Background
Most of traditional high-viscosity fluids are conveyed by plunger pumps, and with the maturity of sludge control technology, many units need to accurately measure the sludge on line. However, the method for conveying the sludge with the water content of 75-85% by using the plunger pump generally cannot be used for on-line measurement, and the sludge belongs to non-Newtonian fluid and is difficult to be used for measurement. In the occasion of accurate measurement, a plunger pump is often equipped with a flow meter, and the plunger pump and the flow meter are used synchronously to achieve the aim. Most of the prior art flow meters are not suitable for high viscosity fluids; although a small number of high-technology flow meters produced abroad are suitable for a part of high-viscosity fluid, the requirements on installation conditions are strict, equipment price is very high, and the sludge is inevitably agglomerated in the process of conveying the sludge, so that the conveying and metering are influenced.
Obviously, in the prior art, the fluid conveying equipment cannot measure the fluid and needs to be matched with the measuring equipment for use; the metering equipment is not suitable for high-viscosity fluid, and a few metering equipment suitable for part of high-viscosity fluid has the defects of high requirement on installation conditions, high price, limited application range and the like.
