Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner self-adaptive operation and maintenance method, an air conditioner applying the air conditioner self-adaptive operation and maintenance method and a computer readable storage medium applying the air conditioner self-adaptive operation and maintenance method.
Background
The indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the variable frequency air conditioner realize the operation of the whole machine in different operation modes through the indoor unit controller and the outdoor unit controller and interaction thereof, and control different loads (a compressor, an inner fan, an outer fan, an electronic expansion valve and the like) in the air conditioner to carry out different operation states, so that the stable and reliable operation of the air conditioner in different states of refrigeration, heating, dehumidification, air supply, defrosting, freezing prevention, high temperature prevention and the like is realized.
Generally, control strategies under various different operating conditions are stored in a main program and an EEPROM in a parameter form, and parameter determination is carried out before air conditioner manufacturers leave a factory, so that the climate conditions of most countries or regions where air conditioners are sold are considered. Although the operation parameters and the protection parameters are experimentally confirmed before the factory shipment, the actual operation conditions and environment of the air conditioning unit are very complicated for air conditioning products exported to various countries in the world.
In the operation process of the air conditioner, the air conditioner usually works according to set operation parameters and parameter protection thresholds (such as inner pipe temperature, outer pipe temperature, exhaust temperature, current and the like), and when the operation parameters reach the parameter protection thresholds, the compressor is shut down and protected, so that a user can conveniently overhaul the air conditioner. However, in some extreme weather, such as sudden heat and sudden cooling, the air conditioner may be operated beyond the design range, and may not be used in case of abnormal severity, so that the air conditioning system may have a problem that the factory-set parameters may not be suitable in some specific operation states.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an air conditioner self-adaptive operation and maintenance method for performing fault self-repair when fault protection shutdown which does not relate to reliable and stable operation of the whole machine occurs under certain specific conditions.
A second object of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner that performs self-repair of a fault when a fail-safe shutdown, which does not involve reliable and stable operation of the entire machine, occurs under certain conditions.
It is a third object of the present invention to provide a computer-readable storage medium for fault self-repair when a fault protection shutdown occurs under certain conditions that do not involve reliable and stable operation of the overall machine.
In order to achieve the first object, the adaptive operation and maintenance method for the air conditioner provided by the invention comprises the following steps: after the air conditioner is powered on to operate, when the operation parameters for judging shutdown protection reach a protection parameter threshold value to enable the air conditioner to enter the compressor shutdown protection, determining the frequency range of the current compressor frequency; and confirming the operation parameters and/or the protection parameters at the next compressor starting according to the frequency range.
According to the scheme, when the running parameters reach the protection parameter threshold value and enter the compressor shutdown protection, the self-adaptive operation and maintenance method of the air conditioner further judges the frequency range of the current compressor frequency, so that the running stage of the compressor frequency during shutdown is confirmed, the reason caused by shutdown protection can be further confirmed, the running parameters and/or the protection parameters during next compressor starting are adjusted, and the purpose of fault self-repairing is achieved.
In a further aspect, the step of determining the operating parameter and/or the protection parameter at the next compressor start according to the frequency range includes: when the frequency range is greater than or equal to the lower frequency limit value corresponding to the current environment temperature zone, judging whether the current compressor frequency is in a phase current frequency limit state, and if so, confirming the current shutdown protection times in the current power-on state; and correspondingly reducing the low-frequency phase current limiting frequency by a preset frequency value and/or increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by a preset opening according to the current shutdown protection times.
Therefore, when the frequency range is greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the frequency corresponding to the current environmental temperature zone, it is indicated that the current shutdown protection is fault protection shutdown which does not relate to reliable and stable operation of the whole machine under certain specific conditions, and the reason that the current frequency is higher is frequency limit caused by overlarge phase current of the compressor, so that the frequency limit of the low-frequency phase current is reduced by a preset frequency value and/or the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve is increased by a preset opening according to the current shutdown protection times, and the shutdown protection is delayed.
In a further scheme, the step of correspondingly reducing the low-frequency phase current limiting frequency by a preset frequency value and/or increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by a preset opening according to the current shutdown protection times comprises the following steps: if the current shutdown protection times are the first time, reducing the limiting frequency of the phase current by a first preset frequency value and/or increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by a first preset opening; if the current shutdown protection times are more than one time, reducing the low-frequency phase current limiting frequency by a second preset frequency value and/or increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by a second preset opening; the first preset frequency value is smaller than the second preset frequency value, and the first preset opening degree is smaller than the second preset opening degree.
Therefore, if the current shutdown protection frequency is the first time, parameters can be adjusted in an trial mode, and if the current shutdown protection frequency is greater than one time, the last adjustment force is insufficient, further parameters need to be adjusted, and the condition that the adjustment amplitude is large and the operation performance of the air conditioner is affected is avoided.
In a further aspect, after the step of determining whether the current compressor frequency is in the phase current frequency-limiting state, the method further includes: and if the current compressor frequency does not meet the condition of being in the phase current frequency limiting state, reducing the lower limit frequency value by a preset lower limit frequency adjustment value.
Therefore, if the current compressor frequency does not meet the condition of being in the phase current frequency limiting state, the current frequency is over high, which is not caused by the phase current frequency limiting, but the lower limit frequency value is set to be over high, so that the lower limit frequency value is reduced by the preset lower limit frequency adjustment value, and the air conditioner is delayed to enter the shutdown protection.
In a further aspect, the step of determining the operating parameter and/or the protection parameter at the next compressor start according to the frequency range further includes: if the frequency range is smaller than the lower limit value of the frequency corresponding to the current environment temperature area, confirming the current shutdown protection times in the current power-on state; and correspondingly increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by a preset opening and/or adjusting windshields of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan to reduce the running load of the whole machine according to the current shutdown protection times.
Therefore, when the frequency range is smaller than the lower limit value of the frequency corresponding to the current environmental temperature zone, the shutdown protection is caused due to higher overall load, and at the moment, the overall load operation needs to be reduced, so that the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve is increased by the preset opening and/or the windshields of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan are adjusted according to the current shutdown protection times, and the overall operation load is reduced.
In a further scheme, the step of correspondingly increasing the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by a preset opening degree according to the current shutdown protection times comprises the following steps: if the current shutdown protection times are the first time, increasing the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by a third preset opening degree; when the current shutdown protection times are more than one time, increasing the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by a fourth preset opening degree; the third preset opening degree is smaller than the fourth preset opening degree.
Therefore, if the current shutdown protection times is the first time, parameters can be adjusted in an trial mode, if the current shutdown protection times is larger than one time, the adjustment amplitude is further increased, the adjustment strength is improved, and meanwhile the phenomenon that the performance of the air conditioner is influenced due to too low adjustment is avoided.
In a further scheme, when the operation parameter for judging shutdown protection reaches the protection parameter threshold value and enters the shutdown protection of the compressor, the method further comprises the following steps: confirming the current shutdown protection times in the current power-on state; and adjusting the protection parameter threshold value of each operation stage when the compressor is started next time according to the current shutdown protection times.
Therefore, when the operation parameters for judging shutdown protection reach the protection parameter threshold value and enter the compressor shutdown protection, the probability of the shutdown protection of the air conditioner is reduced as much as possible within the range which can be borne by the unit by adjusting the protection parameter threshold value of each operation stage, and the fault misinformation protection caused by short-time sudden change of the use environment can be greatly reduced.
In a further scheme, the step of adjusting the protection parameter threshold value of each operation stage when the compressor is started next time according to the current shutdown protection times comprises the following steps: if the current shutdown protection times are smaller than the first preset times, the protection parameter threshold value of the same operation stage is reduced relative to the last adjustment value; if the current shutdown protection times are greater than or equal to a first preset time and less than or equal to a second preset time, adjusting the protection parameter threshold of each operation stage to be the minimum protection parameter threshold corresponding to the operation stage; and if the current shutdown protection times are greater than the second preset times, powering off and shutting down.
Therefore, if the current shutdown protection times are smaller than the first preset times, the protection parameter threshold value of the same operation stage is reduced relative to the last adjustment value, the operation parameters of the air conditioner can be gradually adjusted, and the influence of excessive adjustment on the performance of the air conditioner is avoided. And if the current shutdown protection times are greater than or equal to a first preset time and less than or equal to a second preset time, adjusting the protection parameter threshold of each operation stage to be the minimum protection parameter threshold corresponding to the operation stage, and protecting by using the minimum protection parameter threshold to avoid the too low protection threshold. Meanwhile, when the current shutdown protection times are larger than the second preset times, the operation of the air conditioner exceeds the regulation limit, and the air conditioner needs to be shut down by power failure, so that the safety of the air conditioner is guaranteed.
In order to achieve the second object of the present invention, the present invention provides an air conditioner including a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a computer program, and the computer program implements the steps of the air conditioner adaptive operation and maintenance method when executed by the processor.
In order to achieve the third object of the present invention, the present invention provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program, when executed by a controller, implements the steps of the air conditioner adaptive operation and maintenance method described above.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the air conditioner self-adaptive operation and maintenance method comprises the following steps:
the air conditioner self-adaptive operation and maintenance method is an application program applied to an air conditioner and is used for performing self-repairing operation when shutdown protection occurs to the air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, when the adaptive operation and maintenance method for an air conditioner is in operation, step S1 is first executed, and the air conditioner is powered on to operate. And after the air conditioner is powered on to operate, the air conditioner works according to the set operation parameters and the set protection parameters.
After the air conditioner is powered on to operate, step S2 is executed to determine whether the operation parameter for determining shutdown protection reaches the protection parameter threshold value, so that the air conditioner enters the compressor shutdown protection. During the operation of the air conditioner, various operation parameters are generated, such as the temperature for controlling the operation of the air conditioner, the frequency of the compressor, the phase current of the compressor, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, the windshield and other parameters. And setting a certain operation parameter as a fault judgment basis, and judging the operation parameters of the shutdown protection, including the temperature of the inner pipe, the temperature of the outer pipe, the exhaust temperature or the phase current of the compressor and the like. Taking the exhaust temperature as an example, the protection parameter threshold 1 is set to 50 ℃, the protection parameter threshold 2 is set to 56 ℃, and the protection parameter threshold 3 is set to 62 ℃. When the air conditioner normally operates and the operation parameters are in different intervals, the frequency of the compressor corresponding to the operation stage is different. Referring to fig. 2, when the protection parameter threshold 1 is less than or equal to the operation parameter threshold 2, the frequency of the compressor is in the frequency limiting stage, and is maintained unchanged without increasing; when the protection parameter threshold value 2 is less than or equal to the operation parameter threshold value 3, the frequency of the compressor is in a frequency reduction stage, and the frequency is kept to be reduced according to a rule; when the protection parameter threshold value 3 is less than or equal to the operation parameter, the compressor frequency is in a shutdown stage, the whole machine reports a fault code, and a fault flag bit is recorded once. When the fault zone bit of the whole machine is more than N times (generally, N is 3-6 times), the compressor can not be recovered to operate, after the starting state is remotely controlled and shut down, the compressor can be recovered to operate after being powered off again, and the whole machine reports a preset fault code. Therefore, through the set protection parameter threshold, the control can be carried out according to the protection parameter threshold corresponding to the stage in each operation stage, and the compressor shutdown protection is started when the operation parameter of the shutdown protection is judged to reach the protection parameter threshold of the shutdown protection.
If it is confirmed that the compressor shutdown protection is not entered, the process continues to step S2, and the monitoring is continued. If the compressor is confirmed to enter the shutdown protection, step S3 is executed to confirm the frequency range of the current compressor frequency. When the compressor is shut down and protected, the operation stage where the frequency of the compressor is located when the shutdown fault occurs can be judged by confirming the frequency range where the current frequency of the compressor is located, and therefore the reason of the shutdown protection can be preliminarily determined.
After confirming the frequency range of the current compressor frequency, step S4 is executed to confirm the operation parameters and/or protection parameters at the next compressor start according to the frequency range. And confirming the operation stage of the compressor frequency during shutdown, and confirming the reason caused by shutdown protection, so that the operation parameters and/or the protection parameters during the next startup of the compressor can be adjusted according to the shutdown reason. The protection parameter refers to a protection threshold parameter set corresponding to the operation parameter.
Referring to fig. 3, when the operating parameter and/or the protection parameter at the next start of the compressor is determined according to the frequency range, step S41 is executed first to determine whether the frequency range is greater than or equal to the lower frequency limit corresponding to the current environmental temperature range. The lower limit value of the frequency corresponding to the current environmental temperature zone is judged, whether the current shutdown protection is a fault protection shutdown which does not relate to the reliable and stable operation of the whole machine under certain specific conditions can be confirmed by judging whether the frequency range is larger than or equal to the lower limit value of the frequency corresponding to the current environmental temperature zone, for example, the shutdown protection is caused by a heat source beside an air conditioner, sudden heat exposure in weather, sudden cooling and the like. In addition, when the air conditioner operates, temperature zones of the environment temperature can be divided, different temperature zones correspond to different compressor operation frequency intervals, and the indoor environment temperature and the outdoor environment temperature are determined together in the compressor operation frequency intervals.
If the frequency range is determined to be greater than or equal to the lower frequency limit value corresponding to the current environmental temperature zone, step S42 is executed to determine whether the current compressor frequency is in the phase current frequency limit state. And confirming that the frequency range is greater than or equal to the lower limit value of the frequency corresponding to the current environment temperature area, and indicating whether the current shutdown protection is a fault protection shutdown which does not relate to the reliable and stable operation of the whole machine under certain specific conditions. And the current compressor frequency is greater than or equal to the frequency lower limit value corresponding to the current environment temperature zone, wherein one is the condition that the phase current of the compressor is too large to enter a phase current frequency limit state, and the other is the condition that the lower limit frequency value is set too high. Therefore, in order to further confirm the cause of the fault, it is necessary to determine whether the current compressor frequency is in the phase current limiting state.
If the current compressor frequency is confirmed to be in the phase current frequency limiting state, step S43 is executed to confirm the current shutdown protection times in the current power-on state. When the current compressor frequency is confirmed to be in the phase current frequency limiting state, the operation parameters and/or the protection parameters can be further adjusted when the compressor is started next time. In order to avoid the overlarge adjustment amplitude and the safety of the station reporting air conditioning unit, the current shutdown protection times need to be confirmed firstly. The current shutdown protection times can be obtained by reading the fault flag bit.
After the current shutdown protection times are confirmed, step S44 is executed, and the low-frequency phase current limiting frequency is decreased by a preset frequency value and/or the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve is increased by a preset opening according to the current shutdown protection times. In this embodiment, the step of correspondingly decreasing the low-frequency phase current limiting frequency by the preset frequency value and/or increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by the preset opening according to the current shutdown protection times includes: if the current shutdown protection times are the first time, reducing the limiting frequency of the phase current by a first preset frequency value and/or increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by a first preset opening; if the current shutdown protection times are more than one time, reducing the low-frequency phase current limiting frequency by a second preset frequency value and/or increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by a second preset opening; the first preset frequency value is smaller than the second preset frequency value, and the first preset opening degree is smaller than the second preset opening degree. The first preset frequency value, the second preset frequency value, the first preset opening and the second preset opening are preset according to experimental data. If the current shutdown protection times is the first time, parameters can be adjusted in an trial mode, if the current shutdown protection times is larger than one time, the last adjustment force is insufficient, the parameters need to be adjusted further, and the condition that the adjustment amplitude is large and the operation performance of the air conditioner is affected is avoided.
In step S42, if the current compressor frequency does not satisfy the phase current limiting state, step S45 is executed to decrease the lower limit frequency value by the preset lower limit frequency adjustment value. And the preset lower limit frequency adjusting value is preset according to the experimental data. If the current compressor frequency does not meet the condition of being in the phase current frequency limiting state, the current frequency is too low and is not caused by the phase current frequency limiting, and the lower limit frequency value is set to be too high, so that the lower limit frequency value is reduced by a preset lower limit frequency adjusting value, and the air conditioner is delayed to enter shutdown protection. In addition, after the lower limit frequency value is reduced by the preset lower limit frequency adjustment value, the lower limit frequency value needs to be reset to the original factory value after the adjusted lower limit frequency value is operated for the first preset time, so that the operating performance of the air conditioner is prevented from being affected, wherein the first preset time can be preset according to experimental data, for example, the first preset time takes a value from 3 minutes to 5 minutes.
When step S41 is executed, if the frequency range is smaller than the lower limit of the frequency corresponding to the current environmental temperature range, step S46 is executed to confirm the current shutdown protection times in the current power-on state. When the frequency range is smaller than the lower limit value of the frequency corresponding to the current environmental temperature zone, the shutdown protection is caused due to the fact that the load of the whole machine is high, and at the moment, the load of the whole machine needs to be reduced to operate.
And after the current shutdown protection times are confirmed, executing step S47, and correspondingly increasing the initial opening of the electronic expansion valve by a preset opening and/or adjusting windshields of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan to reduce the running load of the whole machine according to the current shutdown protection times. In this embodiment, the step of increasing the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by the preset opening degree according to the current shutdown protection times includes: if the current shutdown protection times are the first time, increasing the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by a third preset opening degree; when the current shutdown protection times are more than one time, increasing the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by a fourth preset opening degree; the third preset opening degree is smaller than the fourth preset opening degree. And the third preset opening degree and the fourth preset opening degree are preset according to experimental data. When the windshields of the indoor fan and the outdoor fan are adjusted to reduce the running load of the whole machine, if the whole machine is currently in a heating mode: the rotating speed of the outer fan is less than the rotating speed of the outer fan reduced by one small gear before the machine is stopped, but not less than the lowest wind gear; the rotating speed of the inner fan is equal to the rotating speed of the inner fan before the shutdown plus 50rpm to 100rpm, and the rotating speed of the inner fan does not exceed the rotating speed of the strongest wind gear. If currently in cooling mode: the rotating speed of the outer fan is greater than the rotating speed of the outer fan plus a small gear before the shutdown, but is not higher than the highest wind gear; the rotating speed of the inner fan is reduced by 50rpm to 100rpm before the shutdown, but is not lower than the lowest wind gear. In addition, after the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, the damper of the indoor fan and the damper of the outdoor fan are adjusted, and after the second preset time period of operation with the adjusted parameter values is set, the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, the damper of the indoor fan and the damper of the outdoor fan are restored to factory values, so that the operating performance of the air conditioner is prevented from being affected, wherein the second preset time period can be preset according to experimental data, for example, the second preset time period takes a value of 30 minutes to 40 minutes.
Further, referring to fig. 4, in case of confirming the entry to the compressor shutdown protection when the step S2 is performed, the step S5 is performed to confirm the current shutdown protection number in the current power-on state. The current shutdown protection times can be obtained by reading the fault flag bit.
After the current shutdown protection times are confirmed, step S6 is executed, and the protection parameter threshold of each operation stage at the next compressor start is adjusted according to the current shutdown protection times. When the compressor is in shutdown protection, the probability of shutdown protection is reduced as much as possible by adjusting the protection parameter threshold value in the range that the unit can bear the air conditioner, and the fault false protection caused by short-time sudden change of the service environment is reduced.
In this embodiment, the step of adjusting the protection parameter threshold of each operation stage when the next compressor is started according to the current shutdown protection number includes: if the current shutdown protection times are smaller than the first preset times, the protection parameter threshold value of the same operation stage is reduced relative to the last adjustment value; if the current shutdown protection times are greater than or equal to a first preset time and less than or equal to a second preset time, adjusting the protection parameter threshold of each operation stage to be the minimum protection parameter threshold corresponding to the operation stage; and if the current shutdown protection times are greater than the second preset times, powering off and shutting down. The first preset times, the second preset times and the minimum protection parameter threshold value are set according to experimental data.
For example, in a heating state, taking exhaust temperature as an example, when a protection parameter threshold 1, a protection parameter threshold 2 and a protection parameter threshold 3 are corrected for the first time, the protection parameter threshold 1, the protection parameter threshold 2 and the protection parameter threshold 3 are all reduced by 2 ℃, if the unit can normally operate after correction, after stable operation is performed for 30min, the protection parameter threshold 1, the protection parameter threshold 2 and the protection parameter threshold 3 are restored to factory settings, that is, are adjusted up by 2 ℃. If the same fault protection shutdown continues to occur after the parameters are corrected, recording the fault zone bit for the second time, correcting the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 for the second time, reducing the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 by 3 ℃, and if the unit can normally operate after correction, recovering the factory settings of the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 after stable operation for 30 min. And if the parameters are corrected for the second time, the same fault protection shutdown occurs again, when the fault zone bit for the third time is recorded, the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 are corrected for the third time, the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 are all reduced by 4 ℃, if the unit can normally operate after correction, the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 are restored to factory settings after stable operation for 30 min. And if the same fault protection shutdown occurs again after the parameters are corrected for the third time, correcting the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 for the fourth time when the fault flag bit is in the fourth time, reducing the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 by 5 ℃, executing according to the fourth correction of the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 until the stable operation is realized, and recovering the factory settings of the protection parameter threshold value 1, the protection parameter threshold value 2 and the protection parameter threshold value 3 after the stable operation is carried out for 30 min. After the protection parameter threshold 1, the protection parameter threshold 2 and the protection parameter threshold 3 are corrected for the fourth time, in order to avoid abnormal operation caused by excessively low parameter adjustment, the protection parameter threshold 1, the protection parameter threshold 2 and the protection parameter threshold 3 are not adjusted, and during protection for the fifth time and the sixth time, the protection parameter threshold 1, the protection parameter threshold 2 and the protection parameter threshold 3 adopt the minimum protection parameter threshold of each operation stage. After six times of protection, the whole machine executes the compressor to stop, and the operation can be recovered after power failure. According to the logic, the false fault protection caused by sudden change of the use environment in a short time can be greatly reduced.
