adjustment direction D3 are, for example, mutually perpendicular. Whereby the position of the coloured report in the second adjustment direction D2 and the third adjustment direction D3 can be adjusted easily.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the illustrated embodiment, the report holder 30 further includes a report clip 34. Report clip 34 is connected to support platform 33 and is capable of clipping colored report 90 with support platform 33. Whereby the coloured report can be conveniently fixed. In the illustrated embodiment, the reporting clip 34 is, for example, a spring tab.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the exemplary embodiment, the image capturing device 10 further includes an illumination lamp 50 and a light source controller 60. The illumination lamp 50 is connected to the camera 40 and is capable of projecting light toward a colored report 90 carried on the report holder 30. As shown in fig. 2, the light emitting portion 51 of the illumination lamp 50 is provided in a ring shape extending in a circumferential direction perpendicular to the first adjustment direction D1. The camera 40 is able to take an image of the coloured report 90 through the inner bore of the light emitting portion 51 of the illumination lamp 50. Thereby improving the uniformity of the light projected onto the colored report 90. The light source controller 60 is connected to the illumination lamp 50 and can control the on/off and brightness of the illumination lamp 50. Whereby the illumination lamp 50 can be conveniently controlled.
In an exemplary embodiment, the data processing unit 70 is further capable of generating a contour line (e.g., a dotted line in fig. 3B) marking a contour of the coloring analysis region from the coloring analysis region, and superimposing the original image data and the contour line to generate one contour image data (e.g., fig. 3B). As shown in FIG. 1, the measuring device further includes a display 80 capable of displaying the profile image data and the scale data. So that the user can view the data conveniently.
In the exemplary embodiment, the data processing unit 70 is further capable of generating a marker image (for example, a hatching area image of the portion C in fig. 3) that marks all the pixel points satisfying the setting condition in the coloring analysis area, and generating one marker image data (for example, the portion C in fig. 3) by superimposing the original image data and the marker image. The display 80 is capable of displaying the marker image data and the scale data. So that the user can view the data conveniently.
FIG. 4 is a flow chart of an exemplary embodiment of a method of measuring contact coloring of a face tooth, such as using the measuring device of FIG. 1. As shown in fig. 4, the method of measuring contact coloring of a face tooth includes the steps of:
s10: acquiring original image data of a coloring report containing a coloring print of the end surface teeth;
s20: analyzing and determining a coloring analysis area corresponding to the tooth surface of the end face tooth according to the original image data; and
s30: and analyzing the proportion of the pixel points meeting a set condition in the coloring analysis region in all the pixel points in the coloring analysis region according to the original image data. According to the numerical value of this proportion, the staff can judge more accurately whether the terminal surface tooth is qualified.
