The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the monitoring the progress of the washing process and the detecting the water level in the tub comprises: monitoring whether the water is fed for the last time, wherein the water level of the last water feeding is required to be h1, and detecting the water level h2 in the barrel;
if yes, comparing h1 with h 2; h1 ═ h2 ± x, where x is the error, complete the wash; if h2 is less than h1, the washing cannot be finished;
if not, the washing can not be finished.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the detecting the water level in the tub comprises: comparing the mass m1 of the water needed by the last water intake and the initial clothes with the mass m2 of the clothes and the water in the barrel after the water supply is stopped, and judging whether the washing can be continued;
if m1 is m2 ± y, wherein y is an error, completing the washing; m2 < m1, it is judged that washing cannot be completed.
5. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the determining whether the washing process can be completed comprises: if the washing can not be finished, a water cut-off alarm is given.
6. A washing machine water cut-off treatment device is characterized by comprising:

and/or detecting whether the water is in the water inlet pipe or not, and if the water is not in the water inlet pipe, determining that the water is in the water inlet pipe and is not stopped;
and the control unit is used for judging whether the washing program can be finished or not when water feeding and water stopping occur, detecting whether input operation exists or not at the waiting time t, and controlling to execute the dewatering program after the waiting time t.
7. The water cut-off treatment device for the washing machine as claimed in claim 6, further comprising:
