Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the present embodiments of the present invention, preferred embodiments of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein the drawings are provided for the purpose of visually supplementing the description in the specification and so forth, and which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
In the description of the present invention, if there are first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth descriptions, they are only used for distinguishing technical features, and they are not understood to indicate or imply relative importance or to implicitly indicate the number of the indicated technical features or to implicitly indicate the precedence of the indicated technical features.
In the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly limited, terms such as arrangement, installation, connection and the like should be understood in a broad sense, and those skilled in the art can reasonably determine the specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention in combination with the specific contents of the technical solutions.
The embodiment of the invention provides a control method and device of an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner, the air conditioner and a storage medium, which can increase the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve in a grading manner under the condition of overhigh exhaust temperature of a compressor and reduce the risk of liquid return caused by overhigh opening degree.
The embodiments of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the air conditioner includes a compressor and is provided with the electronic expansion valve, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes steps S100 and S200.
Step S100, when the air conditioner enters a refrigeration mode and runs for a first preset time, detecting the exhaust temperature of the compressor;
step S200, when the exhaust temperature meets a first preset condition, executing an opening degree adjusting action on the electronic expansion valve, wherein the opening degree adjusting action comprises increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by a first preset opening degree value and increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by a second preset opening degree value at intervals of second preset time, and the second preset opening degree value is smaller than the first preset opening degree value.
In one embodiment, the air conditioner is in a cooling mode for a first preset time, the air conditioner is in a stable operation state in the cooling mode, detecting the exhaust temperature of the compressor, when the exhaust temperature of the compressor meets a first preset condition, indicating that the compressor is in a state of high exhaust temperature, and when the discharge temperature of the compressor is too high, the pressure at the high pressure side of the compressor is usually too high, if the air conditioner is in a state of high discharge temperature and high discharge pressure for a long time, the life span of the compressor is reduced, the malfunction of the air conditioner is easily caused, and the cooling efficiency is affected, so that the air conditioner needs to perform an opening degree adjustment action on the electronic expansion valve, and, in particular, in this embodiment, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is first increased by a first preset opening degree value, and then the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased by a second preset opening degree value every second preset time, where the first preset opening degree value is greater than the second preset opening degree value. The opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is increased in multiple steps, the amplitude of the first open valve in the increasing process is larger than the amplitude of the subsequent open valve instead of increasing the electronic expansion valve at one time, the liquid return risk caused by the overlarge opening degree of the electronic expansion valve can be reduced, the phenomenon that a refrigerant in a gas-liquid mixed state enters the compressor to damage the compressor is avoided, the service life of the compressor is prolonged, the stability of an air conditioner system is improved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
It can be understood that, when the air conditioner enters the cooling mode, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is correspondingly adjusted to the initial opening degree in the cooling mode, where the initial opening degree may be set according to the actual use condition of the air conditioner, and when the air conditioner is in the cooling mode and lasts for the first preset time, it can be ensured that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve reaches the initial opening degree in the cooling mode and lasts for a certain time.
It will also be appreciated that the compressor discharge temperature may be obtained by a temperature sensor disposed at a corresponding location.
It should be noted that, in the process of executing the opening degree adjusting operation, if the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve reaches the maximum opening degree value in the cooling mode, the opening degree is stopped from increasing, so that the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is always smaller than or equal to the maximum opening degree value, and the cooling effect of the air conditioner is prevented from being affected, wherein the maximum opening degree value is set according to the actual use condition of the air conditioner.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the first preset time is not specifically limited, that is, the duration of the initial opening degree of the electronic expansion valve in the cooling mode is not specifically limited, the first preset time may be five minutes, or four minutes or six minutes, and whatever the value of the first preset time is, the first preset time is within the protection range of this embodiment as long as the electronic expansion valve can be ensured to reach the initial opening degree and last for a certain time, and the duration is not too long.
It should be noted that the first preset opening value may be 50 steps, and the second preset opening value may be 10 steps, but the embodiment does not specifically limit the first preset opening value or the second preset opening value, and the first preset opening value and the second preset opening value are within the protection range of the embodiment as long as the refrigerant backflow caused by the excessively large opening of the electronic expansion valve can be avoided.
It should be noted that the second preset time may be 20s, but the embodiment does not specifically limit the second preset time, and whatever value the second preset time takes, the embodiment is within the protection scope of the embodiment as long as the function of avoiding the refrigerant liquid return caused by the excessively large opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is achieved.
In some embodiments, the air conditioner includes a plurality of indoor units, that is, the air conditioner system is a multi-split air conditioning system, and the multi-split air conditioning system operates in a cooling mode, and when one of the indoor units is in an operating state, that is, the indoor unit is turned on only, the first preset condition includes: and the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature value and lasts for a third preset time. When the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature value, it is indicated that the air conditioner system is in a high exhaust temperature state, and if the state lasts for a third preset time, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be increased to reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor, so as to ensure stable operation of the air conditioner system.
As can be understood by those skilled in the art, the indoor unit is single-opened, which means that only one indoor unit has energy, the indoor unit has energy, which means that there is a cooling or heating requirement, and the indoor unit in standby, shutdown, or shutdown after reaching temperature does not have energy.
It can be understood that, in the multi-split system, each indoor unit is provided with a corresponding electronic expansion valve, and performing the opening degree adjustment action on the electronic expansion valve means performing the opening degree adjustment action on the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor unit in the operating state.
It should be noted that the first preset temperature value may be 92 ℃, but the embodiment does not specifically limit the first preset temperature value, and the first preset temperature value may also be set according to the actual use condition of the air conditioner, and no matter what the value of the first preset temperature value is, the value is only required to indicate that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is too high, and is within the protection range of the embodiment.
It should be further noted that the third preset time may be 5s, but the third preset time is not specifically limited in this embodiment, and the third preset time may also be set reasonably according to actual situations, and whatever value the third preset time takes, the third preset time is within the protection range of this embodiment as long as the air conditioner can be prevented from being in the state of high exhaust temperature for a long time.
In other embodiments, the air conditioner includes a plurality of indoor units, and when two or more of the plurality of indoor units are in an operating state, that is, the indoor units are turned on more, the first preset condition includes: the exhaust temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature value and lasts for a fourth preset time, wherein the second preset temperature is greater than the first preset temperature. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that, when the indoor unit is opened more, if the opening of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted according to the first preset temperature value corresponding to the single opening of the indoor unit, the refrigeration capacity will be affected, and therefore, it is necessary to distinguish the single opening of the indoor unit from the non-single opening of the indoor unit.
It should be noted that the second preset temperature value may be 97 ℃, the fourth preset time may be 5s, but the second preset temperature value and the fourth preset time are not specifically limited in this embodiment, and whatever values are taken for the second preset temperature value and the fourth preset time, as long as the effect of avoiding the air conditioning system from being in the high exhaust temperature state for a long time can be achieved, and the second preset temperature value is greater than the first preset temperature value, which is all within the protection range of this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating partial steps of another control method for an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the embodiment of the present invention further provides a control method for an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner, where the air conditioner includes a plurality of indoor units, and the method further includes step S300 and step S400.
Step S300, under the condition of executing the opening degree adjusting action, judging whether the air conditioner meets a second preset condition;
and step S400, if a second preset condition is met, ending the opening degree adjusting action.
In one embodiment, the air conditioner comprises a plurality of indoor units, and when the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature value and lasts for a third preset time under the condition that the indoor units are singly opened; or under the condition that the indoor unit is opened more, when the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature value and lasts for a fourth preset time, opening degree adjusting action is carried out on the electronic expansion valve to reduce the exhaust temperature of the compressor. And judging whether the air conditioner meets a second preset condition or not under the condition of executing the opening degree adjusting action, if so, indicating that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is reduced to some extent, and the air conditioner is no longer in a high exhaust temperature state, and finishing the opening degree adjusting action, so that the air conditioner stably runs and the use experience of a user is improved.
It should be noted that after the air conditioner finishes the opening degree adjustment action, if the air conditioner is still in the cooling mode, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve may be controlled according to the temperature of the outlet pipe of the evaporator and the temperature of the middle pipe of the evaporator, specifically, if the temperature of the outlet pipe of the evaporator is lower than the temperature of the middle pipe of the evaporator, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is reduced; if the difference between the temperature of the outlet pipe of the evaporator and the temperature of the middle pipe of the evaporator is more than 1 ℃, increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve; otherwise, continuously maintaining the current opening value of the electronic expansion valve; if the air conditioner is switched to other modes, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is controlled according to the switched mode, so that the stable operation of the air conditioner system is ensured, the temperature regulation requirement of a user is met as much as possible, good use experience is provided for the user, and if the air conditioner is shut down, the electronic expansion valve is closed.
Specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a flowchart detailing steps S400 of FIG. 2, with step S400 including step S401.
Step S401, when one of the indoor units is in an operating state, that is, the indoor unit is turned on only, and when it is detected that the discharge temperature is less than or equal to a sixth preset temperature value and continues for an eighth preset time or it is detected that the air conditioner ends the cooling mode, the opening degree adjustment operation is ended.
It should be noted that the sixth preset temperature value may be 87 ℃ and the eighth preset time may be 155s, but the sixth preset temperature value and the eighth preset time are not specifically limited in this embodiment, and whatever values are taken by the sixth preset temperature value and the eighth preset time, the values are within the protection range of this embodiment as long as the values can be used for judging that the discharge temperature of the compressor is no longer overheated.
Specifically, in another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, fig. 3 is another flowchart detailing the step S400 in fig. 2, and the step S400 includes a step S402.
Step S402, under the condition that more than two indoor units in the plurality of indoor units are in the running state, namely the indoor units are switched on more, when the exhaust temperature is detected to be less than or equal to a seventh preset temperature value and lasts for a ninth preset time or the air conditioner finishes the refrigeration mode, the opening degree adjusting action is finished, wherein the seventh preset temperature value is greater than a sixth preset temperature value.
It should be noted that the seventh preset temperature value may be 92 ℃ and the ninth preset time may be 155s, but the seventh preset temperature value and the ninth preset time are not specifically limited in this embodiment, and whatever values are taken for the seventh preset temperature value and the ninth preset time, the seventh preset temperature value is greater than the sixth preset temperature value, and the values are within the protection range of this embodiment as long as the values can be used for judging that the compressor discharge temperature is not overheated.
It is easy to understand that the air conditioner ending the refrigeration mode includes that the air conditioner is switched to other modes or the air conditioner is shut down, and if the air conditioner enters other modes, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is controlled according to the switched mode; and if the air conditioner is shut down, closing the electronic expansion valve.
It can be understood that the embodiment of the invention distinguishes the single opening condition of the indoor unit from the non-single opening condition of the indoor unit, sets different temperature values for the two conditions to control the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve, is beneficial to ensuring the stable operation of the air conditioning system, reduces the influence of opening degree adjustment on the refrigeration capacity of the air conditioner, and improves the use experience of users.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart of a detailed step of step S200 in fig. 1, and the embodiment provides another control method of an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner, wherein step S200 includes step S210.
Step S210, when detecting that a difference between the discharge temperature and the temperature of the condenser of the outdoor unit is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature value and lasts for a fifth preset time, detecting that the temperature of the evaporator of the indoor unit is greater than or equal to a fourth preset temperature value and lasts for a sixth preset time, and detecting that the outdoor temperature is less than the fifth preset temperature value and lasts for a seventh preset time, executing an opening degree adjusting operation when one of the indoor units is in an operating state.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that in the case that one of the indoor units is in the operating state, that is, the indoor unit is opened singly, when the result of subtracting the pipe temperature of the condenser from the discharge temperature of the compressor is detected to be greater than or equal to the third preset temperature value and continue for the fifth preset time, the pipe temperature of the evaporator is detected to be greater than or equal to the fourth preset temperature value and continue for the sixth preset time, and the outdoor ambient temperature is detected to be less than the fifth preset temperature value and continue for the seventh preset time, which indicates that the air conditioner system is in the state of high discharge temperature and high discharge pressure, the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve needs to be increased to reduce the discharge temperature and discharge pressure of the compressor, so as to ensure that the air conditioner system is operated stably.
It should be noted that the fourth preset temperature may be set according to an indoor environment temperature, and specifically, in an exemplary embodiment, the indoor unit evaporator tube temperature being greater than or equal to the fourth preset temperature value may refer to T 2 ≥9+(T 1 -9)/2, in degrees C, where T 1 Is the indoor ambient temperature, T 2 The temperature of the evaporator of the indoor unit is used, but the fourth preset temperature value is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention, as long as the fourth preset temperature value can be used for determining whether the air conditioner system is in a high exhaust temperature state.
It should be noted that the third preset temperature value may be 20 ℃, the fifth preset temperature value may be 45 ℃, and the fifth preset time, the sixth preset time, and the seventh preset time may all be 30s, but the third preset temperature value, the fifth preset time, the sixth preset time, and the seventh preset time are not specifically limited in this embodiment, and whatever values are taken, as long as the values can be used for determining whether the air conditioner system is in the high exhaust temperature state, the values are within the protection range of this embodiment.
It is easy to understand that the outdoor condenser tube temperature can be obtained by the temperature sensor arranged on the condenser tube, the indoor evaporator tube temperature can be obtained by the temperature sensor arranged on the evaporator tube, the indoor environment temperature can be obtained by the temperature sensor arranged on the indoor unit shell, and the outdoor environment temperature can be obtained by the temperature sensor arranged on the outdoor unit shell.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating partial steps of a control method for an electronic expansion valve of another air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment of the present invention provides another control method for an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner, where the air conditioner includes an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units, and the method further includes step T300 and step T400.
Step T300, under the condition of executing the opening degree adjusting action, judging whether the air conditioner meets a third preset condition;
and step T400, if a third preset condition is met, ending the opening degree adjusting action.
In one embodiment, when one of the indoor units is in an operating state, i.e. the indoor unit is opened singly, when the result of subtracting the condenser tube temperature of the outdoor unit from the discharge temperature of the compressor is detected to be greater than or equal to a third preset temperature value and continue for a fifth preset time, the result of detecting that the evaporator tube temperature is greater than or equal to a fourth preset temperature value and continues for a sixth preset time, and the result of detecting that the outdoor environment temperature is less than the fifth preset temperature value and continues for a seventh preset time, which indicates that the air conditioner system is in a state of high discharge temperature and high discharge pressure, the opening degree adjusting action is executed, and in the case of executing the opening degree adjusting action, whether the air conditioner meets a third preset condition is judged, the third preset condition is used for judging whether the air conditioner system is no longer in a high discharge temperature state or no longer in a cooling state, and if the air conditioner meets the third preset condition, the opening degree adjusting action is ended, so that the air conditioner can be stably operated.
Specifically, in one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 7 is a flowchart detailing steps T400 of FIG. 6, wherein step T400 includes step T410.
Step T410, when the difference between the exhaust temperature and the condenser tube temperature is detected to be less than or equal to an eighth preset temperature value and lasts for a tenth preset time; or detecting that the temperature of the evaporator is lower than a ninth preset temperature value and lasting for an eleventh preset time; or detecting that the outdoor temperature is greater than or equal to a tenth preset temperature value and lasting for a twelfth preset time; or detecting that the air conditioner enters other modes except refrigeration and dehumidification; or detecting that more than two of the indoor units are in the running state, and ending the opening degree adjusting action.
Under the condition of executing the opening degree adjusting action, when the difference value between the detected exhaust temperature and the detected condenser tube temperature is less than or equal to an eighth preset temperature value and lasts for a tenth preset time; or detecting that the temperature of the evaporator is lower than a ninth preset temperature value and lasting for an eleventh preset time; or the outdoor temperature is detected to be greater than or equal to the tenth preset temperature value and lasts for the twelfth preset time, which indicates that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is in a descending trend, the air conditioning system is not in a high exhaust temperature state for a long time, the opening degree adjusting action of the electronic expansion valve can be finished, the stable operation of the air conditioning system is ensured, the refrigeration capacity of the air conditioner is maintained, and the use experience of a user is improved.
It should be noted that the ninth preset temperature value may be set according to the indoor ambient temperature, and specifically, in an exemplary embodiment, the steaming temperature value is set according to the indoor ambient temperatureThe temperature of the generator tube being less than the ninth predetermined temperature value may be T 2 <9+(T 1 -9)/2 in units of ℃. However, the embodiment of the present invention does not specifically limit the ninth preset temperature value, and whatever value the ninth preset temperature value takes, the value is within the protection scope of the embodiment as long as the value can be used for determining whether the discharge temperature of the compressor has a downward trend.
It should be noted that the eighth preset temperature value may be 15 ℃, the tenth preset temperature value may be 45 ℃, and the tenth preset time, the eleventh preset time, and the twelfth preset time may all be 30s, but the present embodiment does not specifically limit the eighth preset temperature value, the tenth preset time, the eleventh preset time, and the twelfth preset time, and whatever value is taken, as long as it can be used for determining whether the compressor exhaust temperature has a downward trend, the values are within the protection range of the present embodiment.
The technical personnel in the field should understand that the air conditioner is also in a cooling state in the dehumidification mode, and it can be understood that when it is detected that the air conditioner enters a cooling and dehumidification mode, that is, the air conditioner does not cool any more, the air conditioner ends the current opening degree adjusting action, and controls the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve according to the switched mode, so as to ensure the stable operation of the air conditioner, meet the temperature adjustment requirement of the user, and improve the use experience of the user.
It is easy to understand that when more than two of the indoor units are detected to be in the running state, that is, the indoor units are switched from the single-open state to the non-single-open state, the current opening degree adjusting action is finished so as to avoid influencing the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioning system, which is beneficial to meeting the temperature adjusting requirement of the user and improving the use experience of the user.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a flowchart illustrating an overall method for controlling an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and an embodiment of the present invention provides another method for controlling an electronic expansion valve of an air conditioner, where the air conditioner includes an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units, and each of the indoor units has an electronic expansion valve. The air conditioner runs for a first preset time in a refrigeration mode, and the running parameters and the sum of the running parameters of the air conditioner are detected 5min after the electronic expansion valve reaches the initial opening degreeEnvironmental parameters including the tube temperature T of the evaporator of the indoor unit 2 Outdoor unit condenser tube temperature T 3 And compressor discharge temperature T P The environmental parameter includes indoor environmental temperature T 1 And outdoor ambient temperature T 4 。
Under the condition that one of the indoor units is in an operating state, namely the indoor unit is singly opened, whether the operating parameters and the environmental parameters meet the following conditions is judged: t is 4 < 45 ℃ for 30 s; t is a unit of P -T 3 The temperature is more than or equal to 20 ℃ and lasts for 30 s; t is a unit of 2 ≥9+(T 1 -9)/2, in ° c and for 30 s; if the conditions are met, the air conditioner enters a first indoor unit valve control mechanism, and performs opening degree adjusting actions on the electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor unit in the running state, wherein the opening degree adjusting actions comprise increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by 50 steps and then increasing the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve by 10 steps every 20 s. When the air conditioner is in a first indoor machine valve control mechanism, judging whether the air conditioner meets one of the following conditions: t is a unit of 4 The temperature is more than or equal to 45 ℃ and lasts for 30 s; t is a unit of P -T 3 Less than or equal to 15 ℃ for 30 s; t is 2 <9+(T 1 -9)/2, in units of ° celsius for 30 s; the air conditioner enters other modes except refrigeration and dehumidification; more than two of the indoor units are in operation state. And if the air conditioner meets any one of the above conditions, the first internal machine valve control mechanism is withdrawn, and the opening degree adjusting action is finished.
Under the condition that the air conditioner is not in the first indoor unit valve control mechanism, if the indoor unit is opened singly, judging whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is greater than or equal to 92 ℃ and lasts for 5s, if so, enabling the air conditioner to enter the second indoor unit valve control mechanism, and executing opening degree adjusting action on an electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor unit in the running state; if the indoor unit is opened too much, judging whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is more than or equal to 97 ℃ and lasts for 5s, if so, entering a second indoor unit valve control mechanism by the air conditioner, and executing opening degree adjusting action on an electronic expansion valve corresponding to the indoor unit in the running state; when the air conditioner is in the second indoor machine valve control mechanism, if the indoor machine is opened singly, judging whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is less than or equal to 87 ℃ and lasts 155s, if so, quitting the second indoor machine valve control mechanism, and ending the opening degree adjusting action; if the indoor unit is opened too much, judging whether the exhaust temperature of the compressor is less than or equal to 92 ℃ and lasts for 155s, if so, exiting the second indoor unit valve control mechanism, and ending the opening degree adjusting action; or the air conditioner is switched to other modes from the refrigeration mode, or the air conditioner is shut down, the air conditioner also exits the second internal machine valve control mechanism, and the opening degree adjusting action is finished. According to the control method of the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment, in a multi-split air conditioner system, different temperature values are set aiming at the condition that the indoor unit is opened only or the indoor unit is opened too much, so that the exhaust temperature is reduced under the condition that the exhaust temperature of the compressor is overhigh, a second preset temperature value corresponding to the execution of the opening degree adjusting action when the indoor unit is opened too much is larger than a first preset temperature value corresponding to the execution of the opening degree adjusting action when the indoor unit is opened only, the influence of the opening degree increase of the electronic expansion valve on the refrigerating capacity of the air conditioner system when the indoor unit is opened too much is reduced, the temperature adjusting requirement of a user is met as much as possible, the opening degree is increased by multiple times in a grading way by the electronic expansion valve in the opening degree adjusting process, the first opening degree is large, the subsequent opening degree is small, the risk of liquid return of a refrigerant caused by the overlarge opening degree is reduced, and the compressor is prevented from being damaged by the refrigerant in a gas-liquid mixed state entering the compressor, thereby increase the life of compressor, improve air conditioning system's stability, help maintaining air conditioning system's refrigerating capacity, promote user and use experience.
It should be noted that the air conditioner may preset a maximum opening value in the cooling mode, where the maximum opening value is set according to an actual use condition of the air conditioner, and is used to prevent the opening from being too large to affect the cooling performance of the air conditioning system, and the opening of the electronic expansion valve does not exceed the maximum opening value in the adjusting process.
