Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In this application, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising an … …" does not exclude the presence of other identical elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
The embodiment of the application provides an oil injection method for cold start of a diesel engine, which is used for solving the problems that in the cold start process of the diesel engine in the prior art, the temperature in an air cylinder is very low, diesel oil is difficult to ignite, and the difficulty of liquefaction and aggravation of cold start of unburned diesel oil in the air cylinder can be caused according to the conventional oil injection strategy, so that vicious circle is formed, and the start is difficult.
Referring to fig. 1, the injection method for cold start of the diesel engine comprises the following steps:
and S101, acquiring the ambient temperature and voltage of the diesel engine.
It should be noted that the ambient temperature and voltage can be obtained by sensors. Specifically, the ambient temperature of the diesel engine is collected through a temperature sensor; and collecting the voltage of the diesel engine through a voltage sensor.
The voltage of the diesel engine can be the voltage of a battery for supplying power to the diesel engine. Of course, other values are also possible, and are not described in detail herein, and all of them are within the protection scope of the present application, depending on the actual situation.
And S102, judging whether the diesel engine meets a preset conventional starting condition or not according to the ambient temperature and the voltage.
It should be noted that when the diesel engine meets the preset conventional starting condition, the conventional starting strategy is directly adopted, and when the diesel engine does not meet the preset conventional starting condition, the cold starting strategy is required.
The conventional starting strategy is normal mainly for the following cold starting strategy, if the vehicle is started, the fuel is normally injected as in the conventional environment, the normal diesel is injected, and the electric control diesel engine only needs to calibrate the injection quantity, so that the conventional starting strategy is only required to recover to a certain injection quantity and cancel the calibration of the injection at every other time after the condition is met.
Therefore, if the diesel engine does not satisfy the preset normal starting condition, step S103 is performed.
S103, determining a cold start strategy according to a preset temperature range of the environment temperature.
Wherein, predetermine the temperature range and include: a first preset temperature range, a second preset temperature range and a third preset temperature range; the cold start strategies corresponding to the first preset temperature range, the second preset temperature range and the third preset temperature range are different.
Note that, the cold start is: the engine is started under the condition that the water temperature is lower than the engine oil temperature; that is, the cold start strategy is: and (3) starting the engine under the condition that the water temperature is lower than the engine oil temperature.
Specifically, when the ambient temperature is within a first preset temperature range, determining the ambient temperature as a first cold start strategy; when the ambient temperature is within a second preset temperature range, determining a second cold start strategy; and determining to be a third cold start strategy when the ambient temperature is in a third preset temperature range.
The first, second and third predetermined temperature ranges may be adjacent and non-overlapping ranges. That is, the first preset temperature range, the second preset temperature range, and the third preset temperature range are combined into one continuous range.
Specifically, the first preset temperature range can be a range with an upper limit value of-30 ℃ and a lower limit value of-35 ℃; the second preset temperature range can be a range with an upper limit value of-35 ℃ and a lower limit value of-40 ℃; the third preset temperature range may be a range having an upper limit value of infinitesimal and a lower limit value of-40 ℃.
Of course, the selection of each preset temperature range is not limited to the above examples, and the details are not repeated here, and all of them are within the protection scope of the present application depending on the actual situation.
In the embodiment, the ambient temperature and the voltage of the diesel engine are acquired; judging whether the diesel engine meets a preset conventional starting condition or not according to the ambient temperature and the voltage; if not, determining a cold start strategy according to a preset temperature range of the environment temperature; the cold start strategies corresponding to different preset temperature ranges are different; therefore, the cold start capability of the electric control diesel engine is improved by adding a fuel injection strategy in the cold start process on the basis of not changing any structure and hardware of the engine.
In practical application, referring to fig. 2, step S102, determining whether the diesel engine meets a preset conventional starting condition according to the ambient temperature and the voltage includes:
s201, judging whether the ambient temperature is lower than a first preset temperature.
If the ambient temperature is less than the first preset temperature, executing step S202; if the ambient temperature is greater than the first predetermined temperature, step S204 is executed.
S202, judging whether the voltage is larger than a preset voltage or not.
If yes, go to step S203; otherwise, go to step S204.
And S203, judging that the diesel engine does not meet the preset conventional starting condition.
And S204, judging that the diesel engine meets a preset conventional starting condition.
Specifically, the first preset temperature may be-30 ℃, and of course, may also be other values, which are not described herein again one by one, and are all within the protection scope of the present application.
The preset voltage is not specifically limited herein, as long as the preset voltage can represent whether the voltage is normal or not, and the preset voltage is within the protection scope of the present application.
That is, firstly, judging whether the environmental temperature is lower than-30 ℃, if the environmental temperature is not lower than-30 ℃, performing the operation according to a conventional starting strategy; when the environmental temperature is lower than minus 30 ℃, the voltage is judged, if the power supply voltage is judged to be lower, in order to ensure that the voltage requirement of a starter for dragging an engine can be met, the conventional starting strategy is carried out, and the starting opportunity waste caused by low voltage is avoided.
In practical applications, as shown in fig. 3, before determining the cold start strategy according to the preset temperature range of the ambient temperature in step S103, the method further includes:
s301, detecting the rotation speed of the engine in the diesel engine.
The rotation speed of the engine may be detected by a rotation speed sensor, or may be calculated.
The specific process of detecting the rotating speed of the engine in the diesel engine is not repeated one by one here, and the process is determined according to actual conditions and is within the protection range of the application.
In practical applications, referring to fig. 4, the step S103 of determining the cold start strategy according to the preset temperature range of the ambient temperature includes:
s401, oil is not injected within the preset time after the diesel engine is started, and the starter of the diesel engine drives the engine to idle, so that the temperature in the engine cylinder is raised.
It should be noted that, when the diesel engine is started, i.e. after the key is ignited, the oil injection is delayed, only the air is acted, the function of air inlet heating is fully utilized, and the temperature in the cylinder is raised.
The specific value of the preset time is not repeated here, and is determined according to the actual situation, and is within the protection scope of the present application.
In addition, the preset time corresponding to different temperature ranges is different. That is, the preset time corresponding to the first preset temperature range is T1, the preset time corresponding to the second preset temperature range is T2, and the preset time corresponding to the third preset temperature range is T3; t1, T2 and T3 are mutually different in pairs.
S402, after the preset time, adopting a cold start oil injection strategy until the rotating speed of the engine reaches a preset ratio range of normal idle speed, and adopting a preset normal oil injection strategy.
The cold start oil injection strategy is to inject the oil according to a first preset oil quantity for a first preset time, wait for a second preset time and perform cyclic reciprocation. Specifically, the fuel injection method comprises the steps of injecting fuel according to a first preset fuel quantity for a first preset time, waiting for a second preset time, returning to execute the first preset fuel quantity for the first preset time, waiting for the second preset time, and so on.
And the preset proportion ranges corresponding to different temperature ranges are different. That is, the preset occupation ratio range corresponding to the first preset temperature range is D1, the preset occupation ratio range corresponding to the second preset temperature range is D2, and the preset occupation ratio range corresponding to the third preset temperature range is D3; d1, D2 and D3 are mutually different in pairs.
It should be noted that the first preset time and the second preset time are for increasing the cold start capability, and the determination criterion is that the start is faster when the temperature is low, and the start is better at a lower temperature, which has an effect shown by the test result.
The first predetermined amount of oil is a smaller amount of oil than the amount of oil at normal start-up. The small oil quantity interval oil injection can provide heat at a lower dragging rotating speed, the quantity of unburned diesel oil is reduced, and the unburned diesel oil can be emptied at intervals.
In practical application, the preset time corresponding to the temperature range with lower temperature is longer than the preset time corresponding to the temperature range with higher temperature;
the lower preset proportion range is larger than the higher preset proportion range.
In the embodiment, the cold start capability of the diesel engine is optimized by adding a fuel injection strategy, and the structure of the engine is not required to be changed; has no influence on the actual use experience of the user.
As shown in fig. 5, the injection method for cold start of the diesel engine is explained in a practical application scenario:
when the T15 is powered on, the environmental temperature and the voltage value of the storage battery are detected, whether the environmental temperature is lower than minus 30 ℃ or not is judged firstly, unsatisfied conditions are carried out according to a conventional starting strategy, when the environmental temperature is lower than minus 30 ℃, the voltage is judged, if the voltage is judged to be lower, in order to ensure that the voltage requirement of a starter for dragging an engine can be met, the voltage is carried out according to the conventional starting strategy, and the problem that starting opportunities are wasted due to low voltage is avoided.
When the environment temperature is lower than-30 ℃ and the power supply voltage is normal, different starting strategies are entered based on the environment temperature:
1. t environment temperature is more than or equal to minus 35 ℃ and less than minus 30 ℃, oil is not injected in the first 4s after the key is ignited, the starter drives the engine to idle, work is done through compressed air, intake air is fully utilized for heating, and the temperature in the engine cylinder is raised; after 4s, the small oil quantity is firstly injected for the time of t1s, so that the phenomenon that excessive unburnt diesel oil is increased under the conditions of low dragging rotating speed and low in-cylinder temperature is avoided, after the injection is stopped, the small oil quantity is injected for the time of t1s again after the interval of t2s, the in-cylinder temperature is continuously raised, the unburnt diesel oil in the previous cycle is emptied, and the interval small oil quantity injection strategy is repeated until the rotating speed of the engine reaches 30% -35% of the normal idling speed, and then the engine normally injects oil.
2. T environment temperature is more than or equal to minus 40 ℃ and less than minus 35 ℃, oil is not injected in the first 5s after the key is ignited, the starter drives the engine to idle, work is done through compressed air, intake air is fully utilized for heating, and the temperature in the engine cylinder is raised; after 5s, the small oil quantity is firstly injected for the time of t1s, so that the phenomenon that excessive unburnt diesel oil is increased under the conditions of low dragging rotating speed and low in-cylinder temperature is avoided, after the injection is stopped, the small oil quantity is injected again for the time of t1s after the interval of t2s, the in-cylinder temperature is continuously raised, the unburnt diesel oil in the previous cycle is emptied, and the interval small oil quantity injection strategy is repeated until the rotating speed of the engine reaches 35% -40% of the normal idling speed, and then normal oil injection is carried out.
3. The temperature of the T environment is lower than-40 ℃, oil is not injected in the first 6s after the key is ignited, the starter drives the engine to idle, work is done through compressed air, intake air is fully utilized for heating, and the temperature in the engine cylinder is increased; after 6s, the small oil quantity is firstly injected for the time of t1s, so that the phenomenon that excessive unburnt diesel oil is increased under the conditions of low dragging rotating speed and low in-cylinder temperature is avoided, after the injection is stopped, the small oil quantity is injected for the time of t1s again after the interval of t2s, the in-cylinder temperature is continuously raised, the unburnt diesel oil in the previous cycle is emptied, and the interval small oil quantity injection strategy is repeated until the rotating speed of the engine reaches 35% -40% of the normal idling speed, and then the engine normally injects oil.
It should be noted that the normal oil injection is: the diesel engine is controlled to only calibrate the quantity of the injected fuel, so that the diesel engine can recover to a certain injected fuel quantity and cancel the calibration of the injection of every other time as long as the condition is met.
