Wherein the diameter of the third pipe 803 may be smaller than the diameter of the fourth pipe 804, so that the flow rate of the heating medium flowing into the third pipe 803 from the second outlet 602 of the heater 60 is smaller than the flow rate of the heating medium flowing into the fourth pipe 804.
The embodiment of the application also provides an engine, which comprises the oil pan assembly.
The oil pan assembly provided by the embodiment comprises an oil pan body 10, wherein the oil pan body 10 comprises a containing chamber, and the top of the containing chamber is provided with an opening for communicating with the bottom of an engine crankcase; the oil pan body 10 further comprises a partition plate 20, the partition plate 20 divides the accommodating chamber into a first chamber 101 and a second chamber 102, the first chamber 101 and the second chamber 102 are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction, an oil outlet 103 is arranged on the oil pan body 10, and the oil outlet 103 is communicated with the second chamber 102; the outer side wall of the bottom of the oil pan body 10 is also provided with a heating component 30, and the heating component 30 is opposite to the second chamber 102 and is used for heating the engine oil in the second chamber 102; the partition plate 20 is provided with a valve 40, and the valve 40 is used for communicating the first chamber 101 and the second chamber 102 when the temperature of the second chamber 102 reaches a preset value. The first chamber 101 and the second chamber 102 both store engine oil, and in a severe cold environment, the heating component 30 only needs to heat the engine oil in the second chamber 102, and the engine oil circulating in each component of the engine is also the heated part of the engine oil extracted from the second chamber 102; meanwhile, when the temperature of the second chamber 102 reaches a preset value, the valve 40 is opened, the engine oil in the first chamber 101 and the engine oil in the second chamber 102 are in contact with each other, the engine oil in the first chamber 101 can be heated, the amount of the engine oil to be heated is reduced on the premise that the volume of the oil pan body 10 and the storage amount of the engine oil are not reduced, and the heating time is shortened.

Claims (10)
1. An oil pan assembly, comprising:
the oil pan body comprises an accommodating cavity and a partition plate for dividing the accommodating cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity, the top of the accommodating cavity is provided with an opening used for being communicated with the bottom of an engine crankcase, and the first cavity and the second cavity are sequentially arranged along the horizontal direction;
an oil outlet is formed in the oil pan body and communicated with the second chamber;
the heating part is arranged on the outer side wall of the bottom of the oil pan body and is opposite to the second chamber;
the partition plate is provided with a valve, and the valve is used for communicating the first chamber with the second chamber when the temperature of the second chamber reaches a preset value.
2. The oil pan assembly of claim 1,
the partition plates include a first partition plate and a second partition plate;
the first partition plate is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the oil pan body, and the top end of the first partition plate is connected with the bottom end of the second partition plate; the second baffle is disposed obliquely with respect to the first baffle such that a tip end of the second baffle extends toward the first chamber.
3. The oil pan assembly of claim 2,
the valve is arranged on the first partition plate, and a preset distance is reserved between the valve and the bottom surface of the oil pan body.
4. An oil pan assembly according to claim 3,
the valve includes a thermostat.
5. An oil pan assembly according to any one of claims 1-4,
the heating member includes: a circulation pipeline, a delivery pump and a heater;
the circulating pipeline is arranged on the outer side wall of the bottom of the oil pan body and comprises a first inlet and a first outlet;
the heater comprises a second inlet and a second outlet;
the first inlet is in communication with the second outlet, and the first outlet is in communication with the second inlet;
the delivery pump is disposed between the circulation line and the heater, and the delivery pump is configured to circulate a heating medium between the circulation line and the heater.
6. The oil pan assembly of claim 5,
the first outlet is used for being communicated with a third inlet of the engine water tank, and the second inlet is used for being communicated with a third outlet of the engine water tank.
7. The oil pan assembly of claim 6,
the heating member further includes: a control valve in communication with the third inlet and the second outlet.
8. The oil pan assembly of claim 5, further comprising: the device comprises a cover plate, a first supporting plate and a second supporting plate; the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate are parallel and oppositely arranged, and are both connected with the outer side wall of the bottom of the oil pan body; the cover plate is arranged between the first support plate and the second support plate, and the cover plate, the first support plate and the second support plate are enclosed into an installation cavity for accommodating the circulating pipeline.
9. The oil pan assembly according to claim 8, wherein a first slot is formed on an inner wall of the first support plate, a second slot is formed on an inner wall of the second support plate, and the cover plate is inserted into the first slot and the second slot.
10. An engine comprising an oil pan assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
