the positioning plate, the shell device, the idler wheels, the fixed wheel clamping device and the transmission system are all arranged in 2 left-right symmetrical ways; the fixed groove rods are arranged on the middle symmetrical planes of the 2 positioning plates; the lower part of the fixed groove can enter the groove; the positioning rod can move along the positioning track, when the positioning rod moves downwards, the positioning rod can be driven to move downwards, and meanwhile, the shell device, the idler wheel and the clamping wheel are driven to move inwards to clamp, and when the positioning rod moves upwards, the positioning rod can be driven to move upwards, and meanwhile, the shell device, the idler wheel and the clamping wheel are driven to move outwards; the fixed wheel device is used for controlling the clamping wheel to be unable to rotate when the clamping wheel moves to the innermost side; when the roller moves upwards, the fixed groove rod is controlled to move upwards; the transmission system is used for connecting the positioning rod with the shell device, the idler wheels and the clamping wheels.
