Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of ball valves, and particularly relates to a hemispheroidal metal seal fixed ball valve with a jacket.
Background
The ball valve is widely applied to various fields of petroleum, chemical industry, steel, metallurgy, electric power and the like, and has the advantages of small medium resistance, convenience in operation and the like. However, in the case of transporting materials which are prone to crystallization, such as urea and the like, or viscous fluids, such as petroleum containing wax and asphalt, and the like, the valve seal fails due to the precipitation and crystallization of the materials which generate deposits on the sealing surface. The inevitable part of impurities exist in the fluid, and the impurities in the fluid are easily substituted into the valve core middle cavity in the opening and closing processes of the traditional spherical valve core, so that the sealing pair of the valve can be abraded in the long term, and the service life of the valve is shortened.

The jacket is welded on the valve body.
And a graphite gasket I is arranged between the gland flange and the valve body.

The valve cover is in threaded connection with the valve body.
The heat conducting medium comprises heat conducting oil and water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the hemispheroidal metal seal fixed ball valve with the jacket, the hemispheroidal valve core and the valve body are adopted to form the cavity, the jacket is arranged to accompany heat to increase the fluidity of fluid, and the crystallization of the fluid is reduced, so that the operating environment of the valve is improved, the abrasion of impurities and crystals of the fluid on a valve seal pair is avoided, and the service life of the valve is prolonged;
(2) according to the semi-sphere metal sealing fixed ball valve with the jacket, the sealing effect of the valve in a high-temperature environment is improved by arranging the graphite gaskets between the gland flange and the valve body and between the pivot and the valve body respectively.

The valve seat 3 is arranged on one side of the valve body 1, the spherical surface of the valve core 4 is matched with the valve seat 3 to form sealing after the valve is closed, the non-spherical surface side of the valve core 4 and the valve body 1 form a cavity 19, and the hemispherical-single valve seat structure enables the middle cavity of the valve not to be easily brought with impurities, reduces the abrasion of the impurities in the fluid to a sealing pair and prolongs the service life of the valve. The valve seat 3 is installed in the valve cover 2, the valve cover 2 is in threaded connection with the valve body 1, and the threaded connection shortens the installation length of the valve and reduces the weight of the valve. Heat-conducting media such as heat-conducting oil, water and the like flow into the jacket 10 from the inlet end 11 and flow out of the jacket 10 from the outlet end 12, the valve is maintained in a relatively constant temperature range by the heat-conducting media, the constant temperature of the circulating media inside the valve body 1 is ensured, and meanwhile, fluid crystallization in the valve is avoided, so that the sealing pair is protected from being damaged due to the fluid crystallization, and the service life of the valve is prolonged.
A gland flange 7 is arranged between the valve rod 6 and the valve body 1, a thrust gasket 18 is arranged between the gland flange 7 and the valve rod 6, and the thrust gasket 18 can reduce the friction force between the gland flange 7 and the valve rod 6 and reduce the torque of the valve. An O-shaped ring II 15 is arranged between the gland flange 7 and the valve rod 6, and an O-shaped ring III 17 and a graphite gasket I16 are arranged between the gland flange 7 and the valve body 1; an O-shaped ring IV 13 and a graphite gasket II 14 are arranged between the pivot 5 and the valve body 1. The O-shaped ring has reliable sealing performance, and the graphite gasket is suitable for high-temperature resistant environment and can enhance the sealing performance of the valve at high temperature.
The assembly sequence of this embodiment is: firstly, a valve core 4 is placed in a valve body 1, a valve rod 6 is arranged at the upper part of the valve body 1 and is aligned with a valve rod groove of the valve core 4, a pivot 5 is inserted into the lower part of the valve body 1 and is aligned with a pivot hole of the valve core 4, a gland flange 7 is arranged at the position of the valve rod 6, a valve seat 3 provided with a cylindrical spring 8 and an O-shaped ring I is placed in a valve cover hole, then a valve cover 2 with threads is pre-tightened by a tool, a jacket 10 is welded at two sides of the valve body 1 by seal welding, and an inlet end; when the device is disassembled, the operation is carried out in a reverse order.
