acquiring an image of a current front middle seat, comparing the acquired image with a stored image of the front middle seat, and dividing the front middle seat into four states of turning a seat back to a vertical state and seating a person, turning the seat back to the vertical state and seating no person but placing an article on the seat, turning the seat back to a horizontal state, turning the seat back to the vertical state and seating no person and not placing an article on the seat according to a comparison result;
the chair back is turned to the vertical state and a person sits, the chair back is turned to the vertical state and the seat is not occupied but an article is placed on the seat, and the chair back is turned to the horizontal state, so that the chair back of the front-row middle seat can not be laid down;
the state that the seat back is turned to the vertical state and no person sits on the seat and no article is placed on the seat is set as the state that the seat back of the front middle seat can be laid down.
10. A control method of a commercial vehicle middle seat roll-over control system according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
1) collecting the current vehicle speed of the vehicle, judging that the current vehicle is in a non-running state when the vehicle speed is less than the set vehicle speed, and judging that the current vehicle is in a running state when the vehicle speed is not less than the set vehicle speed;
2) when the vehicle is in a running state, acquiring an image of a front-row middle seat, comparing the acquired image with a stored image of the front-row middle seat, and judging whether a seat back of the front-row middle seat is in a turnover state or not, and whether a person sits on the front-row seat or not and whether an article is placed on the front-row seat when the seat back of the front-row middle seat is turned to be in a vertical state;
3) when the chair back of the front middle seat is in a vertical state and no people or articles are on the seat, a driver is reminded that the chair back of the front middle seat can be laid down and is controlled to be laid down to be in a horizontal state;
4) when the chair back of the front-row middle chair is in a vertical state and no person is on the chair but an object is placed on the chair, judging whether a person is on a front-row copilot or not, if the person is on the front-row copilot, prompting the copilot to take the object of the front-row middle chair away, and after the object is taken away, controlling the front-row middle chair to turn over to a horizontal state; if the passenger car is unmanned, the driver is prompted to take the article of the front-row middle seat away, and after the article is taken away, the front-row middle seat is controlled to be overturned to be in a horizontal state.
