Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In the related schemes of the control method of the refrigerating unit such as the condensing fan all the year round, the rotating speed of the outer fan can be linearly adjusted according to the outdoor temperature or the condensing temperature in some schemes, the operation is simple, but the variation range of the pressure ratio of the unit is large, and the brushless direct current motor needs to be matched. In other schemes, the rotating speed of the outer fan can be regulated in a staged mode according to the outdoor temperature/the condensation temperature, and if the outdoor temperature fluctuates near a set temperature point, the operation working condition of the unit can be changed continuously, and the unit cannot operate stably. In other schemes, the rotation speed of the motor is set according to the set value of the condensation pressure, when the condensation pressure is greater than the set value, the rotation speed of the motor is the first rotation speed n1, and when the condensation pressure is less than the set value, the rotation speed of the motor is the second rotation speed n2, which cannot ensure that the rotation speed of the condensation fan is the most suitable under all working conditions. In the running process of the refrigerating unit all the year round, the maximum rotating speed is generally kept, and the rotating speed is adjusted to a certain lower rotating speed under special conditions, so that the operation is simple, but the adaptive working condition is less.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for controlling a refrigeration unit is provided, as shown in fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of the method of the present invention. The refrigeration unit includes: a compressor and an external fan. The control method of the refrigerating unit comprises the following steps: step S110 to step S140.
At step S110, an outdoor temperature of the refrigeration unit, an indoor temperature of the refrigeration unit, and a compression ratio of a compressor of the refrigeration unit are obtained.
At step S120, a difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature is determined and recorded as an indoor-outdoor temperature difference. And determining whether the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to a set temperature.
In step S130, if the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is smaller than the set temperature, the rotation speed of the external fan is adjusted according to the compression ratio.
In some embodiments, in step S130, in the case that the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is less than the set temperature, the specific process of adjusting the rotation speed of the external fan according to the compression ratio is described as follows.
The following further describes, with reference to a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of adjusting the rotational speed of the external fan according to the compression ratio in the method of the present invention shown in fig. 2, a specific process of adjusting the rotational speed of the external fan according to the compression ratio in step S130, including: step S210 to step S230.
Step S210 determines whether the compression ratio is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the set compression ratio range and less than or equal to the upper limit of the set compression ratio range.
And S220, if the compression ratio is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the set compression ratio range and less than or equal to the upper limit of the set compression ratio range, controlling the outer fan to run at the current rotating speed, returning to continuously obtain the compression ratio of the compressor, and continuously determining whether the compression ratio is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the set compression ratio range and less than or equal to the upper limit of the set compression ratio range.
Step S230, if the compression ratio is smaller than the lower limit of the set compression ratio range or greater than the upper limit of the set compression ratio range, controlling the rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit to adjust to a set adjustment amount (for example, a set adjustment amount Δ N), and then returning to continuously determine the indoor and outdoor temperature difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature, and continuously determine whether the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature. The set adjustment amount is determined according to a first set correspondence relationship among the rotation speed adjustment amount, the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature, and the compressor frequency, that is, the current rotation speed adjustment amount corresponding to the current indoor temperature, the current outdoor temperature, and the current compressor frequency in the first set correspondence relationship is determined as the set adjustment amount.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for controlling a condensing fan according to the present invention, and fig. 6 is a diagram illustrating a variation curve of a rotation speed of the condensing fan according to the present invention. Referring to the examples shown in fig. 5 and 6, the invention provides a method for controlling a condensing fan of an annual refrigerating unit, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, when a refrigerating unit is started all year round, firstly, detecting indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T, wherein the indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T is equal to outdoor temperature ToutIndoor temperature Tin. Judgment roomWhether the internal and external temperature difference Δ T is greater than or equal to the set temperature T: if not, executing the step 2.
Step 2, when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is delta T<Set temperature T, i.e. outdoor temperature Tout<Indoor temperature TinWhen the temperature T is set, the compression ratio epsilon of the compressor of the annual refrigerating unit is detected, and whether the compression ratio epsilon of the compressor of the annual refrigerating unit belongs to a set compression ratio interval epsilon or not is judged1,ε2]: if yes, go to step 21. Otherwise, step 22 is executed.
The compression ratio epsilon of the compressor of the year-round refrigerating unit is detected, and can be as follows: and a pressure sensor is adopted for data acquisition, or a mode of detecting the air suction and exhaust temperature of the compressor is adopted, and the air suction and exhaust pressure of the compressor is converted and measured. After the relevant data is acquired, the pressure ratio is obtained using the high/low pressure.
Step 21, when the compression ratio epsilon of the compressor of the annual refrigerating unit belongs to the set compression ratio interval epsilon1,ε2]And (3) controlling the condensing fan of the annual refrigerating unit to keep running at the current state, returning to the step 2, and continuously detecting whether the compression ratio epsilon of the compressor of the annual refrigerating unit meets the requirement, namely continuously detecting whether the compression ratio epsilon of the compressor of the annual refrigerating unit belongs to the set compression ratio interval [ epsilon ]1,ε2]。
Step 22, if the compression ratio epsilon of the compressor of the annual refrigerating unit does not belong to the set compression ratio interval epsilon1,ε2]And controlling the outer fan to adjust the rotating speed, wherein the rotating speed adjustment amount is the set adjustment amount delta N.
Wherein the adjustment quantity Δ N and the indoor temperature T are setinOutdoor temperature ToutThe relationship between the compressor operating frequency f may be a functional relationship. For example: f (Δ N) ═ F (T)in,ToutF), the set adjustment quantity Δ N is the indoor temperature TinOutdoor temperature ToutAnd f, the running frequency of the compressor, wherein f represents the running frequency of the compressor.
For example: when Δ T<When T is 0, Δ N is 20f +0.55 (T)out-Tin)2+45.5(Tout-Tin)-800。
In step 22, after the rotation speed of the external fan is controlled to adjust the rotation speed by the set adjustment amount Δ N, the procedure returns to step 1, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is repeatedly detected, and whether the indoor and outdoor temperature difference Δ T is greater than or equal to the set temperature T is continuously determined.
Step 2 shows that when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is small, the outdoor temperature is low, which causes the condensation pressure of the refrigerating unit to decrease all the year round, and thus the pressure ratio of the compressor is too low, so that the rotating speed of the outer fan needs to be reduced to increase the exhaust pressure of the compressor, and the compression ratio of the compressor is not too low to influence the normal operation of the compressor. When the temperature difference between the indoor and the outdoor is too small, the condensing fan needs to be closed, and the compression ratio of the compressor is ensured to be within a normal range.
In step S140, if the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature, the rotational speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit is directly adjusted.
The problem that the unit is unstable in operation due to large variation of compression ratio when the refrigerating unit operates under different working conditions all the year around is considered. In order to ensure the annual normal and stable operation of the refrigerating unit, the invention provides a control method for a condensing fan of the annual refrigerating unit, in particular to a control method for starting and operating the condensing fan under different working conditions. Therefore, the problem that the unit operation is fluctuated due to wide variation range of the compression ratio when the refrigerating unit is started and operated under different working conditions all the year around is solved, and the refrigerating unit can be stably started and normally operated all the year around.
In some embodiments, in the case that the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature in step S140, directly adjusting the external fan speed of the refrigeration unit includes: and controlling the rotating speed of an external fan of the refrigerating unit to be adjusted to a set rotating speed (such as a set rotating speed N). The set rotating speed is determined according to a second set corresponding relation among the rotating speed, the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature and the compressor frequency, namely, the current rotating speed corresponding to the current indoor temperature, the current outdoor temperature and the current compressor frequency in the second set corresponding relation is determined as the set rotating speed.
Judging whether the indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T is greater than or equal to a set temperature T: if yes, go to step 3.
Step 3, when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T is larger than or equal to the set temperature T, namely the outdoor temperature ToutNot less than indoor temperature TinWhen the temperature T is set, the rotation speed of the external fan is adjusted to a set rotation speed N, G (N) ═ G (T)in,ToutF) the set speed N is Tin、ToutF, function of three variables.
For example: when Δ T<When T is 0, Δ N is 20f-0.8 (T)out-Tin)2+26(Tout-Tin)。
In some embodiments, in the case that the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature in step S140, directly adjusting the rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit further includes: and controlling the operation process of the outer fan according to the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outer fan.
Referring to the flow diagram of an embodiment of the method of the present invention shown in fig. 3, in which the operation of the external fan is controlled according to the upper limit of the rotational speed of the external fan, a specific process of controlling the operation of the external fan according to the upper limit of the rotational speed of the external fan is further described, including: step S310 to step S330.
Step S310, after controlling the rotating speed of the external fan of the refrigerating unit to be adjusted to a set rotating speed, determining whether the current rotating speed of the external fan of the refrigerating unit is less than a set maximum rotating speed.
And step S320, if the current rotating speed of the external fan of the refrigerating unit is less than the set maximum rotating speed, returning to continuously determine the indoor and outdoor temperature difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature, and continuously determining whether the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature.
And step S330, if the current rotating speed of the external fan of the refrigerating unit is greater than or equal to the set maximum rotating speed, controlling the external fan of the refrigerating unit, continuously operating according to the current rotating speed of the external fan of the refrigerating unit, returning to continuously determine the indoor and outdoor temperature difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature, and continuously determining whether the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature.
Referring to the example shown in fig. 5 and 6, in step 3, after adjusting the rotation speed of the outer fan to the set rotation speed N, it is detected whether the current rotation speed N of the outer fan reaches the maximum rotation speed N of the outer fanmax: if not, the rotating speed of the outer fan can be continuously adjusted according to the related calculation formula, the step 1 is returned, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is repeatedly detected, and whether the indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T is larger than or equal to the set temperature T or not is continuously judged. And if the maximum outer fan rotating speed is reached, keeping the current outer fan rotating speed to operate.
For example, when Δ T<When T is 0, Δ N is 20f-0.8 (T)out-Tin)2+26(Tout-Tin). In this case, the indoor and outdoor temperatures are continuously detected and then the rotational speed is adjusted, and when the rotational speed is adjusted to the maximum, the indoor and outdoor temperatures are still detected, but the rotational speed of the external fan is kept to the maximum.
Step 3 shows that when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is large, the external temperature is high, the condensing pressure of the unit is too high, and therefore the rotating speed of the outer fan needs to be increased to strengthen the heat exchange of the condenser and reduce the condensing pressure, so that the unit can normally operate.
For example: in the embodiment, when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference reaches-20 ℃, the pressure ratio of the compressor reaches 1.0, and the rotating speed of the condensing fan reaches 100 r/min. When the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is less than or equal to minus 40 ℃, the condensing fan enters a shutdown state.
For another example: in the embodiment, when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference reaches 10 ℃, the pressure ratio of the compressor reaches 2.5, and the rotating speed of the condensing fan reaches 1000 r/min. When the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is more than or equal to 10 ℃, the condensing fan enters the state of the highest rotating speed.
The following steps are repeated: when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference belongs to the interval (-20, 10), the rotating speed of the condensing fan changes in a cubic function form along with the indoor and outdoor temperature difference.
The scheme of the invention mainly aims at the condition that the unit is in low-temperature refrigeration (namely the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is low), whether the originally detected indoor and outdoor temperature difference belongs to a certain interval, after the relevant control and adjustment is finished, the step of detecting the indoor and outdoor temperature difference needs to be returned again, and then the relevant adjustment and control are carried out according to the current indoor and outdoor temperature difference, so that the real-time control of the condensing fan is realized, and the stable start and normal operation of the refrigerating unit all the year round are ensured.
Adopt the technical scheme of this embodiment, through the different regulation mode of operation according to indoor outer difference in temperature, adjust outer fan rotational speed according to compression ratio, adjust outer fan rotational speed according to indoor outer temperature and compressor frequency to, adjust through the mode that starts the operation under different operating modes to the condensation fan of annual refrigerating unit, can guarantee that annual refrigerating unit can stable start and normal operating.
According to the embodiment of the invention, a control device of the refrigerating unit corresponding to the control method of the refrigerating unit is also provided. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S130.
In some embodiments, the controlling unit 104, in the case that the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is less than the set temperature, adjusting the outer fan speed according to the compression ratio, includes:

The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S210.
The control unit 104 is specifically configured to, if the compression ratio is greater than or equal to a lower limit of a set compression ratio range and less than or equal to an upper limit of the set compression ratio range, control the outer fan to operate at the current rotation speed and return to continue to obtain the compression ratio of the compressor, and continue to determine whether the compression ratio is greater than or equal to the lower limit of the set compression ratio range and less than or equal to the upper limit of the set compression ratio range. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S220.
The control unit 104 is specifically further configured to, if the compression ratio is smaller than a lower limit of a set compression ratio range or larger than an upper limit of the set compression ratio range, control the rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit to be adjusted to a set adjustment amount (for example, a set adjustment amount Δ N), and then return to continue to determine the indoor-outdoor temperature difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature, and to continue to determine whether the indoor-outdoor temperature difference is larger than or equal to a set temperature. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S230. The set adjustment amount is determined according to a first set correspondence relationship among the rotation speed adjustment amount, the indoor temperature, the outdoor temperature, and the compressor frequency, that is, the current rotation speed adjustment amount corresponding to the current indoor temperature, the current outdoor temperature, and the current compressor frequency in the first set correspondence relationship is determined as the set adjustment amount.

step 1, when a refrigerating unit is started all year round, firstly, detecting indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T, wherein the indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T is equal to outdoor temperature ToutIndoor temperature Tin. Judging whether the indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T is greater than or equal to a set temperature T: if not, executing the step 2.
Step 21 or step 22 is performed.
Wherein the adjustment quantity Δ N and the indoor temperature T are setinOutdoor temperature ToutThe relationship between the compressor operating frequency f may be a function ofIs described. For example: f (Δ N) ═ F (T)in,ToutF), the set adjustment quantity Δ N is the indoor temperature TinOutdoor temperature ToutAnd f, the running frequency of the compressor, wherein f represents the running frequency of the compressor.
The control unit 104 is further configured to directly adjust the rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit if the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature. The specific function and processing of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S140.
The problem that the unit is unstable in operation due to large variation of compression ratio when the refrigerating unit operates under different working conditions all the year around is considered. In order to ensure the annual normal and stable operation of the refrigerating unit, the invention provides a control device for a condensing fan of the annual refrigerating unit, in particular to a control device for starting and operating the condensing fan under different working conditions, operating different adjusting modes according to indoor and outdoor temperature differences, adjusting the rotating speed of an outer fan according to a compression ratio, adjusting the rotating speed of the outer fan according to indoor and outdoor temperatures and the frequency of a compressor, ensuring the annual stable starting and operation of the annual refrigerating unit and reducing the annual operating fluctuation of the annual refrigerating unit. Therefore, the problem that the unit operation is fluctuated due to wide variation range of the compression ratio when the refrigerating unit is started and operated under different working conditions all the year around is solved, and the refrigerating unit can be stably started and normally operated all the year around.
In some embodiments, the controlling unit 104, in the case that the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature, directly adjusts the external fan speed of the refrigeration unit, including: the control unit 104 is specifically configured to control the rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit to be adjusted to a set rotation speed (e.g., a set rotation speed N).
Fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a control device of a condensing fan according to the present invention, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a variation curve of a rotation speed of the condensing fan according to the present invention. Referring to the examples shown in fig. 5 and 6, the invention provides a control device for a condensing fan of a year round refrigeration unit, comprising:
step 1, when a refrigerating unit is started all year round, firstly, detecting indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T, wherein the indoor and outdoor temperature difference delta T is equal to outdoor temperature ToutIndoor temperature Tin.
In some embodiments, the control unit 104 directly adjusts the external fan speed of the refrigeration unit when the indoor-outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature, and further includes: the process of controlling the operation of the outer fan according to the upper limit value of the rotating speed of the outer fan is as follows:
the control unit 104 is specifically further configured to determine whether the current rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit is less than a set maximum rotation speed after controlling the rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit to be adjusted to the set rotation speed. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S310.
The control unit 104 is further specifically configured to, if the current rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit is less than the set maximum rotation speed, return to continue to determine the indoor-outdoor temperature difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature, and continue to determine whether the indoor-outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S320.
The control unit 104 is specifically further configured to, if the current rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit is greater than or equal to the set maximum rotation speed, control the external fan of the refrigeration unit, continue to operate at the current rotation speed of the external fan of the refrigeration unit, and return to continue to determine the indoor-outdoor temperature difference between the outdoor temperature and the indoor temperature, and continue to determine whether the indoor-outdoor temperature difference is greater than or equal to the set temperature. The specific functions and processes of the control unit 104 are also referred to in step S330.
For another example: in this embodiment, when the temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor sides reaches 10 ℃, the compressor pressure ratio reaches 2.5, and the condensing fan speed (i.e., the external fan speed) reaches 1000 r/min. When the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is more than or equal to 10 ℃, the condensing fan enters the state of the highest rotating speed.
The following steps are repeated: when the indoor and outdoor temperature difference belongs to the interval (-20, 10), the rotating speed of the condensing fan (namely the rotating speed of the outer fan) changes in a cubic function form along with the indoor and outdoor temperature difference.
