1. A device for filling an aqueous skin care product is characterized by comprising: a liquid storage tank, a quantitative tank and a liquid outlet tank;
the liquid storage tank is connected with the quantifying tank through a first pipeline, the first pipeline is connected with a transmission pump and a first one-way valve, the bottom of the quantifying tank is connected with the top of the liquid outlet tank through a second pipeline, the second pipeline is provided with a first valve, the quantifying tank is internally provided with a liquid level sensor, the bottom of the liquid outlet tank is connected with a filling joint, the filling joint is connected with a second valve and a liquid outlet pump, and a first sealing cover is fixed on the filling joint;
third pipelines are arranged at the upper parts of the quantifying tank and the liquid outlet tank, and an exhaust valve is arranged on each third pipeline;
the upper part of the quantitative tank is provided with a first main pipe, the first main pipe is branched into two paths which are respectively connected with a first air outlet pipe and a first air inlet pipe, the first air outlet pipe is provided with a second one-way valve, and the first air inlet pipe is provided with a third one-way valve;
a second main pipe is arranged at the upper part of the liquid outlet tank, the first main pipe is branched into two paths which are respectively connected with a second air outlet pipe and a second air inlet pipe, a fourth one-way valve is arranged on the second air outlet pipe, and a fifth one-way valve is arranged on the second air inlet pipe;
the first air inlet pipe and the second air inlet pipe are converged and then connected with a nitrogen storage device, and the first air outlet pipe and the second air outlet pipe are converged and then connected with a vacuumizing device;
and the controller is connected with the liquid level sensor, the exhaust valve, the first one-way valve, the second one-way valve, the third one-way valve, the fourth one-way valve, the fifth one-way valve, the transmission pump, the liquid outlet pump and the vacuumizing device.
2. The filling device for aqueous skin care products according to claim 1, wherein a bearing platform is arranged below the filling joint, a lifting device is arranged on the bearing platform, a tray is fixed on the lifting device, and the lifting device is connected with the controller.
3. The filling device for aqua type skin care products according to claim 2, wherein a weighing device is arranged on the bottom surface of the tray, and the weighing device is connected with the controller;
a first conveying device and a second conveying device are arranged on one side of the bearing platform in parallel, a proximity switch is arranged on the first conveying device, a manipulator is arranged on the other side of the bearing platform, and the manipulator is connected with the controller;
the controller is configured to: the lifting device is controlled to descend, the weighing device transmits weight information of the bottle filled with the water aqua to the controller, if the weight is within a set range, the manipulator is controlled to move the bottle to the second conveying device, if the weight is not within the set range, the manipulator is controlled to move the bottle to the first conveying device, and when the bottle approaches the first conveying device, the proximity switch controls the first conveying device to start to finish the movement of the bottle.

1) when the quantitative liquid tank is used for the first time, the controller controls all the valves to be closed, only the first valve, the second one-way valve and the fourth one-way valve are opened, the vacuumizing device is started to vacuumize the quantitative tank and the liquid outlet tank, then the second one-way valve and the fourth one-way valve are closed, the third one-way valve and the fifth one-way valve are opened, nitrogen is introduced into the quantitative tank and the liquid outlet tank, and then the third one-way valve and the fifth one-way valve are closed.
2) The controller controls the first valve to be closed, the first check valve to be opened, the transmission pump is controlled to transmit the water aqua to the quantitative tank, the liquid level sensor transmits the detected liquid level to the controller, when the set liquid level is reached, the controller controls the transmission pump to stop, the first check valve is controlled to be closed, the first valve is opened for the set time, and then the first valve is closed.
3) The filling joint is inserted into the bottle body, and after the bottle mouth is sealed with the first sealing cover, the controller synchronously controls the opening of the second valve, the first one-way valve, the transmission pump and the liquid outlet pump; the transmission pump transmits the water aqua to the quantitative tank, the liquid level sensor transmits the liquid level to the controller, and when the set liquid level is reached, the controller controls the transmission pump to stop and the first one-way valve to close; the filling joint pumps the liquid into the bottle until no liquid exists in the liquid outlet tank, and the controller controls the liquid outlet pump to stop;
4) the controller controls the fourth one-way valve and the vacuumizing device to be opened for a set time and then closed, controls the nitrogen pump and the fifth one-way valve to be opened for a set time and then closed, fills nitrogen into the liquid outlet tank and the bottle, avoids oxidation of the liquid in the bottle and the liquid outlet tank due to contact with air, and then closes the second valve.
5) And (5) repeating the steps 3) and 4) to finish all filling.
