A packaging device for sound tube production is characterized by comprising a conveying device (5) for moving a sound tube (4), wherein one end of the conveying device (5) extends into a packaging cylinder (2); packing section of thick bamboo (2) nearly conveyer (5) end outside circumference is equipped with storage device (3) of placing the wrapping bag, and storage device (3) are equipped with air pump (34) with outside atmosphere intercommunication including interior storage cylinder (32) and outer storage cylinder (31) between and storage cylinder (32) and outer storage cylinder (31), logical groove (26) have been seted up to packing section of thick bamboo (2) middle part circumference, interior storage cylinder (32) and the wrapping bag in outer storage cylinder (31) pass logical groove (26) and are connected each other, packing section of thick bamboo (2) inside is equipped with hot press unit.
2. A packaging apparatus for sound tube production according to claim 1, wherein the heat pressing means is a telescopic rod (21) with a heating device (22) at its telescopic end.

The packaging equipment for sound tube production is characterized in that the inner material storage barrel (32) is arranged on the periphery of the packaging barrel (2), the outer material storage barrel (31) is arranged on the periphery of the inner material storage barrel (32), the far conveying devices (5) of the inner material storage barrel (32) and the outer material storage barrel (31) are respectively provided with a discharge port, and the discharge ports are provided with adjusting rollers (33) elastically connected with the discharge ports.

The packaging equipment for sound tube production according to claim 2, characterized in that an air pump (34) is arranged at the joint of the outer storage cylinder (31) and the inner storage cylinder (32), and the air pump (34) is communicated with the atmosphere through an air pipe (35) penetrating through the storage device (3).

A packaging apparatus for sound tube production according to claim 1, characterized in that the packaging tube (2) is provided with an inclined blanking platform (23) at the far end of the conveyor (5), and that the blanking platform (23) is provided with a blanking roller (24) at the near end of the conveyor (5).
6. A packaging device for sound tube production according to claim 4, characterized in that the thermo-compression means is provided with a photo sensor (25) monitoring the position of the sound tube (4).

A packaging apparatus for sound tube production according to claim 6, wherein the conveying device (5) and the packaging tube (2) are both fixedly arranged on the base plate (1), the end of the conveying device (5) far away from the packaging tube (2) is fixedly connected with the base plate (1) through a first supporting rod (51), the other end of the conveying device (5) is fixedly connected with the packaging tube (2) through a second supporting rod (52), and the end of the packaging tube (2) far away from the conveying device (5) is fixedly connected with the base plate (1) through a group of supporting plates (11).
8. The packaging equipment for the sound tube production is characterized in that the base plate (1) is provided with a controller which is electrically connected with the air pump (34), the photoelectric sensor (25) and the telescopic rod (21).

A packaging apparatus for sound tube production according to claim 1, wherein the outer storage tube (31) is internally provided with an outer packaging bag (311) with two open ends, the inner storage tube (32) is internally provided with an inner packaging bag (321) with two open ends, the inner packaging bag (321) and one end of the outer packaging bag (311) pass through the through groove (26), and the inner packaging bag (321) and one end of the outer packaging bag (311) are fixedly connected in the packaging tube (2).
