The online calibration device for the flowmeter as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the device comprises a to-be-calibrated component, a to-be-calibrated flowmeter, an infusion inlet pipe and an infusion outlet pipe, wherein the to-be-calibrated flowmeter is connected with the infusion inlet pipe and the infusion outlet pipe respectively, a second valve and a second pressure gauge are arranged on the infusion inlet pipe and the infusion outlet pipe respectively, a second-stage three-way pipe and a third-stage three-way pipe are arranged on the infusion outlet pipe, and a third valve is arranged on the infusion outlet pipe between the second-stage three-way pipe and the third-stage three-way pipe.

The online calibration device for the flowmeter as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the second three-way pipe is connected with the input end of the buffer pipeline, and the third three-way pipe is connected with the output pipeline of the standard flowmeter; and the first-stage three-way pipe, the second-stage three-way pipe and the third-stage three-way pipe are respectively provided with a fourth valve.

The online calibration device for the flowmeter as set forth in claim 4, wherein: the gas transmission assembly comprises a gas storage tank and an air pump, the input end of the air pump is connected with the gas storage tank, and the output end of the air pump is connected with the input end of the buffer pipeline.

The online calibration device for the flowmeter as set forth in claim 5, wherein: the water delivery assembly comprises a water storage tank and a water pump, the input end of the water pump is communicated with the water storage tank, and the output end of the water pump is connected with the input end of the buffer pipeline; and fifth valves are respectively arranged on the pipelines of the air pump and the water pump.
7. The online calibration device for the flowmeter as set forth in claim 6, wherein: the online calibration device of the flowmeter further comprises a console, and the console is connected with the humidity sensor and the flow sensor respectively.
8. The method for calibrating the flowmeter online calibration device according to any one of claims 1-7, comprising the following steps in sequence:
step one, mounting a standard component on a component to be calibrated, opening fourth valves on a second-stage three-way pipe and a third-stage three-way pipe, and closing the fourth valve on a first-stage three-way pipe to enable an infusion inlet pipe, a flowmeter to be calibrated, a buffer pipeline, a filter, a standard flowmeter and an infusion outlet pipe to form a calibration loop;
step two, closing a fifth valve and a third valve on an infusion outlet pipe, enabling liquid in the infusion inlet pipe to enter a filter box through a flowmeter to be calibrated and a buffer pipeline for filtering, conveying the liquid filtered by a filter screen into a standard flowmeter, then enabling the liquid to enter an infusion outlet pipe through a three-stage three-way pipe, respectively transmitting flow signals to a control console by flow sensors on the flowmeter to be calibrated and the standard flowmeter, and displaying and comparing through a display screen, so that the flowmeter to be calibrated is verified according to comparison data;
step three, after the calibration is finished, removing residual liquid in the pipeline of the standard flowmeter, closing a fourth valve on the second-stage three-way pipe, opening a fifth valve on the air pump, opening a water outlet hole in the filter box, discharging the filtered residual liquid, enabling the rotating rod to rotate to push the filter screen to move downwards until the filter screen is positioned below the input end of the filter box, then starting the air pump to convey clean air in the air storage tank to the buffer pipeline, entering the standard flowmeter through the filter box, and pushing the residual liquid into the infusion outlet pipe;
step four, flushing the residual liquid after the residual liquid is pushed, closing an air pump, opening a water pump and a first valve on a first-stage three-way pipe, conveying water in a water storage tank into a buffer pipeline, entering a standard flowmeter through a filter box, and discharging the water through the outlet end of the first-stage three-way pipe, wherein a humidity sensor is positioned above the first-stage three-way pipe;
step five, after the flushing is finished, the water pump is closed, the moving rod is rotated to enable the humidity sensor to be aligned to the outlet of the first-stage three-way pipe, then the operation of the step three is repeated, water in the standard flowmeter is pushed out and dried, the humidity sensor transmits a measured humidity signal to the console and displays the humidity signal through the display screen, and the drying degree is judged according to the humidity of the blown gas until the drying degree reaches a standard range;
and step six, after the washing and drying are finished, the standard component is detached from the component to be calibrated, and the calibration process is finished.
