s3, respectively weaving cotton fibers and linen fibers by using weaving equipment to obtain a fabric bottom layer, weaving bamboo fibers and silver fibers to obtain an antibacterial layer, weaving vinylon fibers and cotton fibers to obtain a breathable layer, and then sequentially washing and drying;
s4, uniformly coating adhesives on the upper surfaces of the bottom layer of the fabric, the heat preservation layer and the antibacterial layer, and naturally cooling and air drying to form an adhesive layer;
s5, sequentially and respectively installing the bottom layer, the heat preservation layer and the antibacterial layer of the fabric processed in the S4 and the breathable layer processed in the S3 in a pressing device from bottom to top, and laminating a plurality of fabrics together through the pressing device to form a semi-finished fabric;
and S6, putting the semi-finished fabric obtained in the S5 into air cooling equipment, carrying out quick air cooling heat dissipation treatment to enable the semi-finished fabric to be recovered to a normal temperature state, and finally rolling the semi-finished fabric.
