A Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve comprises a valve body (1), a valve seat (2), a valve core (3), a valve rod (4) and an upper cover (8), wherein the valve seat (2) is installed on a positioning surface of the valve body (1); the bottom of the valve core (3) penetrates through a guide hole of the valve seat (2) through a guide rod and is installed in a valve body flow passage, and the upper part of the valve core (3) is connected with the valve rod (4); a packing component (11), a packing gland (12) and a packing pressure plate (13) are sequentially arranged in a packing box hole of the upper cover (8), and the packing pressure plate (13) and the upper cover (8) are fastened by bolts; the method is characterized in that: the valve cavity of the valve body (1) is arranged as a Y-shaped flow passage, the outer layer of the valve body (1) is wrapped by a first metal heat-insulation jacket (1-5), and first support rings (1-3) are uniformly arranged between the valve body (1) and the first metal heat-insulation jacket (1-5); the corrugated pipe sleeve assembly (6) is arranged on the upper portion of the valve body (1), a lip welding piece assembly is arranged between the valve body (1) and the corrugated pipe sleeve assembly (6), the valve rod (4) penetrates through an inner cavity of the corrugated pipe (5), the valve rod (4) and the corrugated pipe (5) are welded into an assembly and arranged in the corrugated pipe sleeve assembly (6), and the upper portion of the valve rod (4) penetrates through a packing assembly (11) arranged in the upper cover (8); a second metal heat-preservation jacket (6-2) wraps the outside of a corrugated pipe sleeve of the corrugated pipe sleeve assembly (6), the second metal heat-preservation jacket (6-2) is connected with a first metal heat-preservation jacket (1-5) of the valve body through a jacket short joint (15), and an upper cover (8) is installed on the upper portion of the corrugated pipe sleeve assembly (6) and fastened through a fastening assembly (14).
2. The Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the valve seat (2) is provided with a guide hole, and a thread is arranged in the guide hole; the valve rod (4) is provided with threads, and the end part of the valve rod (4) is provided with a step.

The Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: one side of the valve body (1) is provided with an inlet flow passage (1-6), the other side of the valve body is provided with an outlet flow passage (1-2), the inlet flow passage (1-6) and the outlet flow passage (1-2) are on the same axis, the axis of the valve cavity (1-7) and the axis of the flow passage form an included angle of not 90 degrees, and the valve cavity is arranged in a Y shape.

The Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lip soldering lug assembly comprises a first lip soldering lug (1-4), a second lip soldering lug (6-1) and a gasket, wherein the first lip soldering lug (1-4), the second lip soldering lug (6-1) and the gasket are combined into a whole.

The Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the corrugated pipe sleeve assembly (6) is composed of a second metal heat-insulation jacket (6-2), a corrugated pipe sleeve body (6-3) and a second support ring (6-4), the corrugated pipe (5) is installed in the corrugated pipe body (6-3), the second metal heat-insulation jacket (6-2) is wrapped outside the corrugated pipe sleeve body (6-3), and the second support ring (6-4) is arranged between the second metal heat-insulation jacket (6-2) and the corrugated pipe sleeve body (6-3).
6. The Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a flat hole is formed in the inner cavity of the corrugated pipe (5), and the flat hole is used for fixing the outer flat part of the valve rod (4) and preventing the valve rod (4) from rotating.

The Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the packing assembly (11) comprises an upper section packing part, a lower section packing part and a packing spacer bush, wherein the packing spacer bush is arranged between the upper section packing part and the lower section packing part.
8. The Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: an oil filling hole is formed in the upper cover (8), and a metal sealing gasket (9) is arranged in the upper cover (8).

The Y-shaped jacket molten salt regulating valve as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the fastener assembly (14) comprises a stud (14-1), a nut (14-2) and a self-locking gasket (14-3), the self-locking gasket (14-3) is arranged between the corrugated pipe sleeve assembly (6) and the upper cover (8), and the corrugated pipe sleeve assembly (6) and the upper cover (8) are fastened through the stud (14-1) and the nut (14-2).
