The second pressure sensing means 12 measures the pressure in the pipe in front of the flow control unit 4, the third pressure sensing means 13 measures the pressure in the pipe in front of the sea chest connector, the flow detection means 2 measures the flow in the main line 1, the second flow meter 32 measures the flow in the chemical agent line 1, and the measurement data is transmitted to the data hub 7 by cable.
