Detailed Description
The present application is described in further detail below with reference to figures 1-3.
The embodiment of the application discloses a method for detecting the environment of a direct current stabilized power supply, which is based on a control system of the direct current stabilized power supply, wherein the control system of the direct current stabilized power supply comprises a plurality of sensors, and in the starting and running processes of the direct current stabilized power supply, the control system of the direct current stabilized power supply determines whether the environment of the direct current stabilized power supply influences the running of the direct current stabilized power supply by comparing data information collected by the sensors. In this embodiment, a dc voltage regulator control system is taken as an execution main body, a dc voltage regulator is taken as a control object, and a detailed description of a scheme is performed by taking an example of detecting various parameters of the dc voltage regulator to detect a working environment of the dc voltage regulator, which is similar to other cases and is not described again in this embodiment.
The process flow shown in fig. 1 will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments, and the contents may be as follows:
s10, external dust information and internal dust information are acquired.
The control system of the direct current stabilized voltage power supply acquires initial dust information through the dust sensor, the initial dust information comprises external dust information and internal dust information, the external dust information is dust concentration information outside the direct current stabilized voltage power supply, and the internal dust information is dust concentration information inside the direct current stabilized voltage power supply.
And S11, comparing the external dust information.
The external dust information comprises concentration data of external dust, the concentration data of the external dust is compared with a preset standard concentration range, and if the concentration data of the external dust is located outside the preset standard concentration range, external dust alarm information is sent. For example, the predetermined standard concentration range is 0% to 3%; if the concentration data of the external dust is 2.3%, no alarm information is sent; if the concentration data of the external dust is 3.5%, for example, a warning message "the external dust concentration is too high and the position is required to be changed" is sent.
And S12, comparing the internal dust information.
The internal dust information comprises concentration data of internal dust, the concentration data of the internal dust is compared with a preset standard concentration range, and if the concentration data of the internal dust is located outside the preset standard concentration range, internal dust alarm information is sent. For example, the preset standard concentration range is 0% to 3%; if the concentration data of the internal dust is 4%, for example, an alarm message "the internal dust concentration is too high and please clean" is sent.
And S13, outputting the state corresponding to the dust information according to the comparison result.
The dust information has four states, and when the internal dust information and the external dust information are both within a preset standard concentration range, prompt information such as 'dust concentration is normal' is sent; when the internal dust information or the external dust information is outside the preset standard concentration range, sending corresponding alarm information; and when the internal dust information and the external dust information are both outside the preset standard concentration range, respectively sending alarm information of the external dust and the internal dust.
In one embodiment, it is considered that external dust information may have an impact on the initial data information collected by the humidity sensor; after external dust data is compared with a preset dust early warning range, acquiring initial humidity information collected by a humidity sensor, wherein the initial humidity information comprises an initial humidity value corresponding to a direct-current stabilized power supply, and comparing the initial humidity value with a preset standard humidity range; when the initial humidity value is within the standard humidity range, sending prompt information that the humidity is normal; when the initial humidity value is outside the standard humidity range, firstly, comparing external initial dust data with a preset humidity interference dust range, and if the external initial dust data is outside the preset humidity interference dust range, sending dust cleaning information; and if the external initial dust data is located in the humidity interference dust range, sending humidity alarm information. For example, the preset standard humidity range is 50% to 70%, the preset humidity interference dust range is 5% -10%, and if the detected initial humidity value is 36% and the acquired external initial dust data is 6%, a prompt message such as "please clean the external dust" is sent; if the obtained external initial dust data is 4%, sending alarm information of 'humidity is low in concentration'; and if the acquired initial humidity value is 62%, sending a prompt message of 'normal humidity concentration'. The influence of external dust information on the humidity sensor is reduced, and the accuracy of humidity alarm information sent by the system according to the humidity information is improved.
In one embodiment, the influence of the posture of the direct current stabilized power supply on the direct current stabilized power supply is considered; after the system sends dust normal information, acquiring actual attitude information collected by an attitude sensor in real time, comparing the actual attitude information with preset standard attitude information, and sending light alarm information if the actual attitude information is different from the preset standard attitude information; and when a starting instruction is received, comparing the actual posture information with the standard range information, and if the actual posture information is different from the standard posture information, sending sound alarm information. For example, the actual posture information is +/-5 degrees, when the actual posture information acquired for the first time is 8 degrees, light alarm information is sent to enable a posture alarm lamp on the direct-current stabilized power supply to be in a high-brightness state, when a starting instruction is received, the actual posture information is acquired for the second time and is 9 degrees, and sound alarm information is sent. The setting of sound alarm information has reduced the possibility that the staff neglected light warning for the staff can in time adjust the gesture of constant voltage power supply.
It is worth mentioning that after the system sends the light alarm information, the system starts the timer to generate the tilt time information, wherein the tilt time information is the same as the time of the gesture alarm lamp in the highlight state, and the tilt time value is compared with the preset highlight time range; and if the inclination time value is out of the highlight time range, sending sound alarm information. For example, the preset highlight time range is 0-2 min, and when the inclination time value reaches 2min, sound alarm information is sent. Make direct current regulated power supply also can trigger sound alarm information under being in the slope gesture when not receiving the start instruction in the time of predetermineeing for the staff can in time adjust direct current regulated power supply's gesture, has reduced direct current regulated power supply when not starting, is in the state of gesture slope for a long time, leads to the possibility of direct current regulated power supply damage.
In one embodiment, the vibration generated by the DC stabilized power supply is considered to influence the stability of the output of the DC stabilized power supply during the use process; acquiring first epoch vibration information collected by a vibration sensor, wherein the first actual vibration information comprises a first actual vibration value, and comparing the first actual vibration value with a preset standard vibration range; when the first actual vibration value is within the standard vibration range, sending prompt information of normal vibration; when the first actual vibration value is out of the standard vibration range, second vibration information is obtained within a preset time, wherein the second actual vibration information comprises a second actual vibration value, and the second actual vibration value is compared with the standard vibration range; and when the second actual vibration value is out of the preset standard vibration range, sending vibration alarm information. For example, the standard vibration range is 0 to 50 hz, the preset time is 1min, when the first actual vibration value is detected to be 64 hz, the second actual vibration value is obtained within 1min, and if the second actual vibration value is 70 hz, an alarm message such as "abnormal vibration" is sent. The possibility of unstable output of the direct-current stabilized power supply caused by the fact that the direct-current stabilized power supply works under the condition that the direct-current stabilized power supply exceeds a standard vibration range is reduced.
It should be mentioned that, when the second actual vibration value is within the preset standard range, the first actual vibration value and the second actual vibration value are averaged, the average value is compared with the minimum value in the preset standard vibration range, and if the average value is greater than the maximum value, vibration alarm information is sent. For example, the standard vibration range is 15 to 30 hz, when the first actual vibration value is 35 hz and the second actual vibration value is 29 hz, the average value is 32 hz, which is still greater than the maximum value 30 hz in the standard vibration range, and a warning message of "abnormal vibration" is sent. In the preset time, the average value of the first actual vibration value and the second actual vibration value is still larger than the maximum value in the standard vibration range, so that the limitation on the first actual vibration value and the second actual vibration value is further promoted, and the direct-current stabilized power supply can stably output the direct-current stabilized power supply.
In one embodiment, the temperature is considered to also affect the output stability of the DC stabilized power supply; the method comprises the steps of obtaining actual temperature information collected by a temperature sensor, comparing the actual temperature value with a preset standard temperature range, obtaining working time information if the actual temperature is out of the standard temperature range, comparing the working time value with a preset duration temperature range, and sending temperature abnormity alarm information if the working time length value is out of the preset duration temperature range. For example, the standard temperature range is 10 ℃ to 50 ℃, if the detected actual temperature value is 65 ℃ and the working time is 2h, the temperature value corresponding to the time length temperature range is 60 ℃, and the alarm information of 'temperature abnormity' is sent, and the setting of the time length temperature range reduces the possibility that the temperature of the direct-current stabilized power supply rises due to the working time, so that the temperature sensor is influenced to judge the temperature abnormity, and the detection accuracy of the temperature sensor is improved.
The implementation principle of the embodiment of the application is as follows: firstly, acquiring initial dust information of a direct current stabilized power supply, comparing the initial dust information with a dust early warning range, and sending corresponding information according to a comparison result; and then comparing the actual humidity information with the standard humidity range, when the humidity value corresponding to the actual humidity information is positioned outside the preset standard humidity range, acquiring a result of the external dust information and humidity interference dust range, and judging and sending dust cleaning information or humidity alarm information according to the comparison result.
After the prompt information that dust is normal is received, detecting the posture of the direct current stabilized power supply through a posture sensor, and sending light alarm information when the actual posture information is different from the standard posture information and before a starting instruction is not received; and sending sound alarm information after the preset time, and directly sending the sound alarm information if a starting instruction is received and the actual posture is still different from the standard posture information.
After the prompt message that dust is normal is received, detecting the stability of the direct current stabilized power supply through a vibration sensor, when an obtained first actual vibration value is larger than a standard vibration range, obtaining a second actual vibration value within a preset time, and when the first actual vibration value and the second actual vibration value are both outside the standard vibration range, sending vibration alarm information; and if the average value of the first actual vibration value and the second actual vibration value is larger than the maximum value in the standard vibration range, sending vibration alarm information.
And after the vibration information is normal, acquiring the actual temperature value of the direct-current stabilized power supply, comparing the working time length value with the market temperature range again when the actual temperature value is greater than a preset standard temperature value, and sending alarm information of abnormal temperature if the working time length value is also outside the market temperature range.
Based on the method, the embodiment of the application also discloses a direct current stabilized voltage supply environment detection device.
